Rainbow After the Storm

CHAPTERS 15. NEW PROBLEM

"Today I feel riding roal coaster know not the hell?" Rainbow said while stroking his chest, he was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief after arriving at Gerald's office. Moments ago his heartbeat raced quickly when he came to Gerald's house especially when dealing with his mother Gerald.

"Sama, me too. Shocked it wasn't playing when Mama said she wanted to set me up." Gerald.

Currently Rainbow and Gerald are still in the car with seat belts that are still attached to both bodies.

"Will not come down?" Ask Gerald later.

Rainbow smiled, once again he took a deep breath then exhaled slowly as if freeing all the burden within him. After that Rainbow opened his seatbelt and got out of the car, as well as Gerald.

When going into the office, Rainbow forbids Gerald to hold his hand because it feels bad for other employees.

Today Rainbow and Gerald are back to work on their work and momentarily forget the events of a few moments ago that are enough to spur their hearts.

Until it didn't feel like the day was already in the afternoon. As always, every time you drive the rainbow home. Gerald will come to the apartment, until at night he will go home after filling his stomach with rainbow dishes.

After changing his clothes with a home-style outfit, Rainbow approached Gerald who was watching television in the living room.

"Cok watch it anyway? Cook it up there tonight." Gerald said when he saw the rainbow coming and immediately sat beside him.

"I forget that the ingredients in the refrigerator have run out, there is still the same egg noodles. So now you just go home." Said Rainbow then took the remote in Gerald's hand.

"Yes, masakin noodles are the same as eggs." Pinta Gerald, rather than her having to go home fast.

"Just cook noodles together, I think you can alone." Said Rainbow while looking for his favorite movie.

"But I want you to..." Gerald's remarks came to a halt when Rainbow tuned into a Korean drama film, a film that was famous for its many kissing scenes.

"Well, I'm going home." He said and then moved from his seat. It is better for him to go home because not only his eyes will be polluted but also his sanity if he is still in the Rainbow apartment to watch the Korean drama. He doesn't want to get out of control and make Rainbow think himself the same as the jerk man out there.

"Don't forget tomorrow morning get ready to pick me up for a test from the future-in-law." Gerald said with a smile.

The rainbow just nodded slowly, his gaze could not be separated from the television screen.

And Gerald swung his way out of the apartment.

The next day...

A few hours passed when Gerald's house arrived. The rainbow was brought directly to the kitchen by the prospective mother-in-law, and now there are several food menus available at the dining table.

Gerald and his papa were impatient to taste the Rainbow cuisine, from the aroma alone had made the stomach rumble. However, the father and son could only take a sip of his saliva because the hostess had not allowed anyone to eat the Rainbow cuisine before he tasted it himself.

In the dining room, mama sat gracefully while looking at her starving child and husband, in contrast to the Rainbow who kept her head down.

Mama admitted that Rainbow is very shrewd in the business of cooking, but does not know how the taste of the cuisine.

"Alright, now Mama taste first all this new cuisine you can eat." Mom said and took a spoon.

Mama stood around the dining table tasting one by one the food that Rainbow cooked. Until getting to the last menu the look of his face still looks flat does not indicate if the taste of the cuisine is good or not.

Make Rainbow be alarmed, if the cooking he made does not fit on the tongue of his mother Gerald.

Gerald was very worried that the Rainbow would not pass this first test.

After tasting all the food, my mother sat back in her place.

"Belangi, Auntie admitted that your cooking is very good. And you passed your first test." Mama's words, which made Gerald cheer happy.

"Gerald, shut up." Mama interrupted her son's words. "Now your voice is not needed." Continues commemorating.

Mama looked back at the rainbow. "Now there's a second test, remember what Aunt said yesterday?"

Rainbow fell silent for a moment, and soon he got up from his seat and walked up to Gerald. Take the plate and put it in front of Gerald, then fill the plate with rice and side dishes.

This is all the Rainbow can do in its second test. If only she and Gerald were married, maybe she would have done something else to please her husband.

Mama smiled at what Rainbow did, because what the woman chose her son did was right. Mama always serves food into papa's plate when eating.

After serving food to Gerald, Rainbow filled an empty glass with water and placed it in front of Gerald. After that, he sat back in his place.

Shortly after, my mom moved from her seat to my dad. Doing the same with the rainbow, filling her rice and side dishes into her husband's plate. When she finished, my mother returned to her seat.

"Rainbow, now please eat. Later Aunt announce you escaped or not after you finish eating." Mama says.

The rainbow nodded, then took the plate and filled it.

While Gerald and his papa had already eaten without waiting for the women. The father and son were seen eating very voraciously. Rainbow Cuisine is really good. Likewise with mama who really enjoy Rainbow cuisine.

A few moments later after finishing eating, my mother invited everyone to move to the family room.

Gerald and Rainbow who sat opposite each other occasionally threw a glance. Both of them are already tense waiting for your decision whether the Rainbow escaped or not.

Mama seems to think, whose package is it? My mom never ordered anything.
