The weather is not friendly today. From morning until noon, heavy rain poured into the capital. The sun was even just peering coyly behind the dark gray clouds.
“What's this rain like, Lil?”
Nisa served green tea as usual to Alila. The girl looked a little cold. The tip of her skirt was wet, and her clothes were damp. He made the hoodie he was wearing.
“I want permission a few days, can?”
Nisa frowned. “Where are you?”
Nisa can catch the restless look from the girl's face.
“I have an appointment with Kahfi.” Said later.
“Now? It's still raining.” Nisa's trying to read Alila's point. Alila's eyeballs occasionally moved to and fro.
Feeling Alila would not give an answer, Nisa re-opened her voice, “Then, I called Mas Kahfi first. So that he picks you up in front of Home.”
With a quick movement, Alila took on Nisa's movements. The girl tightly blocked Nisa's hand. “Not necessary. Let me go to Parkiran.”
This time Nisa was more convinced, that there was something that Alila was covering up. He pulled Alila's hand gently, then made the girl sit back in her original position. “Is something bothering you?”
Alila threw a glance towards the window. He bit his lower lip, like he was worried. “No.”
Nisa grabbed Alila's hand, then gently grasped the cold hand. “I will not forgive myself if I arrive because of the permission I gave you that actually hurt you.”
Alila looked at Nisa with a highlight that could not be read. “I want to meet that man.”
Nisa frowned. He knew the men involved in Alila's life, but he didn't know for sure who the men were this time. “Who?” Ask.
Alila twisted the tip of her hijab, she twitched uneasily. “Males that have ruined me.”
Nisa. “For what did you meet him?”
Alila now looked at her face. Her own eyes looked at Nisa, “There's something she wants to talk about.”
“Do not go.”
Alila's breath was held. Tears run down the river on the cheeks. “There's something I need to finish with him.”
“Then wait here.” Nisa rushed inside, about to take a sweeter.
Once back, he was greeted with an astonished look of Alila. Understanding being looked at strangely by the figure before her, Nisa explained, “I want to nemenin you.”
Alila reflex standing up. “Do not. Don't get involved too far. I can go by myself.” The girl tried to run away, ignoring the rain and also the cry of Nisa who called out her name.
Feeling no choice, Nisa runs after Alila. He grabbed an umbrella hanging from the garage gate. Nisa kept shouting Alila's name, hoping that the girl would stop her steps.
“Alila!”
Alila did not turn her head at all, even the girl spurred her pace even more. When he got to the front gate, there was already a taxi waiting for him. It turns out he planned everything.
Nisa catapulted when she saw the figure she was chasing into the taxi and then the taxi drove quickly. His heart is pumped twice as fast. Breathing violently. It is not easy to run in the rain.
Not wanting to waste any time, Nisa returns home to pick up the car. His steps ran in haste. Once he got the key, he rushed into the car and drove it at an above average speed. “Astaghfirullah, if anything happens to Alila how?” Nisa muttered to herself. His hands were still focused on the steering.
Nisa just realized, since then she just walked straight without a clear direction. He doesn't know where Alila went. Feeling free to do business alone, Nisa took the initiative to contact Kahfi. He pulled the car over to the shoulder of the road, his hands busy looking for a cell phone. After that Nisa said Istighfar, just remember that she did not bring a cell phone. Because the rush added his chaotic mind makes him forget the important objects that are currently in need.
Nisa looked around. Now he is near the campus. Feeling that the option to ask Kahfi for help is not the right choice. Nisa tries to think smart in crucial moments like this. Right now his mind was fixed on a figure that could most likely help him. The girl turned the car towards the campus.
As soon as he entered the campus grounds, Nisa turned the car towards the secretariat room. The rain was still fluttering with a rush, the girl broke through the rain and nimbly ran towards the secretariat room.
The secretariat room looks crowded, many students are sitting on the front porch. Maybe some of them are in the shade. Nisa doesn't care, her legs are still running. This time he broke straight inside. When he arrived, there were two doors in front of him. He did not know where the figure he was looking for was currently.
Both doors were tightly closed. Feeling that there was no choice, Nisa immediately opened the door on the right. As soon as the door opened, several pairs of eyes stared at him. For a moment Nisa cursed her stupidity that forgot to knock on the door in a hurry.
