Chapter 31
It did not feel like the taxi arrived at the train station. Constan holds Banker.
“There is no choice you have to ride in confinement,” he said. “However, you have to keep the attitude, yes.”
The train rained down like a soldier. Dygta immediately picked up a book to read. But because he could not sleep his eyes were sleepy, and in the end he fell asleep.
He woke up a few hours later when Constan woke him up with hot tea and sausage bread.
Dygta slightly yawned and stretched the muscles of his body that was quite tired caused by falling asleep. Well, it's very different to fall asleep on a mattress that doesn't move.
“How long do I sleep?”
“Two hours full, you look very tired, and now your eyes look fresher and radiant after falling asleep. Here, drink the tea and I don't know if you like sausages or not. I hope you like that. I bought bread when the train stops at Exeter.”
“It just so happened, I was thirsty. Thank you,” said Dygta.
“We are approaching our destination city. Hope Banker is okay.”
“Maybe now he is asleep and dreaming of facing many bones.”
“Dygta, there are things I want to ask you,” Constan said.
Dygta then looked at Constan's face.
“I've thought about it, Dygta. When I looked at you as you slept, about meeting with the Director. You don't have to leave if you don't really want to. Don't feel compelled. That's what I want to tell you. I know it's a struggle that many young women dream of, no matter how personal they feel, but if working with me it's really so. You could have said it frankly to me.”
Dygta turned his gaze towards the floor of the carriage and did not know why it was as sudden as Constan said that. He had considered it well since he boarded the train to face what he was going to face.
“Why?” constan's eyes looked shiny, holding in anger. “Do you really want to know why?”
“Sure,” says Dygta seems confused.
“You're calling Maneer's name when you're asleep, which is why. And I'm not a fool or anything like that on the way. I shouldn't have meddled in your business yesterday, right? I shouldn't have bothered you. But I still want to bother you, even your relationship with Manner. And you feel to me right to play a part in Strom My Heritage it's a disaster and a compulsion. What are we going to do now?”
“Go to London,” Dygta replied calmly.
“You still want to stay there?”
“Ya,” said Dygta briefly and smiled briefly. “We're almost there. You can't turn the train around or the clock's turning back, even though your chin looks pretty much like it's going to muscle.”
“We can go back,” said Constan roughly. “You can just say it and be honest about it. I want to meet that director, Fenton, just you who look worried,” Constan said.
“I want to go and meet with Fenton,” Dygta said.
“If it is like that, we will continue this journey,” Constan said smilingly and immediately lit a cigarette on his lips, and exhaled his smoke slowly. Constan held onto Dygta's hand and pressed it and Dygta didn't feel the handle was like a dating person. Dygta did not ask why Constan was acting that way and just accepted it without a word.
When it reached London, the weather was still unfriendly, and the rain was still pouring down on the city. They're heading to Constan's house first. Another building with Peters residence in Devon that has a classic ancient atmosphere, precisely the Constan house is classic but modern and interesting. He seemed to want to be taken to the atmosphere of the stage into his home, a comfortable atmosphere around him at the time of sleeping and eating, bathing, dressing, working and playing. The house is located on Hampstead Hill.
“Well, Dygta, do you like my house?” ask her while taking the key to open it.
“Ya,” said Dygta bluntly even sounded straightforward and he entered the lobby of the house.
