After completing the mission in The Little Mermaid, Lindsey was re-directed by Marine to another story.
However, before continuing the mission, Lindsey was in a vacuum that was only equipped with white, no way out and endless. It was alone with her necklace.
"Marine, why are we in a place like this?" ask Lindsey.
The crying!
"Sorry, I'm taking you to the dimensional space, I want to tell you about the next mission." Marine replied.
"What other mission?" tanta Lindsey has a new mission. Which he certainly didn't want.
"I'll tell you. Fifteen years ago, a writer named Mike Scots made a book about the real world of fairy tales, he rewrote some fairy tales into his book and said that fairy tales would be real if given a little miracle. Because in the real world there are no miracles, finally Mike Scots made research on how to get into the world of fairy tales." explains Marine.
"You're saying research to get into the fairy tale world?" sela Lindsey's.
"Yes, and at that time he managed to make it happen." said Marine.
"What?! So, because of the author's work I can get into the fairy tale world?" tanyanya back.
"Yes. The son of Mike Scots becomes a guinea pig to try out the tools he's already invented. However, his son could not return. The boy's been stuck in a fairy tale for fourteen years."
"It's so cruel, then what's the fate of the boy now?" ask Lindsey.
"It's probably dead, but Mike Scots is trying to shut down the portal to get his son back from the fairy tale. The book is a cursed book that is able to bring someone into the world of fairy tales. Anyone who reads at least one line in the book, then he will be designated as the person who will enter into the world of fairy tales."
"What book do you mean? Didn't I get into the fairy tale world because of you?" Lindsey was confused by the intent of the 'cursed book' that Marine said.
"No, I'm just an intermediary, you're designated as the next person to enter the fairy tale world because you bought the book."
Lindsey's eyes were round and remembered something. "God! So, that book that brought me to the fairy tale world? Aakh! Damned book! I will never forgive the author! Where is he now?!" his yell.
"He's dead, in 2005."
"Huh?"
"Mike Scots died of failing to create a portal that would be used to return his son. However, he managed to find something that his book was a cursed book, he tried to destroy the book by burning it, but unfortunately he also burned and died. The book was still intact without burning and being damaged in the slightest."
"Yes." Yeah."
"Then, who are you? Why are you pretending to be a necklace?" Lindsey's amazed.
"Right now it's like this, I was sent down from the sky to bring and help you in the fairy tale world. Because you're the only one who's gonna save Mike Scots' kid and some kids who've been stuck in the fairy tale."
"There's another kid in the fairy tale world?"
"Yes, there are four children who failed to complete the mission. Among them are Heyna Van Jorch, Laurent Gang, Antlers Gardy, and the author's son, Neil Scots. Each of them is stuck in a different story. For that I'll take you to the story where Heyna Van Jorch was stuck for four years" Marine said.
"Four years? It's not a little time. Then if I manage to save them all, what will happen?"
"You will all return to your world, and the world of fairy tales will come to an end. Since it's a cursed book that the fairy tale world becomes irregular, there are some plot changes and that can affect the future."
"Lindsey, if you fail this mission, you know the risks, right?" the Marine warned.
Lindsey nodded slowly.
"Not only that, fairy tales will perish, and no more fairy tales."
"I didn't know it would happen if I failed to complete my mission." Lindsey bowed and began to ponder.
"Don't be afraid, I'll help you. Are you ready?"
"Well am I ready, when was I not ready? You always take me anywhere without asking me first." Lindsey said with a slightly flushed face.
Is he mad at Marine?
"I'm sorry for what I've done that wasn't fun." Lindsey apologized.
"It's okay to forget it, let's go and save the boy named Heyna."
"Good."
The criing!
