Stone Seeker – Chapter 3

Lindsey and her friends are forced to accept a challenge from the Seekers. Before the fight against magic power, each of them shows the most valuable objects to be used as betting objects.

The three Seekers showed Selenite gemstones. Lindsey showed her a silver ring that her father gave her before she died.

Heyna, Laurent, and the Antlers are shocked to see Lindsey showing him his prized possession to serve as a bet.

Antlers approached Lindsey who seemed hesitant to show the silver ring to the three Seekers.

"Lindsey, why did you show them your ring?" Ask.

"There is nothing but this silver ring, after all we can certainly defeat them." Lindsey said confidently.

"But, Lindsey ... It looks like the ring is worth a lot to you, are you sure you're going to make it a betting prize?" This time, Heyna asked.

"Actually I doubt it, but we can't possibly make the gemstones a betting prize, can we?" Whisper Lindsey to his three friends.

"You're right." Laurent nodded briefly.

"Alright, we have to work together to defeat them" Lindsey said encouraging his three friends and encouraging himself.

After talking with his three friends about their strategy to fight the three Seekers, the magic match finally began.

The Seekers will fight one by one against Lindsey and his comrades.

The Seekers began to split the session.

Nut against Heyna. Cruy against the Antlers, and Lindsey will fight Lou–Chairman Stone Seeker. While Laurent is only a spectator because the power of Emerald in him is not magic power to compete.

Before the match, the gemstones had already disguised their identities in order for the Seekers to be unaware of the gemstone's presence.

"About what is suitable to disguise their identity?" Lindsey asked to start a discussion.

"Laurent, any advice?" Antlers asked Laurent who had been silent since.

"Then Emerald is made into a vest, I will wear it." Laurent.

"Yes, the vest looks like Peterpan's, so the Stone Seekers won't suspect my vest is a gemstone."

"Are Peterpan wearing a vest?" Ask Heyna.

As the match begins, Heyna attacks Nut with the power Ruby gives her, the power of a shape-shifter, with the power that Heyna can transform herself into the creature she wants.

Heyna transformed herself into a big, reddish-black bear. Heyna attacks Nut blindly, but Nut only avoids the attack of Heyna which is arguably very dangerous.

"Geez, Heyna's very strong when she's angry." Said Laurent who was still watching from a distance.

Antlers and Lindsey, who were watching, also felt anxious, fearing that Heyna had a counterattack from Nut. So far Nut only dodged, so they did not know what kind of power he really had.

Nut smiled obliquely looking at Heyna's unusually strong strength.

"You're strong enough to be the size of a little girl, but you won't be able to beat me."

Nut let out a strange aura from his body, his eyes turned pitch-black and suddenly just ....

"Looks like you know this guy, little girl." Nut smiled with satisfaction at the surprised face on Heyna's face.

"An army soldier, the greatest fighter in his group, is nicknamed Alone Hyena for being able to tear apart opponents without a herd. What an amazing fact of a great soldier named ... Halden Van Jorch." Papar Nut's.

"Halden Van Jorch?"

"What did you do to my father?!" Shouted Heyna wrathfully.

"I see, Nut's power is a manipulation of shadows that he can deform and characterize according to the fear in his opponent. Really, terrible power." It was clearly Antlers who understood everything.

I need to know his strength first before he beats me in the next match. Antlers murmured inwardly while staring at Cruy.
