THE SOUL FROM GOD
Chapters 14. Go home and meet a new friend on the bus

Someone we just knew, he could be the bridge of happiness for you.

That morning, Alen went to the office, I did not go to school at home just me and Mom and the two Sisters Alen.

" Buk, I'm going to Ambon." I said to my mother while standing in front of the middle room door.

" You're heart-hearted on the road ya." Mother replied in a soft voice, because Mother was holding Baby Kak Alen.

After saying goodbye to Mom, I left for the harbor by ojek, After arriving there, I headed to the ticket counter.

" Excuse me Buk, buy ticket one." I said while standing in the queue.

" Yes, I asked for your ID." Answer the counter attendant.

" Yes Buk, it's my ID." I answered while handing over my ID.

" Thank you" replied the counter attendant.

" This ticket is a total of one hundred and sixty-five thousand rupiah (Rp.165,000)" said the officer's mother while handing me one ship ticket.

" Good Mom, here's the money, thank you" I replied to the officer's mother while handing the money to the ticket counter attendant's mother.

After I finished buying the ticket, I walked towards the waiting room, and chose a seat to sit, while waiting for the waiting room door to open so that we could walk towards the ship.

" Hey, are you leaving?" ask a man who works in the harbor.

" Yes Sir." Answer's short.

" okay. Excuse me, Buk." The father replied to me and then passed from before me.

After I sat down for almost an hour, we were asked to show tickets before exiting the waiting room.

" Excuse me Father, Mother the waiting room door will be opened, and before you go out, you must show us each ticket thanks." Said an officer who was standing right in front of the exit of the waiting room.

When I'm done showing my ticket, I'm welcome to walk to the ship.

I quickly walked up to the ship, and I immediately searched for the bed number according to the one on the ticket.

" Mom, what number are you looking for?" Ask one of the traders who was selling in the boat.

" No, ma'am, thank you. I've met." I answered while walking and sitting on my bed.

While resting, and enjoying the speed of the ship I thought about my long journey and where will I sleep? every time I step, I believe God must be with me every step of the way.

It didn't feel like it was getting late and the boat I was on arrived at the port. I'm getting ready to get off.

" Good afternoon Mr. Mother of passengers, we have arrived at the port of Yos Soedarso safely, before leaving the ship, please check each other's luggage lest anyone be left behind, thank you for sailing with us." There was the sound of one of the crew talking through a loudspeaker.

" Ojek Buk?" ask a young man to me.

" No! thanks, I'll take the angkot." I replied to the young man while walking towards the exit of the ship.

After I got out of the ship, I walked towards the terminal because the distance from the port to the terminal was not too far, it could be reached on foot.

This time I chose the angkot destination Transit terminal, there are many buses with the Ambon route to Masohi, after the full angkot and angkot driver forwarded the angkot, he said, thirty minutes passed and I arrived at the Transit terminal, after paying the freight bill, I walked towards the parked Bus.

" Good night sir" I said to a man sitting next to the bus while reading the newspaper.

" Good night also Deck, what's the need?" answered the man, then asked me again.

" Want to ask Sir, which bus will leave tomorrow morning sir?" ask the Father, while standing looking left and right.

" Sister, are you leaving too?" he asked me as he stood up and walked closer to the bus.

" Hey, wake up! there's a passenger coming." Said the father who had entered the bus and then woke up the driver who was sleeping.

" Sister, where are you going?" ask a father to me who is none other than the bus driver, while shouting from inside the front bus.

" I'm going to Masohi sir." I answered while standing at the bus door,

" Get on the Deck, don't stand outside it's night." Said the driver to me.

" Yes, thank you sir." I said to the bus driver, stepping into the bus and choosing a seat.

After I got a comfortable seat, I felt relieved, After thirty minutes had passed suddenly there was a Father, getting into the bus.

" Hi Dek, excuse me, sorry to interrupt." Said the Father to me as he grabbed the outlet to turn on the bus light that was near my front seat.

" Oh, please sir." My answer to that father.

" Dek, my name is Yosi, I garnet this bus, said the stranger, no love." Mr. Garnet said to me as he extended his hand to me for a handshake with a face full of smiles then sat on my front row seat.

" My name is El." I answered briefly on the garnet.

" El, nice name, El where are you going?" ask that garnet to me who feels familiar.

" I have just arrived from Buru Island and will continue my journey to Masohi." I answered the garnet in a soft voice.

" Oh yeah, it's a long way off, it must be exhausting." Say garnet to me.

" Yes Sir. It's exhausting." I answered the garnet in a soft voice.

The atmosphere was calm, only the sound of songs from the driver, now it was ten at night, suddenly my stomach hurt.

" Mister Yosi, sorry can you take me to the toilet near here, my stomach hurts." I said to Mr. Yosi while standing up because it could not be held

" Oh my goodness.. Come on Dek, I'll take you to the toilet." Replied Mr. Yosi stepping out of the car and walking with me towards the toilet.

After we arrived in front of the toilet Mr. Yosi invited me to enter.

" Dek, here's the toilet please come in. I'll wait there." Mr. Yosi said to me as he stepped towards the seat not far from the toilet

" Yes Sir." My answer was brief to Mr. Yosi.

When I went in and opened the toilet door, it looked very clean and fragrant, the water flowed straight from the water tap into the reservoir. I quickly took out the trash in my stomach until it was finished, after which I felt relieved, then tidied my clothes and wetted my face with water, then came out.

" Have the Deck finished?" ask Mr. Yosi to me, while stepping towards me.

