Rainbow After the Storm

Rainbow After the Storm
CHAPTER 41. WE WILL DEFINITELY MEET AGAIN

"Why see me like that?" Rainbow asked, from earlier he noticed Gerald looking at him unusually. Like there was anger on his face, if only his future husband was not handsome it would look creepy.

"I'm jealous" said Gerald with a faint heart that made Rainbow immediately frown feeling confused.

"Jealous? Why jealousy?"

"You worry too much about Devano, and I don't like it! You still have feelings for her." Gerald.

And Rainbow immediately chuckled, "God Gerald, why can you think like that. I'm not at all...

"But the way you worried about him earlier, it's too much if it's just for a friend." Gerald's voice cuts off the Rainbow's speech.

The rainbow fell silent, not expecting Gerald to still have doubts about him. But now all love, heart and feelings have been diverted to the future husband.

Meanwhile, in Devano's ward.

"How does it feel, doesn't it hurt?" Devi asked looking at Devano with a mocking look. He was satisfied to see the man who hit him had an accident and got more injuries from him.

Devano only smiled thinly, the wounds all over his body made it feel stiff even just to talk. A moment ago, when he only realized he was quite surprised to see the whereabouts of the woman who had been hit by him was in his ward. The woman said she had just finished donating blood for him.

"Where is the story, you can be a blood donor for me?" Devano asked at last, his voice was very slow because there was a wound around his mouth but it was lucky that Devi could still hear it.

"It's a long story, and it's all because you ran into me." Devi looked indifferent.

Devi also told how a while ago he intended to escape from the hospital because the money he had was not enough to pay for his medical expenses and in the end met with Rainbow and Gerald.

"Okay, I'm sorry that the money I gave you wasn't enough. But I also give you my business card, you can call me right away if there's a problem." Devano.

Devi chuckled, "If I call you, would you respond? You were dying, I thought you were going to die." He said without feeling.

However, instead of being angry Devano even felt comforted by the woman's indifference. Only this time he met such a woman, all this time the women who were around him had a gentle attitude like Rainbow and spoiled like Silvi, and some other women like to tease his good looks. It seems like it would be a new thing if he could be friends with that woman.

"Oh yes by the way thank you for donating your blood for me, and if you may know your name who would be nice to call it?"

"Devi," he replied indifferently.

"Long name?" Ask Devano

"Do you need to know my name?" Devi snorted annoyed, according to him the man was talking too much even though he was sick so.

"It's up to you to tell me what it's not."

"Yes, I want to go home. I've been gone too long, my mom's looking." Devi then walked quickly out of Devano's room.

"Hey wait..." Call Devano, because the lady's bag is left behind, but unfortunately Devi has come out and does not hear the call.

Devano smiled, feeling he had the chance to meet the woman again. With the rest of his energy, he grabbed a Devi bag that was on the nightstand next to his bed.

"Look, we'll definitely meet again." He said while staring at Devi's bag.
