— Dynoseus, Rehobot Region, Narcius Kingdom
Jeff, who had arrived at Dynoseus at night, was seen in the Maureville Fortress reporting to the local leader, Duke Verdum as the provincial leader of the Capital, because he was a Knight Graduated from the Central Academy.
Duke Verdum was as usual indifferent to him.
“Then, Duke Verdum, I'll excuse you first.” Jeff bowed a little.
“Go.” he said slowly.
Then, Jeff stepped his foot against Verdum and then he walked out of the room through the guards guarding the room.
— Tight enough guard.
He passed around the hallways and corridors of the fortress, all heavily guarded by some soldiers affiliated with the Rehobot Order. From the ones he had encountered, the ones guarding the fort were about fifteen guards, quite a lot for the size of the fort.
— But, isn't that too much?
He had come out of the fortress complex and sought his horse in the landing cage, where he left his horse there.
He climbed the back with the saddle on the horse, and made sure that no one was left behind.
— If this much, there must be something they keep, which should not be seen by the public.
“Come!” The horse neighed and then drove north from the fort.
— If the allegations are true, what are they guarding?
Unceasingly along the way he thought about it, like a very important thing and should not be missed.

— Western District, which is not too much of a building, a place where two people are talking.
They stopped in a quiet hallway to avoid being heard by local people who want to stop their activities because it was night and because of the rampant theft cases, he said, so the local government imposed a curfew to avoid unwanted things.
Hizashi leaned against a wall there. From then on, his behavior had already turned into a person who was originally quite friendly, becoming a little cold and calculating in every single thing.
“So, this event told us to overcome the monster attacks, and they have been directed to attack a certain region in the Kingdom?”
“Ya.” said the Walking Ghost that was with him while nodding small.
“If this continues, will not the region eventually be destroyed? It is not natural that a region will be destroyed for the next only because of the attack of a collection of low-level monsters.”, said Hizashi blamed the event.
“Then, join this mission.”
“When I ask, ‘Why should I come?’. What's your answer?” ask Hizashi.
“No need to linger, I want you to finish this event and repair the affected area.” said the Ghost.
“No help from the center?”
“There should be. But corrupt regimes of nobles sometimes occur.”
“Law-Breaking, yes?”
They were silent for a moment without paying attention to each other.
“Give me time. I'll tell you when I agree.” said Hizashi.
Hizashi then stepped out of the hallway leaving only a Walking Ghost with his hood still covering his head. He walked and then could not be seen again, wrapped in the darkness of the night at that time.
— Shu Hizashi, huh?..
Similar to Hizashi, the Walking Ghost then turned his body and after that he walked through the back of the empty hallway.
While walking, he opened his hood, and saw his dark brown hair and his young face — Jefferstone Highmiles. Then a slight smiling expression was on his face.
“Hm... I can't wait to see the progress.”
In the sunyinya area, he walked towards a house building that was right along with the way out of the hallway. Then, he entered the building and closed the door.
***
— Hizashi, who was on his way home to the Southern District.
It passed through the now crowded settlement, it seemed to be an entertainment area. There are many shops and pubs where adventurers gather at night.
— I'll finish this game!
Words like seen on the adventurers who were playing cards in pubs and some other places to eat and entertain.
— Sir, is there no cheap price?
The store that looks open until night, and the buyer as usual is still a lot and never end. Usually this is beneficial for weapons and supplies stores, potions, or magic trinkets.
Hizashi simply walked over to see them, without showing any interest in any side of the region.
Somewhere, still in the entertainment district.
— Oi oi, have you heard?
— What?
— About Monster’s Domain..
Hizashi was startled, and then focused his gaze on the five adventurers who were in front of him, who were playing cards. They were mostly middle-aged men.
— Looks like they know about the event!
Hizashi is as usual.
He then ventured to gather with the adventurers. He came properly and tried not to make a fuss.
“.. You guys just told me about Monster’s Domain, didn't you?”
“ ? ” The adventurers turned towards Hizashi. “Ah, yes. We will also participate in that event.”
Hizashi focused his gaze on the one who was sitting at the very edge and close to his position. His body was like a fit working man, and he looked like a thug.
“I am just a novice adventurer, and I ask that you give me information about that event.” said Hizashi.
Regarding Hizashi's request, the adventurers were reluctant and did not want to tell Hizashi. Seen from the look of their faces that look troubled. They just look at the beer.
“Alright, I understand.” said Hizashi. “Servant,” Hizashi calls one of the waiters who happened to pass by.
“There can I help you with?” the waiter said smiling kindly.
“How much is the price of their order? Let everything I pay.” said Hizashi.
