Arshila has arrived at the hospital lobby. He wiped his tears, not wanting to be seen by others.
"Mother Lin, get me my provisions. I want to eat."
"Sorry, Miss. I forgot about it in the young master's room."
"Please, get it for me. I'll be waiting in the back yard, under the big tree at that time."
"But, Miss, ...."
"Mother Lin, please!"
"All right, Miss." Mother Lin had to leave.
Arshila walked towards the hospital's backyard. Step by step, he retraced, as his tears fell.
I'm a nobody, in your eyes. Why give me a ring? If I'm a nobody, why are you still maintaining our marriage.
"Hiks .. hiks ...." Arshila clenched her hands, running as fast as she could. He changed direction, running towards the front yard of the hospital.
I'm sick with your words and your hands. I'm tired, shackled like this.
Still crying, he no longer cared about the people's view of him. He just wanted to get as far away as possible, somewhere.
Arshila had already arrived at the highway, the sound of vehicle horns and traffic crowds, making her pause for a moment. He was still as hiccupping with watery eyes, his eyes looking around.
Arshila stopped a taxi, sitting down after telling her the address she was referring to. In the car, he buried his face, on both palms. Crying sobbed, while the driver glanced at him from the rearview mirror.
He had arrived at a house painted in gray. The house was once the purpose of his life. Arshila stepped slowly, entering the courtyard of the house.
The sound of a child laughing made him stop. He pecked, with melted tears that had flooded his face.
Nadin, mom's home, son. Lord, please let me hug her just once. Please, give me a chance to hear her voice call me mother.
From inside, Nadin ran out of the house followed by a nanny who chased after him. And a girl, whom he knew very well.
"Sister Shila." Mira flinched.
Arshila approached with tears that had not yet receded. His gaze was fixed on the little girl, with her hair braided in two.
"Mom, just go inside and please don't tell mom and sister-in-law anything, if they come home" Mira said.
"Good, Non."
The nanny has entered the house, Mira holds her niece. Go near Arshila, who was standing staring at them.
"Nadin, this is your mother" said Mira.
Arshila immediately hugged him, without waiting. She wept bitterly, as Nadin called her mother, though stammered.
"My son, cup, cup, cup." Arshila landed a kiss, on her daughter's face, with tears in her eyes. "Hiks .. hiks .. thank you, Mir. Thank you." Thank you."
Mira came crying, seeing the meeting of the mother and child. He hugged Arshila, who had been his sister-in-law.
"Sister Shi, come on in. At home, there's just me and the nanny's aunt. Mother Afternoon just got home, so did Brother Dimas and sister-in-law."
Arshila nodded, walking without letting go of her embrace. The tightly hugged Nadin simply fell silent, staring at the face of the woman who had given birth to him with great difficulty and in a state of apprehension.
"Bik, please make some tea!" pinta Mira from the terrace of the house.
Arshila sat with Nadin on her lap.
"Sister Shi, all right?"
"I'm fine, all right. Thank you for letting me see Nadin."
"Sama-sama, Brother. If you want to see her again, call me. I'll definitely meet you guys, unbeknownst."
Arshila smiled, although she was surprised by Mira's attitude, but she did not want to think about it.
"My beautiful daughter, you've been this big. Sorry, I just saw you." Hugged her back.
"Sister Shi, this is my cell phone number. Call me, if you want to see Nadin." Mira gave him a piece of paper, which he had just written.
"Thank you, sorry if I had to trouble you."
"It's okay, Brother. Think of it, as my apology to you, in the past."
Long enough, Arshila chatted with Mira. In fact, Nadin who was in his lap was already asleep.
"Mir, I'd better go home."
"Sister," protested Mira.
"All right." Mira gets up to pick up Nadin, from the arms of her biological mother. "Call me, brother. I promise I'll get you guys together."
"Thank you, Mir."
Arshila kissed her daughter's forehead before leaving. Although, it felt very heavy, but he had to keep going. He gives Mira some money, asking to buy her daughter's needs. Mira who refused was forced to accept, because all this time, Arshila never gave anything to her daughter.
Arshila is back in the taxi, she now has no destination. He finally decided to stop by the city park, before returning home.
A garden with green grass. The trees stand firm with lush leaves, as a protector from the scorching sun. Arshila sat on a white wooden bench. He stared blankly, children his daughter's age running around laughing happily.
From far away, the ice cream vendor sat on his motorcycle. Arshila who was hungry, having not had lunch, walked over.
"Mas, ice cream, one."
"You feel, what?"
"Strawberries."
After paying, Arshila returned to her seat. Enjoy ice cream with hot weather.
At 12pm, Arshila was very hungry. He came out of the park, looking for food stalls around. Across the street, a tavern that seemed crowded with visitors.
"Mas, I ordered goat satay for the same cup. I want some sweet iced tea, too."
"Good, brother."
Arshila was already sitting sweetly, waiting for her order.
"Well, you eat a lot, yeah."
Arshila turned her head, the man sitting next to her.
"Ellino." Arshila hugged her without cause, she was happy to see the man. "How are you?"
"I'm fine."
"You alone? Where's your bodyguard?" Ellino circulated a look looking for the whereabouts of Lin's mother.
"I walk alone, because I'm bored."
"Are you running away?" guess Ellino, who doesn't believe in Arshila's answer.
"Hahahaha .. You could be." Arshila hit Ellino's arm. "You always eat here?"
"It's close to where I work." Ellino pointed at a towering building, which was about a few meters away from where they were.
The waiter has Arshila's order. Put it on the table, smile before you leave.
"Have you eaten?"
"It has. Eat, I'll wait for you."
Arshila enjoyed the food without hesitation. Meanwhile, Ellino stared at him, while capturing this moment in her phone camera.
"I'm so full." Arshila drank the iced tea, until it was not left in the glass.
"Where are you going? I'll drive you."
Arshila took a breath, thinking about the direction of her goal. It's his chance to enjoy freedom, so he thinks he'll be home tonight.
"Do you have a place that can drive away boredom?"
"Sure, you want to come."
Arshila nodded happily, then walked towards the cashier. Apparently, Ellino already paid her bills.
"It seems, my debt is getting more and more."
Both of them laughed as they walked towards the car parked in front.
Almost half an hour, they arrived at the game rides. Arshila's eyes sparkled, his gaze could not be separated from the crowd in front of him.
"How's it?"
"Thank you, I love this place."
In the hospital.
A gripping atmosphere mixed with tension, filled Dave's treatment room. Rachel who was angry, plus Dave's breath that went up and down, harbored emotions that had risen above her head.
"Find him! Don't come back if you haven't found my wife!"
