The Revenge of the President

The Revenge of the President
Chapter 93. A full journey (1)

Morning's approaching. The big thing that Dave had planned, was going to run today. Ms. Lin and Mr. Yus, were the busiest this morning. Starting from preparing clothes to the provision of young ladies. Not only that, he also has to prepare drugs and milk for pregnant women.

Rachel was no less busy. Constructing this, until the pacing is unclear. They only visited for two days. But. Rachel wants everything to be perfect. Especially, the needs of her daughter-in-law who is pregnant.

"Sir Yus, you must follow." Rachel ordered.

"Okay, Madam."

Rachel doesn't trust her son, in terms of Arshila's needs. Because he himself, must be helped by the servant.

In the upstairs room. The two people who were waiting for him were still asleep. They fell asleep, hugging. Arshila leaned her head against her husband's chest, while Dave hugged her tightly.

Dave woke up first. He smiled, looking at their current position. He wanted to linger, but did not want his wife to feel awkward for him. Finally, he chose to rise and envelop Arshila.

The balcony door opened, a gust of wind in Dave's face. He sat down for a while, watching the gardener down there.. They are busy working, on the land to be made flower garden. Shifted a little, there were two cars parked in the yard. There was Tian there, who was dressed casually, with a jacket covering him.

Dave knew nothing about the preparations his parents made. So, he was a little confused by the clothes his secretary was wearing, which was unusual.

Time goes on, without waiting for it. Dave chose to prepare first, while waiting for his wife who was still asleep. Sit down, watch the wife's face. This was the first time, they slept together, in a good mood. Brushing hair, down to the face, moving on the lips. A distance of 1 meter, trimmed to 1 cm, until he actually landed his lips.

Arshila squirms, distracted. But, his two eyes were still tightly closed. Dave backed off, rubbing his lips.

"Good morning, dear," she whispered, only to be heard by him.

Exactly, at 07:30, Dave was tidy and ready to leave. But, the queen, was still fast asleep and not disturbed in the least. Maybe because of the influence of being pregnant, making Arshila a little lazy, Dave thought. He did not want to rush and wake his wife.

"Where's my son-in-law?" Rachel looked at her son who came down alone, in neat clothes.

"Still asleep, Ma. I'll have breakfast first." Dave watched Tian sit down for breakfast. "Where are you going?"

"I'll follow you, Sir."

"But I'm not asking you."

"Mama, who asked for it," interrupted Rachel. "You can't both go. If you're tired, who's gonna take care of my son-in-law."

Dave did not argue, he just complied, because he did not want to argue that spent time.

"Where's Nadia?" ask Dave again, to Lin's mother.

"He still gives milk, to his daughter."

Dave nodded, then started breakfast.

In the second floor room. Arshila began to blink, she stretched her supplies, after a long sleep. Not to get up, to get ready. He curled back up and pulled the blanket over his neck. For some reason, he was too lazy to move.

The door to the room is open.

"Is he still sleeping?"

Dave approached, sitting next to his wife.

"Honey. It's eight o'clock. Don't you want to go?"

Arshila did not answer. He put away the blanket, and sat down.

"Come on. I'll help you prepare."

"I can do it myself."

One or two steps, he fell. Dave swiftly, caught his wife's body.

"Both your legs, still weak. Because, it's never moved."

"Let me help you."

Raising Arshila's body into the bathroom. I don't know what they're doing, just the sound of Arshila's rejection. Long enough, they finally came out, with Arshila's body wrapped in a towel.

"I've prepared a dress for you." Give a dress with knee length.

Arshila did not argue, she immediately used it. She also let her husband comb her hair and put a necklace around her neck.

Prepared already.

Dave carried his wife's body, out of the elevator. They were greeted by their parents, who were waiting.

"Thank you, Ma."

Waiting for his wife for breakfast. Dave sat down with his father.

"Tian and Mr. Yus, will follow you."

"We've only been two days, why are they coming?"

"Dave, the journey is quite far. Tian will drive and Mr. Yus, will help you prepare for your needs and Arshila."

"Well! Alright." Sighs long.

Arshila had breakfast, she had also said goodbye to the people of the house. His face was a little bright, because he was happy to go home in his yard.

"Take care of her, just be careful if you come back to make her cry!" threaten Rachel.

Tian had already opened the car door, while Yus sir put in the luggage.

Finally, two vehicles came out of the courtyard. Young ladies and gentlemen, sitting next to the back seat. Tian as the driver and Yus sir, sat down with a bag on his lap.

Luckily, the weather was very clear this morning. It looks like the sky is so clean, befriending the white clouds above.

"What's it like, your hometown?" Dave opened the conversation.

"There, there are rice fields and plantations. The air is cool with cold mountain water" replied Arshila enthusiastically. "Huh, I miss them so much."

"Who?"

"My sister, my parents, the people who always helped me. I miss all my memories." Arshila shed tears.

"Sister? You got a sister?"

"Hm. It disappeared while we were in school. Back then, I went to work and never found it, until now." Arshila looked up, trying to hold back the tears that were about to slide. He didn't want to cry, on this happy day.

Dave looked at his wife. Things he never knew. As it turns out, Arshila's life suffered a lot, when she was a child. Even when he was an adult, his life was not much different. Perhaps even more suffering. Dave's drowning, in guilt.

"Have you ever looked for him?" ask Dave again.

"I looked for him like a madman. I kept working to raise money, hoping to hire someone to look for it. But, never deliver. I finally, came to town, to find a job. Because, in the village, I've lost my place of residence. I can only hope, he's fine and his life, is much better than mine." Arshila smiled bitterly, without looking at her husband.

Deg.

Dave looked down, his chest like it was pierced by a thorn. I don't know why Arshila said, like insinuating herself.

"Miss, you want to eat something?" bargain sir Yus, trying to break the awkwardness of his master.

"Is there any fruit, sir?"

"She, Miss. Just a minute." Mr. Yus, open the bag on his lap Take out the food box, which is neatly arranged. Then, give one of them to Arshila.

"Wow." Arshila smiled as she opened it. "Thank you, sir."

"Together, Miss."

Dave snatched, strawberry. Chew slowly, while permeating. There is something strange about its taste. But, seeing his wife eating it voraciously, he threw away his thoughts.

How, a little salty? Dave sat down, not wanting to make Arshila lose her appetite. He grabbed a cell phone and wrote a message for Mr. Yus.

"The fruit, it's a bit salty."

"Sorry, Sir. The pieces, mixed with a little salt. Because young lady, wants to eat something like that. Maybe influence, cravings," replied Yus.

Dave looked back at his wife, who was still chewing.

"Do you want to eat something, baby?"

"No." Arshila shook her head. He closed the lunchbox, as his eyes felt heavy.

"Sleep." Grabbing the wife's head, to lean on her shoulder. "I'll wake you when we get there."

I'm sorry, if I did, it made your life darker. Your sister's problem. I'm gonna find her.
