At the hospital ...
Arshila was conscious, her gaze sweeping across the room. There are white curtains and hanging infusion poles.
On the patient's side of the bed, a strange-looking man was talking to a doctor.
Arshila, get up holding her still dizzy head.
"Hey, don't move much."
The man, caught his squeaky body.
"thank you. Sorry, I have to go home."
"You can't go home now, your situation hasn't improved. Wait until morning comes."
Arshila lay down again, her head still very dizzy.
"Thank you for helping me" he said, closing his eyes.
"Either. My name is Ellino, just call me El."
"I, Arshila."
"Rest, it's too late."
Arshila did not reply, she immediately fell asleep, after Ellino enveloped her body.
Meanwhile, in the hospital parking lot, Dave held back the emotions lodged in his tubes. How not, he sees Arshila being taken away by his business rival. The woman collapsed, on the sidewalk and Ellino helped her.
"Fucking woman! You have very good luck." Dave hits the driver's seat, where Tian sits with him.
"Now, how is Mister?"
"We're home."
Tian immediately started the car engine and left the hospital parking lot.
Morning has arrived, there is already a janitor doing his job. There was also a nurse who came to check the infusion fluid, while delivering breakfast.
Arshila was ready to leave the hospital, having finished her breakfast. He had also been wearing the new clothes Ellino gave him last night.
That morning the man said goodbye and asked him to wait. But, of course Arshila wouldn't do it. He always feels uncomfortable when someone is too kind to him. For him, debt is a burden that he must pay off.
Along the corridor of the hospital, Arshila wondered inwardly, about Dave's whereabouts. Why didn't he come to pick me up? Did something happen? But, the thought disappeared, after realizing something more important.
Looks like I'll be back on foot! Arshila muttered in frustration. Because of the distance from the hospital, it is quite far. Do I take a taxi, at home I pay for it? But, what if my wallet doesn't meet? He ruffled his hair, irritated.
Both of his legs were resting on the grass. Not stepping yet, he was still staring at the densely packed highway. Thinking of the path he would walk this time. In the end, he had no choice but to walk. Repeating the steps he took last night. At least now the sun is up and bright. There was no darkness and the torrent of rain, like last night.
One or two steps, he started walking out of the hospital parking lot. I'm upset, of course, but not for anyone else. He just kept on cursing himself.
"I'm thirsty" he said, when the distance he had taken was quite far from the hospital.
If the rain and the cold night air are bone-chilling. The sun this afternoon, felt burning the skin and made his throat dry.
The vow! I'm so stupid. I shouldn't have forgotten my wallet and cell phone.
Again, he scolded himself.
Without feeling it, the sun was already overhead. Very hot and hot, like burning the skin. I don't know how long he's been walking, but it looks like it's been a while. Evidently, he has arrived at a mini market that is approximately five kilometers from Dave's house.
"Huh, huh! Little more!"
Arshila took a breath, cheering herself on. Although, he already felt dizzy and had a headache. His legs felt very heavy and achy, especially just last night, he walked a considerable distance.
I can't stop now! It's close. He forced his feet to keep walking. Sweat had soaked all over his body, even the clothes he was wearing already looked wet.
"Sir, please open."
Arshila's breathing was stingy, fatigue was already very visible from her face, without even asking.
Security guard, open the door immediately. He noticed Arshila walking into the courtyard. The woman sweats a lot, even exceeding the sweat of someone who exercises in the morning.
Arshila immediately ran towards the kitchen, ignoring the housekeeper who saluted. In fact, the chef who asked about his needs, he did not answer. He opened the refrigerator and drank a lot of water.
After, satisfied. Arshila took a deep breath, throwing away the fatigue wrapped around her body.
"Have you come, Miss?"
Sir yus approached.
"Yes, Sir. Where's dave?"
"Young master was out of town from yesterday. I think Miss already knew, because last night you didn't come home."
"Sorry, Sir. I went to see my friend in the hospital and stayed there."
"Alright, Miss. Please rest, we'll prepare lunch soon."
"Thank you, sir. Sorry, troublesome."
Arshila went up to her room, currently her mind was fixed on her phone and wallet. As he remembered, his phone was on the bed and his wallet was in the bag he had used a few days ago.
Arshila searched for her bag first, apparently still hanging from the closet. He opened it and found his wallet there.
"Ah, thank goodness!"
He went back to looking for his phone, nothing! He lifted a pillow and a blanket that had been arranged neatly. Where's myphone? Arshila searched inside the nightstand, opened all the drawers, still nothing.
Arshila switched in the closet, lifting all the clothes that had been folded. He searched carefully, so as not to fall apart. There ain't! He muttered, then chose to sit while turning his memory.
Tok.dok...
"Lake in."
"Miss, lunch is ready."
"All right, thank you. Uh, wait. Did you guys see my phone?"
"Yes, Miss. We found him on the floor. Looks like it fell because the screen broke and didn't light up."
"really? Then, where's my phone?"
"I keep it, in your dresser drawer."
Arshila immediately moved to open the dresser drawer. He looked gloomy, found his phone screen that had broken and not lit.
How'this? How am I gonna contact Aunt Nessa and the others. Arshila chose to lie down bemoaning her phone. This was the only treasure he had. He bought the phone while he was still working in a shopping mall.
Working as a cashier, he collected his salary little by little, so he could buy the phone he wanted.
Arshila shed tears, remembering something precious in her heart.
Nadin's picture, it's inside. The picture of my daughter I had so much trouble getting. Arshila sobbed, leaving the maid confused.
The servant chose to leave secretly. Not wanting to disturb his master, who was crying over something he did not understand.
Though, he just asked the young master, thought the servant. Just a cell phone, the young master definitely gave it a more expensive one. Thought again.
In a different place. Dave, already aware of Arshila's return, begins to work out his plans, after the wedding that will be held tomorrow.
