I looked at Balin, who was standing by my side, no longer sitting in his place.
"Why was my breakfast sent here? Was my arrival a big mistake?" manya curious.
"No, Your Majesty," Balin stopped his words. It appears to receive important telepathic messages that require concentration.
"The security is tightened, already have some soldiers lined up to protect Her Highness the Crown Princess. Balin, don't ever leave His Majesty's side, I trust you."
Uncle Ezio's voice echoed in my head, maybe that's the telepathy Balin received. Once again I broke through telepathy without realizing, the question rippled in my heart, what was it? wh why?
"Betc?" I rebuked Balin for him to continue his words.
"Your Majesty, neither do I know what happened. Servants are only ordered to guard His Majesty, and for the time being His Majesty is not allowed to leave this room." Balin's eyes seemed honest, "all the needs of His Majesty will be sent to this room, at least until the order is revoked."
"Tok..tok..tok.." knocking on the door again sounded, but this time Balin did not move from beside me, he instead positioned himself standing in front of me as if ready to protect.
Some waiters and chefs came in and they arranged the food like a banquet. I'm just the two of you with Balin, don't need that much breakfast, wait.. Do they think I'm going to be cooped up in this room long enough?
After the waiter and chef finished coming out of the room, but just as they were about to close the door I saw dozens of soldiers standing guard at the door. I turned my gaze to the window that decorated almost a third of the room, the windows facing the beautiful flower garden of the palace, but this time the scene seemed to be covered in dozens of silhouettes of soldiers ready to standby. Suddenly the clear windows turned dark so I could not see any view from inside. I looked back at Balin, sure enough it seemed that Balin had used his magic to change those windows. My curiosity is increasing rapidly, what made Uncle Ezio deploy dozens of soldiers to guard me inside here?
"Your Majesty, please have breakfast first."
I was obviously pouting, but I couldn't squint. The Balin that I spoke with had now changed into the resolute Uncle Ezio's disciple Balin.
"All right, let's have breakfast together." I stood up from my seat, I knew there was a rule that all soldiers were forbidden to eat while on duty, to avoid simultaneous food poisoning. They are equipped with a small round chocolate-like pill as big as a seed of longan, the pill is a mixture of several foods that are compacted so that eating 1 pill can be filling like a regular meal. Uncle Ezio was very strict about this, he even taught magic to all soldiers in order to survive without food in times of emergency. But this time I really hope Balin is willing to accompany me to breakfast.
"Okay, Your Majesty," Balin nodded and invited me to fetch some food.
I stood up happily and walked up to the neatly arranged food on the table like a banquet, the smell was appetizing. Once satisfied, I sat back on the sofa. The balin that had been trailing behind me was now standing in front of me again, but his hands were empty.
"You haven't taken your food, Balin?"
"His Highness," Balin replied while holding 1 hungry procrastination pill in his right hand, I glared feeling deceived.
"You said you'd have breakfast with me, right?" just pissed.
"Master, Your Majesty, but I never said I would eat the same food as Your Majesty," Balin smiled at me, I knew nothing was wrong, but I was annoyed as if I had been fooled. "Let's have breakfast Your Majesty."
I snorted in annoyance and pretended to feed a slice of meat into my mouth, Balin followed me by swallowing the pill. After Balin swallowed the pill, I spit out what I ate by wrapping it in tissue and tossed it into the trash. I wiped my mouth with a tissue, my appetite disappeared instantly, but suddenly an idea popped up in my head.
"But Your Majesty.."
"BRAAAKKKK!" The door opened hard from the outside. Uncle Ezio ran towards me, his eyes looking full of anxiety, just like I saw in the rain forest.
"Your Majesty," Uncle Ezio examined my face and his eyes turned to the plate I placed on the table. "Has Your Majesty eaten something?"
I nodded, "I ate a piece of meat."
Uncle Ezio instantly looked panicked, his aura oozing creepily. "But I've already vomited it, because I want to eat Balin's pills" I said later.
There was some relief I caught on Uncle Ezio's face, but his aura was still great. "Room!"
A young man stepped forward near Uncle Ezio, he looked young, probably the same age as me. Her hair was curly brown, her clothes plain white with a red robe bearing the gold sun, but this was the first time I had seen Galen.
"Quick check on Your Majesty!" Uncle Ezio spoke without taking his eyes off me, he kept pressing on my wrist, maybe he was controlling my pulse.
I watched Galen, he approached me. He activated a holy white aura similar to the aura of Varen's mother, the aura of a healer. But his hand was suddenly stretched out, I guess he just wanted to channel his aura, but his hand kept coming closer about to touch my chin.
"HOW DARE YOU!" Uncle Ezio parried Galen's hand violently, I was surprised. I know Galen only meant to examine me, but it's no secret to all the soldiers and servants of the palace that touching me is a taboo, because I don't know what will happen to them.
"Uncle, he just wanted to check on me. Maybe he doesn't know the rules of this palace yet." I stood up and stepped closer to Uncle Ezio, before him Galen was still silent and looked at Uncle Ezio questioningly.
"Sorry Galen, did you just join?" I asked while standing next to Uncle Ezio who was still trying to contain his anger. Balin looked alert, standing behind me.
"Is touching you something that's forbidden?" galen asked looking straight at me, his black eyes as if full of hatred.
Balin advanced quickly, "who are you? Answer!"
Uncle Ezio grabbed my right hand and grasped it tightly, maybe he was preparing for something bad. The soldiers who had been on standby at the door were now encircling me and Uncle Ezio, pointing their swords towards Galen.
"I'm Galen." Galen replied with an unmoved look, his eyes still looking at me.
"WHO ARE YOU! The Galen I know won't act stupid!" Balin pulled out his sword and pointed it at Galen's neck. "WHOAREYOU? ANSWER ME!"
Galen smiled cynically, but still did not fight back. "Why are you treating me like a criminal? Shouldn't a killer like him be the one you're supposed to catch?"
I shudder at the word killer coming out of his mouth, out of his eyes I know the word killer is addressed to me. Why would he call me a murderer? Who did I kill?