" Yes sir, relieved. Thanks." I replied to Mr. Yosi, then followed Mr. Yosi's steps and arrived at the bus.

"Dek, you spend the night on the bus? ask Mr. Yosi to me.

" Yes Sir." Answer's short.

When Mr. Yosi and I were talking, an easy woman came.

" Mister Yosi, I ordered one seat." Said the woman to Mr. Yosi while looking into the bus.

" Yes, I'll keep it." Yosi replied to the woman while standing up.

There was a voice outside the bus asking the woman.

" Are you sure you spend the night on the bus?, come with me and catch my place, tomorrow morning I'll drive you here." Said his girlfriend trying to convince the woman.

" Well, I'm coming with you." The woman replied, stepping out the bus door, and then leaving with her friend.

Mr. Yosi is out to buy cigarettes. When Mr. Yosi returned to the bus, Mr. Yosi brought a packet of biscuits,

" El, let's eat it, please" said Mr. Yosi as he handed me a packet of biscuits that had been opened.

" Yes, thank you sir." I answered while taking a few pieces of biscuits to eat.

The night and the air got colder, I just used a jacket instead of a blanket, I after two hours I closed my eyes, and after I was shocked and turned on the phone to look at the clock, it turned out that it was four o'clock in the morning, there was a noise, it turned out that Mr. Yosi was arranging passenger belongings in the trunk of the bus, and when I woke up suddenly.

" Hey." The woman who came to the bus last night.

" Hey too." Answer's short.

" My name is Olin, whose name is Brother?" Said the woman to me, asking me back.

" My name is El" I answered briefly, taking a bottle of water and sipping a few times to refresh my dry throat.

" Brother El, can I sit next to you?" olin asked me, looking at me with a hopeful face.

" Oh yeah, I can. It just so happens that the seat next to me no one has." I answered Olin while giving way for Olin to pass by his seat.

" Sister slept on this bus last night?" ask Olin to me, while tidying up his things.

" Yes Olin, me and the bus driver, as well as the garnet and two other passengers." I replied while helping Olin tidy up his things.

" Geez, my eucalyptus oil spilled, brother, I forgot to close it."Olin said in a panic while lifting a bottle of eucalyptus oil whose contents stayed partially, because some had been spilled.

" Sister want to use eucalyptus oil? this is real, brother." Olin asked as she extended her hand to me so that the eucalyptus oil in Olin's hand could be moved into my palm.

" Can." I replied to Olin as I stretched my hand out to Olin and I felt the warmth of eucalyptus oil in the hand as well as the fresh aroma removing the dizziness from my head.

After finishing, tidying up the items, Olin and I exchanged phone numbers.

" Sister, I'm asking for Brother's phone number, let's send each other a message or call to tell a story." Olin said to me while taking out his phone from his pocket.

" Ok." I replied briefly to Olin while mentioning my phone number, then I asked Olin to call me, let me keep the number directly.

The exchange numbers are complete, and we are currently on our way to the ferry port crossing to Seram island. Olin and I told each other about our current activities and also our problems.

" Olin's in college?" I asked Olin.

" Yes, sister, I went to college in third semester health." Olin replied while looking at me.

" Oh, health people yes." I said to Olin.

" Who are you on Buru Island and what activities are there?" olin asked me while looking at my face.

" I was there with my sister and I worked at one of the Elementary Schools there.

We continued to tell each other about our problems, and I told them about my current problem for Olin.

" Sister, so you want to have a new boyfriend? let it not dissolve in sorrow." Ask Olin with a happy face.

" I guess so Olin. I just want it to be serious." I replied to Olin in a soft voice.

" Sister, by any chance, my brother asked me to find him a girl, by chance, but he's not my real brother, he's already I consider as my Brother, because he's always there when I need him. He was in a relationship with my older sister but not long after they broke up, because it doesn't fit." Olin told me and tried to convince me of his story.

" Oh yeah, where is Olin now?" I asked Olin with curiosity.

" All I know is he lives in Java Kak, but take it easy Kak, I have his facebook name." Olin said to me, fiddling with his phone.

" Sister take it easy, let Olin take care of it." Olin said to me, making me even more curious.

" He's busy, brother, if I send him a message a long time ago in reply can be days." Olin explained to me.

" Oh. If so we continue to sleep yuk, let's not sleepy, the journey is still long." I said to Olin and asked Olin to rest.

After two hours of travel, Mr. Yosi was ready to collect the ticket money,

" Olin wakes up, there's a bus ticket payment." Whisper me while waking Olin up.

" Oh yes, brother, thank you for waking me up." Olin said as he rubbed his eyes, after which continued to sleep again.

My sadness is less and less because I told Olin. After hours of sitting on the bus, I finally arrived at my house.

" Olin me first yes, this is my house to stop by occasionally." I said to Olin as I stepped off the bus, and waved to Olin.

I was greeted by my sister, her name is Ida. Then we walked to my room and we told him about my problem and I put Edi's camera on him.

Three days passed and I just locked myself in my room and cried, I had no appetite at all. That afternoon my phone shook the sign of a phone coming in.

" Hey, good afternoon who?" ask me on that unknown number.

" I'm Thomi" you know Olin?" ask Thomi.

" Yes, I know him on the bus, why him?" I answered Thomi and asked her back.

" He gave me your phone number, said you were looking for a girlfriend?" Thomi said to me and then asked back.

" Ayeah right. Oh this is Olin's sister who said to have a busy life in Java huh?, almost forgot my name El." I answered Thomi with vigor, and slowly made me feel better.

The communication between the three of us was so good, and it went so smoothly, that I began to forget my sadness.
