The Huckold Married??

The Huckold Married??
The Request of the In-Law

This morning after several mornings had passed since the sad morning now when her husband had just gone to college an hour and a half ago in front of her was now the in-law sitting opposite to her.

"Deefa has invited Mas Raffan to the house of Father and Mother but Mas Raffan.."

Deefa did not continue her words as every word she spoke continued as if intimidated by the sudden look of the in-laws already on the doorstep of the house she was living in as she was about to throw out the trash, whether the mother-in-law had just come or had it been since then but she did not hear the greeting or indeed her in-laws were reluctant to say the greeting?

Deefa felt very bad and guilty when her in-laws questioned her who had returned from the village but did not visit her at all even though she had been in Jakarta from four days ago, indeed, when returning from the restaurant a few days ago, she had actually invited her husband to visit the house of the in-laws, but her husband refused to give various reasons until finally Deefa could not say, even last night she again invited her husband but again got the same answer, he said, Raffan said that there were many college assignments that he had to complete and now he was like a suspect by his mother-in-law, even though his own son continued to refuse.

"You are a wife of Deefa, a woman who understands religion and knows manners you should have visited your in-laws to see if you are healthy or sick, if your husband refuses you shouldn't be able to force him, advising him not to forget his own parents."

From the manner of speech and the choice of words that came out of the mouth of her mother-in-law Deefa could feel that her in-laws were angry with her, the mother-in-law who had even been very kind to her was now changing like everyone else to her, really think of him as a son-in-law who wanted to build a distance between his sons.

Truly hearing every utterance that either intentionally or unintentionally Deefa's heart still felt sliced by a dull knife that gave a slow wound, wasn't it more painful?

"Sorry Ma'am," Deefa did not dare to answer every accusation her in-laws made, she did not understand that she had changed her attitude towards her so quickly.

Indeed, which daughter-in-law likes to see her husband distance from her parents, especially with the background of her who lives in a boarding school clearly taught how to treat the parents of her husband, especially with the background of her who lives in a boarding school, there is no teaching of any religion that would teach a wife to keep her husband away from her parents.

The mother-in-law sighed and then stared unblinkingly at the daughter-in-law who had lowered her head earlier not daring to return her gaze, he actually loved his daughter-in-law even more so he himself chose and asked Deefa to marry his son, who was, but somehow he becomes very selfish thinking too much about his own feelings and desires without wanting to think about how with others when he is constantly required to be in accordance with what he wants, impressed to be very coercive without wanting to care around.

For a while the two quietly dive into each other's thoughts about what and how they talk next until then one of them also listen to a breath that is so heavy indicating the burden of feeling the one in pain.

"Did Raffan tell you the results of your examination?"

The question that does not then make Deefa's heart calm to answer it, surely when he gives an answer will appear again another question accompanied the first question, but if he does not answer is not he like a deaf man? until inevitably he finally gives a resigned answer to the question that will come back.

"It's Mom." Deefa tried to answer briefly.

Hearing the answer from the daughter-in-law, the woman wearing a wide robe and her bergo leaned over, "then what is your response?"

It is true what Deefa predicted, after the first question there will be a second question and there will probably still be a fifth fourth third and so on.

Deefa downplayed her eyes when the in-law asked her response, what kind of response should she say? she is only a wife and not a commentator who needs to respond to what she knows.

"Deefa has to give you a response, ma'am? is not this happening already by the will of God, we as his people can only accept although it is not justified also to move every God gives there must be a purpose behind it, there is wisdom that we may have to take," Deefa said long as she just wanted to help her mother-in-law to accept that everything that happens God determines, not intend to patronize because he knows the science of religion in-laws is certainly much higher than the appeal of him who is only 25 years old well even though his young age is not a benchmark for the nature of a person but he as a younger child, only a daughter-in-law should know how to put herself.

"Mom understands and knows it's Deefa, but as a woman who has given birth to Raffan, of course, I know very well what Raffan's nature is, she can do anything for herself without caring about others," some of the mother-in-law sounded a little spicy to Deefa.

Is not a mother also not necessarily know all about her child because after marriage a man will always reveal all the traits and all the behavior that others do not know including the mother and her family, including the mother and her family, all the hidden qualities from good to bad will be shown to his wife.

It's a little untrue that a mother says she understands her child better than the child's wife.

"So what do you think Raffan is doing until you say that?" Deefa ventured to ask without forgetting her status as a daughter-in-law who should respect her in-laws.

"Raffan lied." the mother's voice made Deefa look at him with a shady but questionable look.

"What makes you think Mas Raffan is lying?" of course he had to ask what he meant and what was in the mind of his mother-in-law to accuse her of lying.

"I'm sorry before, I don't want to corner you as a woman, even a mother has been in a position like you, waiting for a child that never given and must try anywhere to get it."

