Daniel's Birthday Preparation

The next morning my eyes opened wide after noticing something inside my stupid head. Today is Daniel's birthday. I have to go to Red Dragon Academy to meet him.

I got up quickly, took a shower and changed into a simple outfit and went downstairs to prepare breakfast quickly, after which I ate my breakfast in a hurry.

Alden was eating his breakfast as usual. He just kept looking at me who seemed to be in a hurry when eating my food. Maybe what I'm doing is pretty extreme, because I could be choking. But I'm really late. Moreover, I don't even have a present for Daniel yet. So I had to go find a present for him first before leaving for The Red Dragon.

"Has any stray bullets entered our house? Oh wait, it turned out to be you. Why are you so rushed like that. Whether someone is forcing you, or maybe you're in a hurry for fear of a debt collector who will collect you a debt." Alden said with a face that seemed to hold back laughter.

"Shut up Alden. Today is Daniel's birthday. I have to go see him. Oh yeah, I forgot that you don't know who Daniel is. He's my little brother." I said to Alden.

"Oh okay. Do you want me to take you there?" Ask Alden.

'Oh my God, did Alden offer me to drive me and it was without any quarrel between us?' I said in my heart.

"I'd be very grateful for that." Reply me.

I don't want anything to trigger his strange attitude to come back at this moment. So, after we finished breakfast, we sat in the car and he took me to go buy a present in a store for Daniel.

'What should I buy? I don't have enough time to think.' I murmured inwardly.

"Give him this cool sword and also this watch. This clock can track the location and can also be used to call. This is the latest edition. I'm pretty sure that Daniel will definitely like it and this will help him a lot." Alden told me

"I like his watch. But isn't the sword too dangerous for him?" I'm confused.

"Isn't he at the famous Red Dragon Academy? If I were there, believe me that I would really want that sword." Reply Alden.

"Alright if you say it like that. I think I'll buy it." My speech.

After that I went to the cashier and asked them to wrap the gift for Daniel and asked how much the gift I had chosen was worth.

"How much is everything?" I asked the cashier at the store.

But they looked at Alden and just spoke to me.

"Oh Miss, don't embarrass us by asking that. It's all free for you. We can't take your money." Her speech.

"I think you've misunderstood me. You must have mistaken me for someone else. Why is it all free for me?" I asked so confused.

I mean, I'm not a famous person or anything. So why would they give it all away for free.

"Miss, you're too humbling yourself. But we can't take anything from the Master." Said the waiter.

'SIR???'

'WHO'S MASTER??'

'ALDEND?'

'WHO EXACTLY IS HE? WHO AM I REALLY LIVING IN ONE HOUSE WITH?'

"Take this money, we can't take it for free. Thank you, yeah." Alden said, giving me the money and pulling my hand towards his car.

I sat in the car and looked at him sitting on the driver's seat.

"Can you explain everything? Did they misunderstand you from others? I mean I don't want to be cruel or anything. But I never knew you were important, or maybe an artist, or whatever. What exactly is your job?" I said to Alden.

"Nothing, but you're right. They may be confused to recognize me with someone else." Alden said and he then started the engine of his car.

"It might be." My speech.

But deep down in my heart I'm not sure.

The waiters inside the store were seen to know Alden as if they were all family members. I really don't know anything about this guy sitting next to me.

'Why is he so secretive or am I the only one who never asked him clearly?'

Along the way to The Red Dragon, we remained silent. I pushed myself out of my head so I could ask Alden something to make conversation between the two of us. But what happened, I couldn't do it.

Alden was so silent that I didn't know what to ask, how to start, did I have to keep quiet or should I try to be noisy this time?

So I chose to keep quiet and not ask anything about it.

After 1 hour that felt like it had passed forever, we arrived at The Red Dragon Academy.

We went in there and I saw someone I could ask where Daniel was. My eyes lit up as I looked around inside the academic decoration Academy.

'Happy Birthday Daniel...'

That is what is written on the banner that is displayed there. People seem to be busy arranging food and decorations and other objects. I then looked around at the preparations for that very beautiful birthday. Suddenly I heard the voice of someone I really wanted to hear for a long time.

"SISTER....!!!!" His shouting.

I turned to look at my little sister who had grown a little more and ran towards me. I hugged her and my eyes started to heat up. My tears are starting to flow. I miss him so much.

I was so happy to see that he finally found his family. His family treated him very well. He looks so happy.

"Sister's late. But I guess, I even thought that brother wouldn't come." Her speech.

"Daniel, how could I not come to meet my favorite person on his birthday." My speech.

"Thank you very much Brother." Daniel replied with a smile.

"Daniel, meet Alden. He's my one-time friend. He brought me here to meet you." I said to Daniel.
