Portal to the Fairy Tale
Elf Torlock – Chapter 3

A medium-sized house, not large nor small. The house is nuanced like houses in fairy tales. It is very natural because it is made from materials in the forest.

Laurent entered the house first because only he was able to communicate with the Elves. Then followed by other friends.

"Welcome to the Elf Village, what do you guys want to ask me?" said the Elf with a much older face with another Elf face. It seems like dja is the village chief in the Elf village.

"We came here to ask what happened to Caapal. An Elf Torlock who was killed by Glory a few days ago." Laurent replied using Elf language. Lindsey, Antlers, and Heyna looked at each other. Their expressions said that they were confused by all the words that came out of Laurent's mouth.

"Laurent is very strange to use the Elf language." Heyna whispered in the ears of Lindsey and Antlers. Sometimes he laughs because he thinks it's funny.

"Ssttt keep your mouth shut, Heyna" Antlers warned her friend to keep a low profile.

"What's? Caapal's killed?" The Elf village chief was shocked to the point of almost toppling over.

Heyna laughed heartily at the behavior of the Elf village chief who was almost toppled backwards. All the bodyguards and some Elves who were there immediately turned their heads with sharp gazes towards Lindsey, Antlers, and Heyna.

"Pcsstt! Why are you laughing?" Lindsey nudged Heyna to stop laughing at things she shouldn't laugh at.

"Pardon me, I can't help it anymore" Heyna said as she closed her mouth and held her laughter back.

Antlers and Lindsey let out a rough sigh.

"That's right, when we all came to Caapal's house, there was no one in the house. All the conditions of the house were messy except for one of the rooms that seemed to be Caapal's room. When Amethyst used the power of time-wandering to see what was happening in the room, we were shocked that Glory had killed and had Caapal's pointed ears" Laurent said.

"This cannot be allowed, you must immediately stop Glory before the country is destroyed in his hands. If this country is destroyed then automatically our village will also be destroyed." the village chief asked Laurent.

"That's why we came here to ask for directions from you. Can we do something to find Lindsey's sister and stop Glory?" laurent asked for advice from the village chief.

The village chief nodded briefly. "There's."

"What's that?" Laurent looked up and began to focus on listening.

"You must go to Yoko Mountain" said the village chief

"Yoko Mountain? Where is that?" laurent asked confused.

"At the other side of the village, if you walk from the back hill, you will find a river not far from here, and the flow leads to Yoko mountain" he explained.

"Okay, what else do we do? I mean, do we have to do something first before proceeding to Yoko Mountain? And what would we get if we were there?" laurent asked to make sure no information was missed.

"Mount Yoko is where the Queen Florist gives power to the Torlock Elves, finding a golden yellow gem that is inside the Yoko mountain. The jewel was part of the power of Elf Torlock, the protector of the Elf village."

"All right, I get it." Laurent nodded briefly.

"Ehm...Laurent's? How's it?" Lindsey.

"I admit you were great talking to the Elves" Heyna said with a wry smile at Laurent.

"Curtain! You just found out, huh?" arrogant Laurent.

"How arrogant, I just praised it like that."

"Ahh, you're switching topics!" Laurent groaned, he even almost forgot their mission to go to Yoko Mountain.

"Alright, so you see.the village chief wants us to go to Yoko Mountain" Laurent told the core of what he got from the village chief.

"Yoko Mountain?" everyone is wondering.

"I'll explain it briefly." Marine said, "yoko Mountain is an active volcano in this valley. Long ago when the Torlock Elves were given power by our queen, the Florist queen. On that mountain the Torlock Elves divided their powers and put them into a yellow gemstone hidden within Yoko Mountain. That said, no one could enter that mountain to the inner core because only pure-hearted people could enter it."

"Purely observed?"

"Tomorrow morning, we will continue our journey towards Mount Yoko. I've asked the village chief for permission to give us temporary shelter" Laurent said.

"really? You're really the best, Laurent. I'm proud of you." Heyna patted Laurent's shoulder taut with a proud sign.

"Ishh, don't pat my shoulder tight! Sick tau!"

"Haha well I'm sorry,"

"Then let's take a break, then,"

The village guards drove Lindsey and friends to the inn, which was not far from the village chief's house.

"This is your temporary residence" said the two guards.

"Moribat, Elf bur." Laurent replied with a smile.

"Naur." The two bodyguards left after saying something Lindsey, Heyna, and Antlers did not understand.

"Hey, sometime teach me Elf?" heyna said with Laurent's soft face.

"Are you sure you want to learn their language?"

"Of course not, just talking to you makes me nervous. Yes, I'm going to sleep."

"W-what?! You're this!"

When Laurent and Heyna had a little fight. Lindsey was pensive in front of the mini-sized inn as she stared at the sky.

Sometimes he breathed a rough sigh as he remembered the things that happened to his sister.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" asked the Antlers who came suddenly patting Lindsey on the shoulder.

"Stare at the sky because I hate it."

"If you hate her why are you staring at her?"

"Sometimes the things I hate become the things I miss."

"Ahh, I understand what you mean."

Lindsey looked at the confused Antlers. "Really?"

"Not really,"

"Ahh, you are!"

"Just kidding, hehe. Anyway what you said just now is true."

"really? Whatchu mean?"

"It is true that the thing we hate becomes the thing we miss the most. I see you saying that, you miss your sister who is very annoying but because she is the one who is bloodied with you certainly makes you worry let alone miss."

"I also miss someone right now, unfortunately he's gone."

"Who?"

"My sister."

"Your sister?"

"Yes, my sister who died five years ago because of a mistake I made." suddenly the atmosphere became sad.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you remember your sister who's been"

"No, it's not your fault."

Lindsey mused feeling guilty for already carrying the bitter memories Antlers felt at this time.
