Portal to the Fairy Tale

Portal to the Fairy Tale
Dreams in Dreams

After days of Lindsey and friends exploring a very tiring time, now they are almost at the end of a fairy tale mission.

Currently the four of them were still in the dimension of space and time. The Amethyst Necklace was still gathering its strength as it was drained away from being worn continuously by the Antlers.

"How's the girl doing? She's okay, right?" heyna asked while draping her hands together on her chest. It was as if he had been so fed up with continuing this ridiculous mission.

"Yes, I don't think he's seriously hurt" Lindsey said, looking too lazy to speak.

"Well, I'm so tired of this mission. Marine, when can we finish it? I want to go home as soon as possible." - grumbled.

"You're almost done with your mission, Lindsey. Be patient." said Marine.

"Huft ...." Lindsey gave a rough breath.

Lindsey who was already visibly upset closed both eyes slowly. His eyes seemed to close by themselves and let the dream world rule his mind.

And he fell asleep in three seconds.

Lindsey opened her eyes and found herself in a place very foreign to her vision. The room is dark, stuffy, and very dusty. Lindsey even kept sneezing due to dust scattered around her nose.

"HACHY!"

"Well, why is there so much dust here. Where are the others?" The confused Lindsey immediately directed her gaze towards the necklace of Marine. But wait, there's no necklace.

"Marine? Loh, where's that chatty necklace? The marine!" Lindsey tried to call out to Marine with a loud shout, and there was only her voice echoing in the room.

"Are you looking for something?"

Lindsey was surprised by the man's voice that sounded so terrible from behind her, she turned her body in reflex and glared as a black-clothed man sat in a rocking chair. That looks creepy to Lindsey.

"W-who are you?" ask Lindsey who's been sweating coldly.

"Me?" The man stood up and walked slowly toward Lindsey. The shock made him very surprised and retreated his steps. Their eyes met each other, but from the look of the man's eyes was not at all friendly.

"Mike Scots," the man replied in a heavy voice.

Lindsey glared back and rewinded her steps, unfortunately she was already at the end of the room.

"You're the author of the fairy tale, right? Why are you even here? Where are my friends? Aren't you dead?" lindsey asked.

"I'm dead, but I live in a book I wrote myself" he said.

"Whatdidyou say? That's impossible" Lindsey said.

"You don't believe it? You can even see it for yourself, right? I'm right in front of you right now" he said with a slanted smile.

All Lindsey has in mind right now is one. Is the man in front of her a psychopath?

"It must be just a dream" Lindsey said, patting her cheek.

"Listen to me carefully, you are one of the children chosen to save the fairy tale world. I regretted having rewritten various fairy tales with different plot, and I did not expect that the book was cursed. I lost my son, it was all because of my selfishness to open a portal to the fairy-tale world." he explained.

"What is your purpose in doing that?" ask Lindsey. He dared to ask even though he was actually scared to death.

"I'll shorten it. At that time I was an English writer, who wrote and translated several books from different parts of the world. When I was in the national library, I found the book, the book that was empty on every page. I don't understand why the book went into the national library" he explained.

"Then, that's when I started writing that story, the story where the storyline changed. When I found out that the book was cursed, I set it on fire so that my son could come back. But unfortunately, I'm the one who died. I live in the darkness of a book I wrote myself."

"Do you know how to get everything back?" ask Lindsey who is getting used to her current situation.

"When I was living in a book, I researched everything about this book, and it turned out to be a way to return every storyline in the book in one way or another,"

"Come in and complete all the missions."

"I've done it, I mean, right now my friends and I are traveling through time to save your son, Neil Scots," Lindsey said.

"It's not that easy, you'll be dealing with a lot of enemies when you get to my son's place. Be careful, you can't lose one of your friends if you want to go back to the real world."

"Whatchu mean? I don't understand" asked Lindsey in surprise.

"You'll understand when you get there. My only message is one, don't hurt my son."

"But-"

"Lindley! Wake up, we've arrived." Suddenly his body was shaken by someone.

"Huh ... what? What's going on?" Lindsey woke up shocked.

"You why? Did you have a bad dream?" heyna asked confused by Lindsey's attitude.

"I-i ...."

"Are you okay? Since then you've been delirious," exclaimed the worried Antlers.

"Eh? Y-you're sober?" Lindsey changed the subject.

"Why are you even asking back? Aish, you're this!" Decak Heyna is upset.

"I-I'm fine. Just tired. Hehe," Lindsey chuckled.

"Yes, let's continue this mission." Laurent Exclamation. The only man among the three girls.
