CHAPTERS 20. COURTSHIP AFTER MARRIAGE

"How does it feel to sit on the throne?" Ask Gerald who stood like a bodyguard beside the Rainbow sitting quietly in his great chair.

"Of course it's happy." Rainbow answered while twirling the seat of his greatness.

Then, Rainbow raised his head to look at Gerald who was still faithfully standing beside him, even though he had asked his lover to sit on the sofa.

"As I said back then, after I got back to my life. I won't cook for you anymore, and from today on I won't live in your apartment either."

Gerald smiled, "Okay well, but you also have to remember! As you promised, once I succeed in helping you regain all your property we'll be married soon."

Rainbow chuckles. "But what helps me is not you, but your Papa. I must marry your Papa, be your Papa's second wife, be your Mama's honey and be your stepmother." His speech was long which made Gerald look manyun at once furious.

"Roof, don't joke!"

"But it's true, who helped me Papa you?" The rainbow blinked one eye, making fun of Gerald.

"Yes, but Papa wouldn't have acted if it wasn't for me...

"Say what?" The rainbow interjected while playing both of his eyebrows. "Say you want to rush into marriage, is that it?"

Gerald seemed to be smiling, because that was what he told his father.

"I hope you don't break your promise." Gerald said with a wistful tone. Even though he knew Rainbow only pricked him, but he was still worried if Rainbow reneged on his words a few days ago who wanted to marry him after all his property returned.

The rainbow chuckled, "I'm not the kind of person who likes to disavow my own words. So, when are we getting married, hum?" Ask.

"When do you want it?" Gerald asked back.

"Who says you have no one, there's Me, Papa and Mama, we'll all be with you. And for our marriage I'll try as soon as possible because I really can't wait to marry you soon." Gerald said steadily.

"All right, Mr. Gerald, it's up to you. But I wonder what makes you want us to get married soon, when we can enjoy the courtship time before actually being in a serious relationship stage. Are you ready to take responsibility as a husband?"

"It's definitely ready." Gerald replied without hesitation. Why do I want to rush us to get married? Because I want to feel how wonderful it is to date after marriage. Because dating after marriage there are no limits and distance or time to express feelings. While courting before marriage, does it feel the beauty of it? Some people say yes, it is beautiful. But, the beauty is not permanent, alias only temporary. Because, will be separated by distance and time, can not every time meet. When making out must be a slur." Further.

Rainbows were dumbstruck, once again he felt himself unworthy of a man like Gerald who was really looking after himself even though he was a man. What a rainbow he regretted was so easily lulled by the seduction of a lover and now leaves a trace in him that will never be forgotten in a lifetime.

"Gerald, do I deserve you?"

Hearing Rainbow's question, Gerald lowered his body to rest in front of the Rainbow, holding his lover's hand. "How many times do I have to say that I don't care what your past is. All I know is I love you and I'm happy with you. Already yes, there is no need to remember anything about the past, I want you to just need to think about our future. And today I'm gonna tell Papa and Mama to take care of our wedding."

"Thank you, Gerald."

"I don't need a word of thanks. All I need is your expression of love. Rainbow, do you love me too?"

The rainbow smiled, "I'll reveal it on our wedding day."

"All right, I'll wait for him. Then now I say yes, today I will tell Papa and Mama to take care of our marriage."

After Gerald left, Rainbow rested his head on the back of his great chair while staring at the ceiling of his room.

As the saying goes, there will be rainbows after rain. The saying has the meaning that there will be something beautiful after the tribulation hit. The appearance of a rainbow is often associated with new hope, and something better. The presence of a rainbow can also be interpreted as a message from God, that when you want to succeed, you need to go through a long and winding process. Rainbows are like success, while storms are the process of the journey to success.
