Rainbow After the Storm

CHAPTERS 14. OCCASION

Gerald pulled his hand from the grasp of the mother who was about to take him to the living room, where the girl he would mate with was with his family.

"What's up, Gerald?" Ask mom with a frown.

"Ma, Mama can't make a decision without my consent. I don't want to be fooled, Ma. I have my own choice anyway and I'm only going to marry by my own choice." Gerald said, making the mother widen her eyes. Surprised to hear his son's words, but an angry expression dominated.

"No Gerald, this time Mama wants you to get married by Mama's choice, period! Did you forget? You used to be proud to introduce Silvi to us, but at the end of what? You were betrayed. So Mama doesn't want it to happen again. Come on." Mama was about to take her son's hand back, but Gerald dropped his first.

"Gerald, stop. You just accept the matchmaking, maybe we should just be friends. I'm going to the office, and you go inside meet him. Didn't you hear what your mom said? She is very beautiful and also a successful businessman, you must be happy with her."
