Chapter 21. A new friend who likes me.

Sometimes our situation can be taken advantage of by others, if we are not careful.

In terms of association and choosing friends, I am very careful, especially people who are new to know. I am currently trying to register to take one of the CPNS (civil service candidates) tests that are opened in each district, thomi and I agreed to register for this test at our respective places.

"El, I signed up for the CPNS test." Thomi said in the text sent to me.

"Yes Thom, I happen to not really understand about online listings, and here Rental is a bit difficult just one, so use the queue." My reply to Thomi, with great pleasure.

This morning I arrived at the school and heard a conversation about the CPNS test registration opening, I just heard, and kept quiet.

"El, you didn't sign up for the CPNS test?" mother Hanif asked me, while looking at me.

"Have you opened?" I turned to Ms. Hanif while standing by the picket table.

"It's El, tomorrow I'll sign up." Mother Hanif said to me, stepping into the teacher's room.

"Oh yes, thank you for the info." I said to Mother Hanif, stepping towards my desk.

Today I do a lot of work because there are some teachers who have left their replicas on my desk.

Indeed, there is also Jose who has a task to type the problems, but they said I was faster and they were very happy if their problems were typed and printed first.

Brother Niar is a Honorary Master as well, along with me, Brother Niar is already proficient in typing problems, but sometimes Brother Niar does not want to.

After I finished typing the three-subject replay, I felt exhausted and chose to rest, while waiting for Jose to come.

There was a sound of Jose's motorbike entering the school yard, I went back to check on the matter I had typed so that there were no wrong words.

"Siang El, a lot of work, huh?" jose asked me as he walked to his desk near me.

"Yes, a lot, but this is your part yeah, I want to go home, I'm hungry." My answer is Jose.

"Don't go home El, help me dong, I've got biscuits for you." Jose said, putting biscuits on my desk

"Thank you Jo, but I can't take too long, I'm so hungry Jo." I said to Jose while enjoying the biscuits he gave me

"Jo, I'm going home first." I said to Jose as I tidied up my desk and left the room and went home

That night I called Thomi, and asked what kind of equipment I should prepare to take to the file check. The plan is tomorrow morning I'm going to the file check office.

"Hello Thom, what else, busy?" ask Thomi quickly

"Hey, one-on-one darling question, try repeating it again." Thomi answered me and asked me to repeat my question to her

"What are you doing, not busy?" I said repeating my question to Thomi

"Oh, no dear. Can anyone help?" thomi answered, then asked me again

"Look, Thom, I'd like to ask you, what files should I bring to the file check office?" ask Thomi.

"That must be carried, last degree, transcip value, KTP, and others." Thomi answered me.

That morning I arrived at school, I sat at the picket table while waiting for Kak Niar for us to leave together, finally Kak Niar arrived at school and we prepared to go to the office together.

Before we left, Kak Niar forgot to print his picture, so Kak Niar had to go to the teacher's room to print his picture, while I waited for Kak Niar outside while sitting down.

"Good morning El, sorry to wait so long." Said Brother Niar to me, while walking towards the picket table.

"Neverything Brother." Answer's short.

"We're leaving now, brother?" ask me to Sister Niar.

"Before El, I print my picture first, and we're leaving." Replied Brother Niar as he stepped into the teacher's room towards Jose's desk.

"I've been waiting for my brother." I said to Sister Niar, sitting at the picket table.

Finally we left also to the office where the examination of the files, Kak Niar and I used an ojek to get there.

Five minutes passed and we had arrived, my sister and I Niar entered and searched the file examination room, after we arrived at the door, there were a lot of people queuing up there, me and Brother Niar also took the queue number.

"El, let's sit down for a while Brother's tired." Say Brother Niar to me while sitting and breathing.

"Yes no problem, but I'd better get our queue number first." I replied to Brother Niar, sitting down, also advising him.

"Yes El, you're right let's take it." Replied Kak Niar, then stepped towards the queue number box.

When Niar and I returned to our original seats, suddenly there came four guys, one of whom I knew, his name was Olan, we came from the same island and the same village, he said, he came with his friends to take the test.

"Hi El, you're here too." Olan said when he saw me, and made some of his friends confused

"Hi Olan, are you here too?" I asked Olan

"Yes, how are you?" olan asked me while shaking hands with me.

"Good Olan." My answer is short

"Oh yes El, meet my friends." Olan said while showing me to his friends

"Hi, I'm El." I said to them while shaking hands.

All of Olan's friends are handsome, but among all of them I remember his name is only one person because he asked for my phone, his name is Hendra.

Me and Niar's brother are done with the paperwork and we're going home, but Olan and his friends are asking us to hold on for a while because Olan wants to stop by Kak Alen's house.

"Hi, El, can I have your phone number?" asked Hendra to me, taking out his phone.

"Oh yes I can." I answered briefly then exchanged numbers with Hendra.

"Later if I need anything I'll call you El." Hendra said to me while walking home.

The communication between me and Hendra went really well for a few days, after she asked for my phone number. I didn't expect Hendra to tell me that by text, when I saw him in the first place, I said in my heart "If this guy had shot me, I would have refused."

"Hi El, are you sleeping?" asked Hendra to me via text

"Not yet, what's up Hendra?" My reply to Hendra

"Sorry before El, do you want to date me?" asked Hendra to me, via text

" Ha ... ha ... I'm sorry Hendra but I already have a girlfriend, and she's the one who gives me encouragement every day." My reply to Hendra, laughing feels funny.

"Oh yeah, sorry El." Reply Hendra briefly.

"It's nothing." My reply.
