"The halal act that Allah hates most is talaq (divorce)" [HR. Abu Dawud's]
The middle-aged man in a white beard with a white peci attached to his head calmly explained how hated divorce was in the eyes of God. Even though it's legalized.
"Satan has always had a way of derailing humans. Throwing this and that slander, whispering hateful words and always trying to plunge people into evil" he said calmly.
"The negative influence of Satan, the devil and his army, can cause the destruction of a family that has been built for many years. The Prophet gave information that the devil always seeks to separate the husband from his wife. They are happy if the married life becomes damaged, and leads to divorce. The ability of the demonic army to tempt the highest and greatest human beings is when it succeeds in making husbands and wives divorce. Temptation towards humans in various other forms, is considered not how high," the middle-aged man explained at length.
From Jabir radhiyallahu'anhu, the Prophet of shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
"The devil laid his throne on the water (sea), and sent his army. The closest to him is the greatest. One of his soldiers came and said, "I have done this and so". The devil said, "You have done nothing at all". Then another came and said, "I didn't leave him until I managed to separate him and his wife". So Satan approached him and said, "Truly great are you" (HR Muslim no 2813).
Divorce is the greatest goal of the devil because it results in the disconnection of offspring. And the solitude of the children of the Prophet Adam's descendants (without a wife or without a husband) will easily plunge them into adultery which includes the great sins which cause the most damage and are the most troublesome.
Such a powerful mission to make a living damage the household, so they continue to strive to do in various ways.
"Think about young people. I just do not want to see you young people, descendants of the prophet Adam was wrong in making a decision just for following a moment's nap. Just because of the emotion at the time. Remember, Son. Satan, the devil always follows in every stream of our blood, so do not break the devil laknatullah whisper that we do bad things that God hates."
Ridho recalled the words of a middle-aged man who was none other than ustadz as well as the imam of the mosque where Ridho asked for advice, last night after performing the Islamic prayer service. Now he is sitting pensively while the lawyer is preparing all the necessary files.
Unknowingly a woman who was none other than Rara, sat next to Ridho. The man still looked straight. Rara looked at her husband in silence.
With Rara's hand reaching Ridho's hand. The gentle touch was finally able to also bring Ridho apart from his daydream.
"Mas" Rara's smile expands.
"Ra" Ridho looked at the woman next to him wryly.
Rara stroked Ridho's hand. "Congratulations. Your wishes and your family finally came true. We will live alone again and seek our happiness."
Ridho shook his head slowly, accompanied by Ridho's palm that led to Rara's smooth cheeks. Rara's heart is hamcur but she still tries hard to accept this reality.
"Bec... Rara, A's.. I don't really want to part with you, Ra. Why did you choose this." Ridho's eyes glazed over.
"It wasn't you who gave this to me, Mom. Did you forget?" Rara lowered Ridho's hand which gently rubbed her cheek. "I can't do it if I have to blend in, too, Mas. It's the same as slowly killing me."
Ridho grabbed Rara's body quickly entering in his warm embrace.
"I'm sorry. I can't do anything about it. I honestly hurt your heart a lot. My dream last night made me realize that I've been tormenting you for months. I'm sorry, dear."
Flashbacks
Elsewhere, Ridho half-consciously walked towards the kitchen because his throat was very dry. He desperately needs a drink.
Ridho opened the refrigerator door leaf and took out a bottle of mineral water. Put it in a glass. Armpits want to put the glass in the sink without Ridho knowing there is an oil spill wet the floor, to make the floor slippery. Ridho who stepped on the oil spilled tile finally fell to the floor of his head against the ceramic floor of the toilet. At that moment Ridho was unconscious.
When he woke up, he was suddenly in bed. Ridho rubbed his face rough while observing around. Read every corner of the room. But he tried hard to remember. This place is foreign. This isn't his room. Yes, Ridho remembered exactly, in front of suddenly appeared a man in white clothes whose body was surrounded by white light. Ridho held his face. He realized that the white-robed man looked a lot like his face.
Ridho repeatedly patted his cheek.
"Am I dreaming? Or am I dead?" muttered Ridho with fear.
The white-robed and Ridho-like-faced man flashed a smile.
"Yet. You're not dead."
"Ka... You're who?" ask Ridho in panic.
"Me?" The man smiled back. "Do you need to know who I am? Are our faces the same?" then laugh slowly.
"Well! A joke. I'm the Ridho!" cebik Ridho was not sure, because the man in front of him tried to equal himself.
"Not emotional!" answer's relaxed. "And it's true I'm Ridho. Your twins."
Ridho's anger grew increasingly angry at the answer made no sense. Ridho laughed wickedly. "Basic stupid! You think I'm a little kid who can be tricked. From childhood I knew I didn't have a twin."
"It doesn't matter if it's what you say."
"No problem." Ridho. "It doesn't matter. Now what do you want? Did you bring me here?"
"I brought you here. Didn't you bring yourself here?"
Ridho ruffled his hair in frustration. This man's words were all unawares.
"How could I have come here. I've never been here before!"
Feeling like being played by Ridho stared furiously at the same man whose face was with him. He wanted to punch the man in the face.
His hands have formed fists. However, as surprised as Ridho when the punch did not hit the face of the cloaked man earlier, Ridho even like hitting the wind.
Ridho thinks he does not understand, and is increasingly curious. Again he tried to hit him.
BRAKKS
Ridho held his face. "Dumbass! Why my cheek hurts."
The robed man smiled calmly. His aura brings calm. "Free you do that. You're just gonna be like a crazy person beating yourself up, Ridho!"
Out of fear and anxiety, Ridho took a few steps back to keep his distance from the man in front.
"You don't have to be afraid of that. Now sit down quietly. I'll tell you everything."
"I am the soul of goodness, which you have rarely used to do the good things that God has long known. In your days, you've hurt people a lot, hurt them a lot. You think too much of the world until you forget the worship of God. Do you know who is most hurt and feels wasted? She is your partner, who is now your rightful wife. You know what he always does for you. He always tries to give up even if you don't want to give up, he always tries to survive even though you are selfish and stubborn. When you left and he was alone at home, what did he do? At that moment he was crying thinking about you. Thinking of you who have changed and turned away. And he can only pray that you can change."
Hearing all the words that the man spoke, made Ridho bring his memories back to what he had been doing all along. It seems to be true what he said.
"Satan has mastered you a lot now."
"Then what do I have to do now?"
"Now do back the good things you once did. Go back to your family."
The cloaked man earlier, then disappeared from Ridho's sight. At that time also Ridho woke up from his stupor while holding the head that was painful after hitting the floor.
Ridho sat down, digesting what he had experienced earlier. Sometimes he patted her on the cheek. No morning Adhan echoed throughout the mosques.
Flashback....
"Ra, I'm sorry. I still love you," said Ridho sincerely.
"Nasi has become a porridge. Maybe this is the way our relationship ended. May we be happy for each." Rara let out a heavy sigh before inviting Ridho to enter the courtroom.
Ridho can only stop. Regret always accompanies a careless human being in action.