“Nisa?”
The voice seemed to return Nisa's consciousness to return to its original purpose. Samuel rose from his seat. Leaving behind some people sitting in a circle.
After retreating with Fathur, Samuel moved towards Nisa. “Why?”
“By borrow hp?”
Samuel turned around, looking at the several pairs of eyes that were staring at him with Nisa full of questions. After that he closed the door and took Nisa to a quieter place.
“Why, Nisa? Where did you get wet like this?”
Although not understanding with Nisa's strange attitude, Samuel still took his phone and handed it to Nisa.
“Abiku's contact name is here who?”
“Camer.”
Nisa stopped her movements. Had it not been in a precarious state, he would have protested against Samuel. But a second later he returned to focus on finding Abinya's mobile number. After finding, he immediately pressed the dial button, it did not take long, in the second tone Abinya immediately replied.
“Abi, please send us Mas Kahfi's phone number.”
“Why, Nduk? Where are you now?”
“Let's go home Nisa story. Now please send Mas Kahfi phone number first.”
Nisa hangs up after Abinya agrees. Not enough for 2 minutes, a message came in. From Abinya. He immediately pressed the dial button to call the number sent Abinya earlier.
“Halo, Mas Kahfi's. Alila escaped from Pesantren.”
Someone there panicked.
“I'm looking for him again. Go to Guna Dharma now. I wait here.”
Nisa closed the connection unilaterally. He returned the phone to the owner. Nisa just realized, Samuel had been watching her.
“Whose name do you mean?”
Nisa saw strange strokes on Samuel's face. “New Santri at cottage.” Said later.
Samuel frowned. But he dismissed his assumptions. There are many names of Alila in this world. There's no way Alila Nisa meant Alila's ex-lover.
“I'm sorry. Thank you for the help, and sorry for interrupting your time.”
Nisa was about to leave, but her movements were stopped by a large hand that touched her wrist.
Once conscious, Samuel took off his check on Nisa's wrist. “Sorry.”
Thousands of butterflies dance in Nisa's stomach. Nisa beristighfar, then turned her face away.
“Let me come.”
Nisa feels like she has no choice. Now Samuel followed in his footsteps. Walk in tandem to where Nisa parked her car.
*****
Nisa had to be sincere when Samuel forced himself to take over the wheel. Now the man had mastered the movement of the speeding car was splitting the wet road ahead.
"Which way are we going?" Samuel opened his voice after silence had surrounded the two.
"SPBU on Ahmad Dahlan's street." Nisa. His gaze was straight forward, occasionally he checked Samuel's phone in his arms. Samuel kindly lent his cell phone to Nisa, on condition that he be allowed to accompany the girl.
"He's waiting there?"
The one Samuel was referring to was Kahfi. The man decided to wait for Nisa at SPBU Ahmad Dahlan, after canceling meeting with Nisa at the Campus.
Nisa nodded. His gaze was still focused on the road ahead. Once in front of the SPBU, Nisa immediately went down, approaching Kahfi who looked anxious. "How did Alila get away?"
"long story. I'll tell you later that Alila has met. Now we focus on finding Alila first."
Samuel silently observed the interaction of the two. It was like recognizing the face of this man. He had never met, but when? And where?
Samuel was screaming as soon as the door opened. "We're going to Bekasi." Nisa said as soon as she entered the car.
"Worky? Very far." The journey to Bekasi takes approximately 3 hours.
Nisa nodded steadily. "Why? You mind? Then you can go home, let me take the wheel."
Samuel hurriedly nodded quickly. "No. Even if you want to get to the end of the world, I'm anterin." Samuel Jumawa said, patting his chest.
"Then let's walk. Follow the car in front."
Samuel started driving back to the street. The coldness coming from the car AC made Nisa shudder. Occasionally you close the sweeter you wear. Seeing this Samuel felt pity. "Nis, don't you change your clothes first? You're soaking wet, it could be hyportemia."
Nisa shakes. "No papa. We are hunting with time. My clothes will dry themselves."
"Hard-headed." Samuel muttered to himself, but it still sounded in Nisa's ear. Nisa ignored that. During the trip, Samuel who used to talk a lot this time really did not comment anything.