“ ? ”
The adventurers and the waiter were also shocked. They stopped drinking the beer.
“This.” Hizashi spent the amount of money that the servant intended.
“Good, thank you very much,” said the waiter.
While the sight of the adventurers could not be separated from him, he sat back down and asked them to provide information about the Monster’s Domain to be implemented.
“Now, quickly give everything you know about this.” said Hizashi.
“Eh—ya—lah.” says one of them.
You could say, the way Hizashi is used is a form of bribery.
He knows the look of a person's face and what he thinks or what he wants with the intention of the look of the face they show. He cannot be lied to by anything related to facial features or behavior.
“Where should I start, boy?” said the adventurer.
“Actually, what event is this?”
The adventurer man then sighed shortly while holding his beer glass.
“When you kill a monster, what do you get?”
“.. The essence of the monster, and.. some other items dropped them.” Hizashi said briefly.
“Fast. Yet another case with Monster’s Domain. There is a possibility that you can become a local noble or leader if you manage to finish off the monsters that attack a region.” said the adventurer.
Suddenly, Hizashi was shocked. His face was in disbelief and a little agitated.
“Isn't that part of a job title sale? The monarchy system should not be.”
“That's. This kingdom is strange. And take it easy, the change could not be made without the consent of a Duke who overcame the region.”
Hizashi began to sit back and tried to calm himself down after his anxiety earlier.
“So, how many nobles have been replaced since this event took effect?”
“For about a decade now, there are about thirteen Barons and five Counts who have lost their posts.” said the adventurer.
“.. Even the nobles can be replaced easily, yes?.” said Hizashi lirih.
“Unless you are a noble from a dynasty, then you can defend your title.” said the adventurer. He was seen drinking his beer that had not run out.
“Dynasty you mean, Ceilos and Hobart?”
“Fast. And not only that, There are six middle dynasties that support both great dynasties.” said the adventurer as he put down his depleted glass.
“Three on the side of Hobart, three on the side of Ceilos. Completely balanced, huh?” muttered Hizashi slowly.
The Dynastic System or House is still the custom of the people of Narcius. In the deepest sphere, there are three great dynasties, namely Hobart, Ceilos, and the Central Alliance of Impartiality, which is filled by small families, which only have an area that is limited to “County” or “Town/Burg”.
It was getting nightly, and about a normal hour showed ten o'clock in the evening. It was all along that they had spent their time just talking about Monster’s Domain.
“Alright, I go first,” Hizashi gets out of that seat.
“Wait a minute, boy!” said the adventurer who looked half drunk.
“ ? ” Hizashi confused.
“Tell me your name.”
“Hizashi. Shu Hizashi's. And your name?” ask Hizashi again.
“Gior. Nice to meet you, Hizashi.”
“Similar to you, Gior.” said Hizashi.
Then, Hizashi turned around, and walked towards the opposite direction from where his pamphlet was heading east. The path that the land takes slowly, it gets darker, inversely proportional to the peaceful place crossed by light. He's looking for a shortcut, through the west settlement alley.
***
— The next day, or rather back to at this moment.
“Rhea?.” asked Hizashi confused, seeing Rhea who came to the House of Clever Iron Tetzell. They just met yesterday.
“Ah, you know me, yes?” ask Rhea.
“Obviously I know.” says Hizashi. Then he was silent for a moment breathing. “I am Bookmagus who was with you at the time.”
As a thunderbolt in the middle of the day, Rhea was surprised to realize that it was Bookmagus who was with him at that time.
His body was in shock, and his tools were numb.
“J—so you were Bookmagus yesterday?.”
Hizashi nodded. Tetzell was confused because he didn't know what they were talking about.
“What are you talking about?” ask Tetzell.
“Better we enter first,” said Hizashi.
“Eh? Alright.” says Tetzell.
They were already inside the Tetzell House. Rhea's goal to come to Dynoseus was none other than to meet him. He asked Tetzell for help in defending his territory.
“You already know each other?” ask Tetzell while bringing a cup of warm drink.
“Yes. I ventured up to Vandr, and I found this girl. And now he forgets me”
“L-lag part of your head is covered with a hood, so I don't recognize your face at all.” said Rhea annoyed. His face turned red.
“So this one's name is girl huh?” muttered Hizashi while smiling softly.
Rhea and Tetzell were talking to each other. They were both former teachers and knight disciples for the past five years.
“Uncle, so you want to meet him?” ask Hizashi.
“Ya.” Reply Tetzell briefly.
“Commander Tetzell is my teacher. Thanks to him I have become a knight now.” said Rhea.
Hizashi tidied up some of the armor on a big box there. Then he leaned himself against the wall.
“Actually what's your purpose here?”
