Back in the middle of nowhere

"Five months have passed! Shouldn't we just tell Alex what's really going on?" ask Salsha. "That's right! I think we better ask the police to do a search too" Sandy said. "I think it's already in the Guardian realm to look for him! Do you remember how terrible the demons were?" ask Salsha.

"If I think so, Alesse is fine with dealing with them. Probe alone is enough to finish them all, especially Jawara, he can change shape into anything," said Sanay.

"I don't agree to report the loss of Alesse either! If it was like that, there was no place for me anymore, Alesse's room would be searched and matters would be complicated! The Alesse family might be getting more worried! He once disappeared and made both parents depressed" Probe said.

"Isn't that his own fault? Why would he go and make his parents depressed?" ask Salsha.

"I know that it was Alesse's fault, so you don't have to interfere with whether he'll come back or not. As friends, you are quite quiet and waiting, do not make his family depressed again," said Probe firmly, this time he really expressed his opinion.

"But still we have to find his whereabouts! We can't pretend to be okay after he disappears and never comes home!" sanay.

"If it's up to you, if you want to look for it, I'm willing to follow you, but if you don't want to, then that's it. You guys are silent is not a problem," said Probe.

"You can say that! Like you don't care about him!" sanay. "It's not that I don't care, I'm just following orders! For the decision to look for it or not, it's in your hands" Probe said.

"I think we should go look for him! You agree, right?" ask Sanay. Sandy and Salsha looked hesitant. The two of them experienced a terrible thing while trapped in the middle of nowhere.

"You guys. I'm not asking you to look for him anyway" Sanay said with a gloomy face.

"Mom... That's not it Sanay, we think that place is dangerous! Alesse didn't seem to be asking to look for her either" Salsha said. "Truely Sanay, we mustn't be rash! You also still have parents waiting for you at home" Sandy said.

"If you don't want to look for it, just say it! Don't even care and worry about me! So disgusting! I hate long-winded people!" sanay said then left the three of them.

Sandy was about to stop him, but Salsha intercepted him. "Let him calm down, the more you talk, the more angry he gets" Salsha said.

Sanay returned home in tears, opening the door while his parents seemed unconcerned.

After a few hours of staring at the family photo, he remembered Sandy's words. "There's still parents waiting for me at home, huh? It's bullshit!" thought.

He changed his clothes and contacted Probe. "What's up Sanay?" ask Probe. "Will you accompany me to the Black Hall hill?" ask Sanay.

"Maybe. I told you, right? If you want to find him, you can take me there too, I'm neutral" Probe said.

"Alright, we'll meet at the front stop of the school!" sanay. "I'll be there soon" Probe said.

Finally, Sanay went out of the house while his parents did not care about him. He met with the probe there.

"It's very fast for you" said Sanay. "My path is indeed many times faster than ordinary humans," said Probe.

The two of them boarded the bus and reached the middle of the forest near the Black Hall hill. "It seems like a lot of times the kids ask to stop here! What are you guys doing here, anyway?" ask the bus driver to be surprised.

"It's nothing, we're just looking for treasure" Sanay whispered to the driver. "Children are doing it! If playing do not cause danger well!" The bus driver reminded. "All right! See you uncle!" sanay said as he waved his hand.

"Your father is pretty good too!" Sandy's voice rang out close between them. "Sandy? Salsha! You guys are here too?" Sanay was surprised not to play.

"We can't let our friend go alone! what's the point of a friend moving alone?" sandy then tied his arm to Salsha's arm.

Finally, Sanay tied his arm to Salsha's arm and they walked parallel while climbing the hill.

"Where do we move to the middle of nowhere?" ask Salsha. "Looks, when I decided to go to a hut in the middle of nowhere, we were already standing in the middle of the river" said Sanay.

"We too! Maybe we should check out that river!" Dandy. Finally the four of them climbed to the top and then came down to approach the river behind the hill.

"If it's not wrong there's around here!" said Sandy while pointing to the middle randomly. "You're stupid, huh? Didn't you not notice the river when you got here?" ask Sanay. "I'm sorry, I don't remember much" Sandy said.

"Look at that former mound over there! That looks suspicious! I thought it was around there," said Sanay.

They also approached the former mound and the sky turned dark suddenly. The four of them were already in a wooden hut.

"Who would build a hut like this in the middle of nowhere?" salsha asked in astonishment while knocking on the wood of the hut.

"The one who made this is Alesse" replied Probe. "How do you know? I thought you weren't with him here" Salsha said. "I found some traces of his DNA here, some strands of hair have not decomposed properly" Probe said.

"Did? I think to know a person's DNA requires a complicated procedure in the lab" Salsha said. "It doesn't apply to me. I can scan objects that are about a hundred meters away from me" Probe said.

"Alesse is absolutely amazing! Genius is indeed worth saying as a crazy person," said Sandy.

The four of them went out of the hut and only found endless barren fields. "It seems so quiet here! It's not like before, when we got lost and attacked by the demons," said Sanay.

"We should be careful! Perhaps they suddenly came attacking!" Sandy. The four of them went from the hut to ascertain how far the end of the place was.

"Look! There's a light there!" salsha. "It looks like it's a chunk of ice, there's a human body in it" Probe said.

"really?" Sanay was curious, he immediately approached the ice chunk. "Sany! Don't be rash! We don't know when danger will come!" Sandy reminded. The three of them followed Sanay and stopped in front of the ice.

"Why is this ice glowing? Look at! There's a girl in it!" sanay Exclamation. "A girl trapped in ice! Shouldn't we save him?" sandy asked, trying to touch the ice.

"How'd it go?" ask Sanay. "We need to melt it! Probe, can I do that? You can burn that ice to melt, right?" ask Sandy.

"Don't! He won't survive even if you melt the ice" one of the children said. His voice sounded familiar, making the four of them immediately look back.

"Ofless?" said Sandy, Salsha, and Sanay simultaneously.
