Amayra gasped in shock to see Bram carrying the little baby with a pale face. He who had not woken up long ago, did not know what had happened to Bram. Why was the man wearing the patient's clothes, his face was pale and why was he bringing the baby R before him? What does that guy want?
"Sir Bram, didn't you hear what the doctor and nurse said? Baby Rey still needs treatment, her condition is still unstable. Why did you take him like this? Give me back the baby!" amayra asked as she got up from her patient bed.
"I won't return it before you make a deal with me!" Bram looks at baby R with affection and teary eyes.
Baby R wakes up and starts crying, "Owaa..."
Amayra sighed, "Give Rey to me, she's crying!" She exclaimed with an angry face at Bram.
Bram looked at Amayra with teary eyes, he wanted the woman to look at him with love just like when Amayra looked at Satria. Full of tenderness and affection, Bram is inexplicably jealous of Amayra's attitude towards Satria. Why not him, Amayra behaved like that? He is the father of Reyndra.

"What do you want? Tell me what's the deal?" amayra asked in a calm voice.
"I want you to sign this!" Bram handed over a piece of paper of the agreement made by his lawyer. Amayra took the paper and read it carefully.
It says that Amayra, Satria, or anyone else should not forbid Bram from seeing Baby Rey. If Amayra and Satria forbid her from seeing baby Rey, then Bram will take baby Rey under the pretext of child custody.

Bram starts playing law to get what he wants from Amayra.

He signed the letter and handed it to Bram. Bram looks at the letter with a faint smile, the letter is an ace that paves his way with the intention of reclaiming Amayra and her son from Satria.

Amayra held her baby slowly, "Take it easy, baby, mom here" she told baby Rey. Then she handed baby Rey back to the nuns who were there to take her back to the NICU room.
"Om, what are you doing? Om crazy huh? How many times have you been disappointed?" Anna rebukes Bram's immature attitude, using Rey's safety for her own sake.
Bram ignored Anna's words, he continued to look at the letter with.
"Are you satisfied, Bram?" Amayra smiled sinisterly and stared intently at Bram.
"Yes, I'm satisfied. Thank you and I'm sorry for forcing you" Bram smiled with satisfaction. "Ohokay! Ohok!"
"Of Bram!" Anna was shocked to see her.
Bram's body collapsed to the floor, his mouth spewing blood again. Amayra, Fania and Anna were astonished at Bram's condition. Satria, Nilam and Cakra came to Bram who fell on the floor.
"Braam! Bram!" Nilam panicked to see his son look weak and helpless.
"Ma, please save this letter ma! Take good care of the letter" Bram said, handing the paper to Nilam, smiling with a mouth covered in blood.
Nilam took the letter from Bram's hand, he cried seeing the condition of his son. Amayra was stunned to see Bram's sudden condition like that. His heart wondered what happened to Bram? Is Bram sick? Then the logic went back to breaking his heart, that he should not care about Bram.
Satria asks the nurse to bring Bram back to her room to be handled. Nilam, Anna and Cakra are with Bram. While Amayra was still standing in front of her room with Fania.
"May, are you okay?" asked Fania while holding her best friend's hand.
"I'm fine" Amayra fell limp, Satria was there and caught the wife's body.
"May, what's going on? Why is Bram here?" satria asked his wife.
Fania realizes that the couple needs time to be together, she goes out of the room to catch up with Anna. Amayra sat on the bed, she looked sad.
"What's wrong? Brother Bram say what else so you're sad like this, hem?" Satria stroked Amayra's cheeks gently, just like her soft voice.
"Sir Bram asked me to sign a sibling, "Amayra replied sadly.
"What letter?"
"The letter asks that I let her meet with Rey and if I refuse her! He's gonna take Rey from me! I had to sign it!" amayra replied while leaning on her husband's shoulder.
"That won't happen May, as long as I'm here. I'm your husband and I'm Rey's father" Satria said, hugging his wife gently, calming her down.
