Chapters 30. Meet My Dad

Short meetings, and going to be family, they can happen but sometimes they don't.

That morning, after we finished breakfast, and were sitting on the terrace suddenly came Sister Thomi, and approached us.

"Thom the day you didn't join us?" ask Eko to Thomi, then go into the boarding room

"Thom, do you have a job?" ask me about Thomi

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"No El, we're just working today, but let them first I'll catch up." Thomi answered me

"Eco, today there's anyone at work?" ask Thomi to Eko

"Me, Vian, Ardi and Yance and the builders." Answer Eko to Thomi.

"Then you go first with them, then you come back here and pick me up." Thomi said to Eko

"Yes Thom." Answer Eko, then hurry.

Tut ..... Tut ..... Tut. ..... Signs there's an incoming call.

"I'm glad you got a call from your mom." Thomi said to me, because she was holding my phone.

"Yes Thom." I answered while receiving hp from Thomi's hand.

"Hello." I said after answering the phone

"El, where are you? Dad while in Suli (the name of one of the villages in the suburb of Ambon) ." asked Dad to me

"Can Dad, I happen to be in Ambon too, I'll catch up with you." I answered my father.

"It was El." My father said he ended the call.

"Thom, Dad just called me and asked me to meet him in the middle." I said to Thomi.

"Well, you know the area?" ask Thomi to me

"Not knowing Thom." I answered, looking up at Thomi.

"Well, then you're ready after Eko comes, I'll take you to see your father." Thomi said to me, looking at me.

"Ok, I'm getting ready, yeah, gonna wash your clothes and take a shower." I said to Thomi

"Yes dear." Answer Thomi briefly

I rushed to the bathroom, before taking a shower I washed my clothes and Thomi, after finishing drying the laundry suddenly sounded the motor, Eko had come to pick Thomi up to work.

"El, where's Thomi?" ask Eko to me.

"Still in the room." My answer is short

"Thom, let's go." cried Eko at Thomi

Thomi rushed down from the room and walked towards me, and said to me

"El, you get ready, yeah, I'll come back and take you." Thomi told me.

"Yes Thom, I'm going to take a shower, I'm done washing my clothes." I answered Thomi.

After Thomi left with her sister, I rushed to take a shower and got ready to wait for her to return to take me.

The sound of a motorbike coming into the boarding yard, I accelerated my makeup.

"Dear ready?" thomi asked me, standing at the door.

"Dear school, poor Daddy's gonna be waiting for you there." Thomi told me.

"Thom there's our laundry in the clothesline, you don't forget yes, if I come home late you don't forget to lift our clothesline." I said to Thomi.

"Dear, you carry a bag and an umbrella in case it rains." Thomi told me

"Dear, let's go." I said to Thomi

"Dear, you're so beautiful today, so fragrant again." Thomi told me.

"Lebay deh Thom." I said with a laugh.

"Come on, cup, cup. You be careful there." Thomi said to me, after kissing my head.

"Yes Thom, you're also careful at work." I answered Thomi, then we walked down the stairs to the bike.

"Yes dear." Answer Thomi.

We continue our journey together with pleasure. Almost 1 hour after our trip, we finally arrived in Suli Village and met my father.

"Darling you try to call and ask me where Dad is now, to make it easier for us to meet Dad."Thomi told me

"Yes Thom, I'll call." Answer me, then take the phone out of my bag.

" Tut's. Tut's. Tut's.

I heard her phone call was connected.

"Hello, how's Nak?" ask Dad to me.

"Where's Dad's position now?" ask me Daddy.

"Dad was standing in front of a shop, right side of the street." Father told me.

After searching, a few minutes and finally we met Dad.

"Thom is my father, there." I said to Thomi.

"Ok. We're going there now yeah." Thomi said as she turned the motor and drove towards my father who was standing.

"Dad, Alone?" ask me after arriving in front of Dad.

"Yes El, Father alone." Answer my father to me.

"Hi Om." Thomi said to Dad.

"Hi son too." Answer me to Thomi.

"I'm Thomi." Thomi said while giving Father a hand to shake hands.

"The Father El." Father said as he shook hands with Thomi.

"El, I'm back." Thomi told me.

"Oh yeah, I can, be careful on the road." Answer, then warn him.