Deefa was even more clueless what exactly she wanted to say, why not just be honest?

"Mother does not believe that Raffan is troubled, he is still very young at his age which is now certainly still very productive to be able to have children, he said, even a man who is 50 years old can still have children, so if Raffan says he's troubled, you can't believe it," obviously the mother-in-law who had said earlier did not mean to offend her daughter-in-law but from every word she said and the sentence sounded so hurtful.

"Mother knows God is the owner of the will but for something like this it's hard to accept," continued the mother-in-law who even though she said understood what her daughter-in-law felt like but still spoke very clearly hurt the wife of her child.

Deefa beristighfar in heart refrained from issuing words that would not even be accepted by the mother-in-law, fearing that she said pretentious or others, or else, indeed, she as a daughter-in-law really does not want to have problems with her in-laws, especially to hurt the woman who has given birth to her husband, the woman who interceded God for her meeting with the husband, he also chose to close his lips to keep his tongue from every bad word.

Is not the word of his father-in-law indirectly alleges that he is the one who must have a problem, that he is the one who might not be able to give offspring, he said, anyone would be able to feel it after word for word that he heard.

"Please invite Raffan to do a re-examination, I will find a good Doctor for you," and finally the purpose of his arrival was conveyed, spoken to the son-in-law without his son because he had deliberately come when his son was not home, he had already memorized what day and what time his son went to college, and what time his son went to college, of course he will not be able to talk freely if there is a child.

Deefa looked at the in-law with a gaze that did not show any anger let alone anger after everything that her mother-in-law had said since.

There was a sigh of relief from the woman sitting in front of him, "thank God, then, I'm very sure that Raffan is not in trouble there may be mistakes and the results may be changed or indeed deliberately exchanged."

The deg!

Deefa's heart beat making her body temperature change rapidly, cold sweat was slowly coming out through her pores as her ears heard the last sentence from the mouth of the in-laws.

Intentionally exchanged? whatdoes thatmean? is her mother-in-law accusing her now? prejudiced about him that is not? deefa's face became increasingly pajas with her lips that again became very close as if unable to speak to ask what the meaning of her in-laws just now.

God had only been married for half a year but he looked very bad in the eyes of his mother-in-law, it was unexpected that she thought that her mother-in-law was a good woman with all her well-ordered and well-mannered speech but after this day she understood even more that we should not judge a person only from the outside, especially when new to him, because everything will look good at the beginning and the longer it will be more visible to the original nature.

"Mas," called her husband who was working on a college assignment that she was supposed to finish yesterday.

"Hm."

Only Deheman is heard while the attention of the husband still remains on the laptop screen which since 20 minutes ago displays so many typing from the student who hopefully can quickly graduate from college to become a bachelor until no longer need to mess around with college tasks that sometimes make his head feel very full.

"When are we gonna do another check?" Deefa, who was standing, shifted the small sofa so she could sit next to her husband.

Raffan's finger that was on top of the laptop keyboard and was typing suddenly stopped not moving, although his eyes were still staring straight at the lighted monitor screen, what was asked by his wife was a little distracting and disturbing concentration.

"I'm working on a college assignment right now, can we talk about it after this is over?" Raffan turned his head and looked at the woman who since he came home from college this afternoon was seen from the look of his face like he was storing something, whether it was what Raffan could clearly feel.

Deefa did not tell Raffan about the arrival of the mother-in-law and certainly would not tell everything she was talking about, either, really, he did not want to make the mother and child even more complicated because of her relationship.

"Yes" nodding Deefa agreed with her husband's request to make the man smile and land a warm kiss on his forehead.

"But Mas.."

Raffan who wanted to refocus finally sighed then the gaze that was about to stare at the screen turned again to the woman who looked at him a little strange.

"What else Deefa? I told you to talk later when I'm done, why do you want to talk again." Raffan became anxious with the attitude of his wife.

"Just want to ask one question, after that please finish the college assignment," explained Deefa in a slow and slow voice.

"Yes already want to ask what quickly asked," break up Raffan finally gave an opportunity rather than disturbed by the wife and the task will not be completed, one question will not take hours, and the time will not take, don't you?

Deefa squeezed out the end of the nightgown she was wearing with both netra staring at the man who was waiting for what she wanted to ask.

"Mas isn't hiding anything, is he?" the question she had confessed to disturbed her mind after hearing everything the in-laws were talking about, she really became unsettled and felt that it might be true what her mother-in-law was thinking, she said, the truth that may have been deliberately hidden by her husband was from her.

Deefa could see her husband's eyeballs shaking and her husband's hand on the mouse clenched tightly onto the dark object.

Seeing this made Deefa's heart more curious and wanted to hear the answer from her husband immediately, but a few minutes waiting for her husband did not open his mouth to make a voice give an answer even though only one sentence makes the room that was warm turned very cold like the North pole, did he ask wrongly?
