Queen of Forestopia – Chapter 2

Lindsey and her friends arrive at Queen Florist's palace. When he entered the palace, there were no guards guarding the palace. That makes them confused. How could this magnificent palace not be guarded by a single bodyguard?

"It's really Queen Florist's palace, isn't it? There's no bodyguard at all, I doubt." Laurent said after seeing how quiet and silent the palace was.

"This is Queen Florist's palace, Yves?" Seeing Laurent's doubts, Lindsey asked Yves to make sure.

"Ehm .. I don't really know." Yves replied while looking down.

"What?" Shocked the four children.

"Even Yves who is a creature in this world does not know that this palace is the residence of Queen Florist." Heyna said as she folded her hands on her chest.

"Marine, is this really the palace you're referring to?" Lindsey asked Marine in her heart.

"That's right, Lindsey. The Queen's Palace does not have bodyguards but that does not mean it is not safe from threats." Answer Marine.

"meaning?" Lindsey wondered.

"Now it's better we just go in to find out. Talking to the gemstones only makes emotions rise to the level of a god." Heyna.

"You're right, let's go in." Laurent entered the palace first followed by the others from behind.

Suddenly they were attacked by arrows with fiery tips that came out of nowhere. Making everyone surprised is not playing. Fortunately, they managed to escape.

"God! Wh-what was that?" Laurent's chest rippled quite tightly after the fiery arrow came and almost hit him.

Antlers took one of those arrows and analyzed it. "Where did this arrow come from?" Ask while looking in any direction to find out the origin of the arrow.

"I began to understand the meaning of Marine's words, the reason this palace does not have any bodyguards because this building is equipped with super tight guard. Just look at how we were attacked before we got inside the palace." Antlers who have finished analyzing.

Ever since his battle with Stone Seeker, Antlers have become more confident with his analytical skills. He can even analyze things very quickly. Just less than a minute.

"Then everything becomes clear. Aaahh, I don't like this." Whine Laurent while stomping his feet on the ground.

"Stop whining, you crybaby! Already, let's just go in before my patience runs out because of your whining." Tell Heyna who is furious with Laurent's childish behavior.

Lindsey and her friends are exhausted by the invisible guards at Queen Florist's palace. They also decided to rest for a while in one of the rooms that is quite safe, gathering as much energy as possible that has almost perished.

"Do we have to do this?" Heyna also gave up. Because attack after attack that suddenly came to make him exhausted not playing.

"Living a little longer, we should be able to reach the room of Queen Florist to do the reincarnation process." Yves encouraged the four.

While resting, Yves caught a light through his sense of sight. The light came from the top floor of the palace.

"Everyone, look up there!" Shouted Yves while pointing towards the top.

"Huh?" Everyone immediately turned their eyes upwards. They also saw a bright light soaring into the sky.

"What's that?" Laurent wondered as he narrowed his eyes as the light was completely blinding the eyes of anyone who saw it.

"It looks like it's the room that the gemstones are referring to, our friends continue their journey to the top of the tower." Lindsey.

"Are you sure that's the room in question?" Heyna asked Lindsey.

Lindsey nodded with a confident look. "I'm sure of my instincts, Heyna. You believe me, right?"

"All right, I believe you."

On the other hand Glory was still struggling with the strange liquid and furnace he used to make potions. After struggling for a long time, he managed to make a potion to see others from behind the furnace.

"Vene Rus Amades, show me what Lindsey and his friends are doing right now." Glory said reciting a special spell.

The potion he put into the furnace was instantly transformed into a light, the furnace showed Lindsey and his friends were in the palace of Queen Florist.

"WHAT?!" Shocked Glory by Lindsey. Seeing the lightening of the furnace Glory threw some liquid that ads nearby.

"Curtain! Looks like Stone Seeker failed to defeat those kids, you suck!" Glory growled while breaking the table.

"Damn! How did they get there?" Confused ask.

"I have to get there immediately to stop the Queen's reincarnation process." He said so angry.

"Prepare to go, Hesley. We'll be at Queen Florist's palace soon." Tell Glory to Hesley who doesn't know. Hesley nodded briefly and began to get ready.

"All right." Answer Hesley briefly.

Lindsey and the others are still on their way to the top of the tower to see the Queen's reincarnation process.

Arriving at the top tower, they were surprised to see a light that was so blinding to the eyes plus some green shrubbery plants filled the room of the Queen's reincarnation.

Kingg!!

The light suddenly turned into something but their eyes were unable to see it. They closed their eyes and just after the dazzling light was gone, someone began to say something to the five children.

"Lindsey, Antlers, Heyna, Laurent, and Yves. Thank you for coming to my palace."

Seeing the person speak in a gentle tone, Yves immediately ducked in salute to him.

"Greetings to you, Your Majesty Queen Florist." Yves gave the Queen honor.

"He ... Queen Florist?" Lindsey was stunned to see the appearance of the Queen who had been very eager for him to come.

"Hey, bow before the Queen!" Tell Yves to the other four who are still dumbfounded.

"A-ahh, okay." The four of them began to bow in respect.

Queen Florist smiled at the behavior of the four children. "Rise up, O entrant. I already know the reason for your presence in my palace."

"really?"

"Lindsey, your sister has been kidnapped by Glory, right?"

"That's right Your Majesty, I'm really confused as to what to do at the moment. We almost lost our way to find and save Hesley."

"That's right, Your Majesty, please give us an easy-to-understand clue." Laurent Sahut.

"Ishh you are! Just shut up can't you?" Heyna patted Laurent on the shoulder.

"Oh, sick!" Antlers Grimacing in pain.

"Your Majesty, are you willing to help us find Hesley? We're almost desperate." Pinta Antlers with her respectful tone.

"The four of you are kind and sincere immigrants, the gemstones have told me about you."

"really? How did they tell you?" Laurent wondered because he was still confused.

"Through telepathy, right?" Antlers Sahut.

"Hmm?"

"It looks like your analytical skills are growing by leaps and bounds, huh, Antlers? I am very proud of your achievements while in Forestopia. Therefore I will give you a clue that Hesley can be saved and freed from black magic." The Queen Florist.

"How is it, Your Majesty?" Ask the impatient Lindsey.

"There's no way to stop me, Her Majesty the Queen." Said someone. His voice was very familiar to their ears.

"Glory?!"

"Lindsey, look towards nine! It's Hesley."

"W-what? Why does it look like that?" Surprised Lindsey who was shocked to see the change Hesley so drastic.
