I'm Still Alive

I can't call Alden. I can't call Daniel either. So I'm just gonna wait for those Vipers to come and kill me.

'It's ironic!'

I swear I feel so scared right now. Death was the thing I feared the most and it made me so panicked.

I ran straight to Alden's room. He must have a gun. He must have had it. I checked Alden's room. The room was so clean and everything was arranged so neatly. I saw she had a note she left stuck to the mirror.

'Hey, you naughty cat. What are you doing here? You're overdue. Anyway all this is yours this room my stuff is all yours.'

I miss you very much Alden. Tears started to fall down my cheeks. I rubbed it quickly and looked around her room. In the drawer I found a gun. I immediately took the weapon which turned out to still contain bullets. After a while, I heard some noise.

Someone must have broken something in the garden area. I held my weapon tightly and put it in my pants pocket and with all my strength I came out from inside the room.

I have to show all my courage today. I then saw the three men I saw near the central supermarket inside my house walking as if they were the owners of this house. I also called them.

"Who are y'all? What are you doing in my house?" I said to them.

I can't show them that I know them. So I had to pretend like I didn't know anyone.

"Miss Starla William?" Say one of them.

"Yes, it's me. What was? Why did you ruin my house? Ask again.

"Do you know Alden Smith?" Say one of them.

'What? Alden's! How could he be involved now with these gang members?'

I swear I'll pull her hair when she gets home. These men in front of me are members of the brutal Black Viper gang that killed Daniel's family and are now in my house to inquire about Alden.

"Don't try to act smart Miss, because we know what you're doing. We are his enemy and we also know he is not here." Say them again.

They took out their weapons and pointed them at me.

"But we need you. So you have to come with us." Say them again.

I quickly pointed my weapon at them as well.

"You don't dare move forward or I'll shoot you." I said with a very loud scream.

They started laughing at me. Suddenly one of them made a very quick movement and before I could pull the trigger, he had already kicked the weapon out of my hand. The weapon fell to the floor and I could only feel the pain in my hand as a result of the kick.

"We are members of a dangerous gang. Don't think we're just stupid thieves. If you can keep your mouth shut and work with us then your life can be saved." Say them.

I don't know what happened to me. I spit on that guy's face.

"Basically you're a woman ******! I could've killed you here if it wasn't my boss who ordered me to take you alive." Her speech.

He beat me and made me fall to the floor. Two men held my hand and tied it with my feet in quick movements as if they had been trained to do so for a very long time. I felt like all this felt like a dejavu to me.

When that old gang member kidnapped me, it was the same as today. The only difference was that Alden saved me, but now I'm definitely going to die.

"We'll take you to our boss. You need to keep quiet." Said the man.

They always take me to their bosses like I'm just a garbage bag. I cried over this fate that happened to me. Why is this happening again?

They pushed me into the back seat of the black car I saw at the supermarket.

Somehow the men had not yet gotten into the car and I slowly tried to open the car door and the next second I saw the three men lying lifeless and there a young man who was seen still beating the dead men.

I looked over and found a young man I had called as my little brother who had come out of nowhere and he looked different from the last time I saw him.

"Daniel...." I said with my voice full of feelings.

I was saved again and in front of me was a young man so strong that he looked so hurt with anger and just kept beating the lifeless body. She turned around after hearing my voice and looked at me and her tears started coming back down profusely.

"They killed my parents and now they're going to take you, the only person I have." Say it by crying.

His voice made my tears start to fall as well.

He left the man's lifeless body and ran over to me and untied the rope in my hands and feet quickly. Then she hugged me so tightly as if she was afraid of losing me.

"I'm fine Daniel. You saved me." I said with a sob of tears I hugged her tightly.

"How... how do they get to know Brother? They don't even know me." Daniel said with a gulp and asked me.

"Let's go inside first, we have to discuss a lot of things." I said to Daniel.

After wiping away my tears as well as her tears, we entered the house. The criminals broke into the house by doing so carefully. Nothing was broken in the house except the glass from a small window.

Daniel sat in the living room, and I brought him a glass of water. He swallowed the water quickly and took a deep breath. I took a seat in front of him. We both felt so shocked and sat down to think about what had just happened just now.

"I killed people for the first time." Said Daniel.

Before I could speak, he continued.

"They want to take my brother away. Oh my God. What problems do they have with me? Why are they bringing the people I love? How did they find out about Brother?"

"They asked me about Alden. They said they were Alden's enemies." My speech.

"They know Brother's lover too? He'll kill them all. He's a great fighter. They might not know who they're dealing with right now." Said Daniel.

I couldn't help myself but immediately flushed after listening to her words that referred to Alden as my lover.

"Where have you been all this time? You're worrying us all and how do you know what's going to happen to me?" I asked Daniel.

He looked silent and then sighed. He seemed to be trying to prepare himself to tell everything.
