Chap. 80: Origin of Delta

Some time ago, when the arrest of Satou Iraya by Nimis and Ardenter failed. Hasuki Nakamura, better known as the CEO of Ayakashi Corp., decided to include someone he trusted into the Assassin Group.

"Then, I will include a representative from Ayakashi Corp. to join your group."

"One person? But I didn't decide that myself" Nimis said.

"Truely, you're not the leader. I have to talk to him in person, when can I see him?"

"No need to bother looking for me."

Suddenly someone opened the door and went inside like it was waiting for the time to be called. Nimis and Ardenter were surprised because he did not expect that Bos—Astaroth would come here at this time.

"I heard that if you want to put someone in my group, is that true? If that's the case, then I'll decide for myself whether or not he can enter here" explained Astaroth.

Nakamura got up from his seat and walked out of the room with Astaroth walking beside him.

Meanwhile, Ardenter and Nimis who were still there were left behind by the two of them. But Astaroth had a chance to talk to the two of them before they left.

The two of them could only see Nakamura and Astaroth's backs walking away, and then Nimis and Ardenter walked out of the room as well after waiting for them to walk for a long time.

Nakamura and Astaroth then entered the room and the maids also provided two teas and cigars for Nakamura.

Nakamura told one of the maids to go to Chifu's room and call him here. He said there was something he wanted to talk about.

After slightly lowering his head to show respect, the maid left the room. While waiting, Astaroth and Nakamura spoke a little to pass the time.

Astaroth then removed the handcuffs in Chifu's hands and let him stand at this time. While Chifu tried to sense the changes that were happening right now within his body, he felt a difference that was very far from before he was injected.

Chifu pointed his hand at the wall of this room and gathered the aura in his palm.

"Congratulations Chifu, you are now on par with your friend" Nakamura said.
