Pursuing the Love of the Widower

Pursuing the Love of the Widower
Stunned

Gendhis breathed a sigh of relief, as Kalini and Chand bailed home. It felt like a heavy burden was lifted directly from his chest. The girl who again felt the heartbreak stepped foot into the room, while her family was still chatting discussing the arrival of the handsome widower.

Secretly, Gendhis went into the room. He is calling out Manggala's old phone number. Honey, the operator returned the call. The number that Gendhis was aiming for was already inactive. Undeterred, Gendhis tries to contact Royani. Not connected again. Curious, he contacted Mahendra and Diwan. The thing is, all the numbers that Gendhis went to, they're all off. “Jeez, did everyone change numbers in congregation?” mumbled wailing.

“Mangala, evil once your revenge,” complained Gendhis while laying his body on the mattress. Once again, Gendhis tries to call Royani's contact number. Of course it still failed. Somehow, Gendhis contacted his former mother-in-law's future mother-in-law in tears, to the point that he didn't realize he was asleep.

Gendhis awoke as his phone rang aloud. In a hurry he opened his eyes and hoped that it was Manggala's mother who called him. Honey, hope is just hope. In fact, Chand's name is on the screen of Gendhis's phone. “Yes, geez. He again, him again,” his grunts.

“What time is it, now?” Gendhis looked at the clock on his digital alarm which still showed at half-five in the morning. “Ngapain the dawn of this? Like no work,” Gendhis pressed the red button to refuse, then covered his head with a pillow.

However, his phone rang again even though he refused up to five times, making Gendhis fail to continue sleeping. “Yes, Lord!” exclaims Gendhis. “Nothing yet!” frangipani. With great force, he receives a call from Chand.

“Still asleep, Dhis?” chand asked softly with his distinctive heavy voice.

“If I can pick up the phone, it means I'm awake. So you do not know,” replied Gendhis sewot.

“Yes, I mean before you pick up the phone, surely you're still sleeping, right?” chase Chand.

“If yes, why!” sahut Gendez ketus.

“Yes, it's okay, anyway. That's your right, I just want to tell you, the morning air is fresh. Can calm the anxious and sad souls,” said Chand. The man seemed to know what Gendhis was feeling.

“You called me just to tell me this?” asked Gendhis, still with his style.

“Actually, there is another, anyway,” replied Chand. “Last night I was Om Susena agreed that you start working at my place, per today. It's now the first date. So, it will be good to count the salary,” explained Chand.

“Yes, geez. You decided yourself without involving me?” gendhis protest was unacceptable.

“Yes, how, huh? Last night Om Susena wanted to talk to you. Not yearsya you have slept and very difficult to build,” said Chand.

“What is it?” Gendhis grimaced little.

“Wait in the office, yes. After this I sent you the location. Don't sleep again!” tell chand, then end his call just like that.

“Ck,” Gendhis clucked in annoyance. Throw a cell phone in bed. He wanted to go to the bathroom to clean himself up. However, just a few steps away, Gendhis captures the sound of incoming messages.

He opened a message in the form of the location of Chand's office address which was imbued with a few words. “Wear neat and formal clothes, yes.” So wrote the handsome widower.

“IYA!” reply Gendhis. Intentionally he uses capslock as an affirmation.

The girl was walking lazily to the bathroom. He looked over as he crossed the glass sink. Gendhis was so surprised to find that both of his eyes were swollen from crying too much. “Gosh!” pekik.

Problems arose when Gendhis chose formal dress. Because, he does not have much formal clothing. The choice eventually fell on a brightly colored blazer, white shirt and leather pants that almost every day he used to work while in Bandung first. “From not wearing clothes,” he said slowly. However, just Gendhis put on a shirt, suddenly his bedroom door was knocked tight.

“Mbak Genphis! There's package!” utari's shrill cry was shrill from behind the door.

“Package?” gendhis repeated hesitantly. “I don't feel like ordering stuff,” murmured while opening the door wide.

“From Aunt Kalini's official,” without further ado, Utari directly thrust a plastic package at Gendhis.

“What is this?” Gendhis was astonished while flipping through the package.

“Buruan open! Curious, here!” force Utari.

Gendhis pressed his lips a few inches when he saw his sister's slightly annoying behavior. Careful, he tore off the end of the package. Gendhis was wide-eyed when he saw the contents. A baby pink blazer and a tight-fitting sponge skirt.

“Very beautiful!” Utari enthusiastically snatched the clothes from the hands of Gendhis. “Mbak told to wear this shirt with Aunt Kalini. Yes, geez!” his chirping without pause. However, instead of giving the suit to the brother, Utari instead pecked himself in front of the glass.

“Day! Uda, bring it here! I'm changing clothes!” Gendhis retook the shirt from Utari's hand. Not to forget, he threw his sister out and locked the room door.

Gendhis had been stunned to observe the blazer that looked so graceful and expensive, before wearing it carefully. He had difficulty when wearing a span skirt that had been stuck in the hip, until finally Gendhis managed to close the zipper.

Just now he was breathing a sigh of relief, when the door was again knocked tightly by Utari. “Mbak Gendhis, have been picked up by your handsome brother!” loud shouting.

“Hah? What time is it?” Gendhis immediately turned his head towards the digital clock that showed at six in the morning. “Si Chand is crazy. Chicken is still busy cleaning up, he is ready to work. Basic brain rupiah. Not good if you are already a worker. Holy hooch! Especially if he is his wife. Must be ready to serve 24 hours like an IGD officer,” Gendhis grumbles himself.

“Mbak, game!” yell Utari again.

“Whispering!” gendhis Sent. “Who picked up this hour? Tell him, if you want, tell me to wait until I'm done!”

“Aduh, it's like a courier only a servant. Told back and forth from earlier,” groused Utari. “Mending if paid,” he added, then hurry down.

Gendhis clucked softly, then continued dancing. Intentionally she linger tidying her hair and applying simple makeup on her beautiful face. Not to forget he smeared concealer to disguise his swollen eyes. Exactly half an hour passed, Gendhis went out of the room and down the stairs gracefully.

Intentions want to show off, but fail. There was no one in the living room. Genphis then went out to the terrace. He swept his gaze around. But there was no one there, only Chand's luxury car parked neatly in the yard.

Gendhis went inside and rushed towards the dining room. What he was looking for turned out to be there, was chatting with Susena and Grandma Sri. “Jeez, wanted,” says Gendhis.

All eyes looked towards him. “Gendhis,” murmured Chand. Just then his heart seemed to stop beating looking at the appearance of Gendhis who was much different than usual. With a stunned look, he stood up and walked over.
