The Down Kingdom – Chapter 2

The Sirens obeyed Glory's wishes and sought Hesley out to all parts of the world in Forestopia. Including Silver Down. They were freed by Glory using the crown of the Florist queen and the Sirens began to spread throughout Forestopia.

The Sirens began to damage the various underwater kingdoms, and it made other sea creatures feel rattled with their presence which is very dangerous.

A voice of warning suddenly echoed, the Silver Down guards informed the Mermaid nations that the imprisoned Sirens were free.

The Queen also told all her people to immediately take shelter in the place they had made.

"What's that sound?" Hesley asked puzzledly, he saw the Mermaid nation so frightened after hearing the warning sound.

"That's a warning voice from Commander Pan." Answer Yves.

"What warning?"

"That's the sound of Siren warning."

"Siren?"

"Hesley, we need to get out of Silver Down." Yves pulled Hesley's arm to leave immediately.

"But what about my brother? Didn't the Queen say that she was coming to pick me up?" Hesley was worried.

"I'm sure your brother knows that the Sirens are out of confinement, and I'm sure it must be Glory. He used the Sirens to catch you." Yves assured Hesley.

"captured me? Then, now how should we do?"

"We must leave immediately, before we go to the palace first. There's something I want to tell my mother and sister."

"All right." Hesley nodded and followed Yves towards the palace.

The current atmosphere of the palace was completely chaotic as the sound of the Siren warning sounded.

Yves and Hesley saw his mother and sister directing the people into a room called the safest shelter from the Siren attack.

"Mother, Yvia!" Call Yves.

"Sir Yves?" Yvia swam towards Yves very quickly then hugged him.

"Don't worry, it'll all be fine." Yves said he was trying to calm his brother down.

"I'm sorry, because the presence of me here is already endangering the Mermaid." Hesley felt guilty.

"You don't have to apologize, Hesley. You didn't do anything wrong, you better go to the Forbidden Pixie to meet the fairies and Queen Lily." Queen Yvette's Advice.

"God?"

"Mother's right, we need to get to Forbidden Pixie right now." Without a second thought Yves immediately agreed.

"Sister, take good care of yourself, don't get hurt." Lirih Yvia was still very worried.

"I'm not that weak, Yvia. I promised I'd protect Hesley so that Glory wouldn't be able to pull off his evil plan." His words are full of determination.

It's all my fault, they're willing to sacrifice themselves to protect me from Glory and the Sirens. I regret opening the book, I should have listened to Lindsey not touch it. Inner Hesley felt extremely guilty.

After talking to his mother and sister, Yves took Hesley out of the water towards the Forbidden Pixie land.

"Hesley, what's up? Why are you quiet?" Yves disperse the reverie of Hesley.

They are already on the ground.

"I-I just ...."

"You must be very worried, right?" Guess Yves.

"Yeah, I'm so worried about you all. I'm afraid everyone got hurt because of me." Afraid that Hesley is still stirring.

"Hey, my mom said this wasn't all your fault, it was just a mistake and a crime committed by Glory. He is the one who must account for all his deeds to the people of Forestopia." Yves tried to calm and encourage the weak and desperate Hesley.

"Yves ...."

"Now we must leave before the Sirens find us."

Hesley took a deep breath and nodded. "All right."

Hesley and Yves began to rush onward toward the Forbidden Pixie.

After they had left, the Sirens, who were numerous, arrived at Silver Down. They make a lot of damage everywhere, the Mermaid only dwell in their hiding which is specially made if at any time there is danger lurking.

"Where are all those Mermaid?" Ask one of the Sirens.

"It looks like they're hiding somewhere. Otherwise, how would Silver Down become as desolate as this?" Other words.

"You're right, hmm ... how do you get them out on their own?" One of the Sirens started to think of something.

"I know." Said one of the sirens. He also told the idea to the other Sirens.

"What?!"

"Sstt, calm down Yvia. Let me face them." Yvette told her youngest child to keep the other Mermaids.

"But, Mother .. they will-"

"Yvia, everything will be fine. Stay here with the others, okay?"

"Mother ...."

Queen Yvette also came out of hiding and met the Sirens who had a very large number of it. Even the Mermaid nation was outnumbered by the amount they had.

"Finally you came too, Yvette." One of the Sirens swam towards Yvette with a sharp and cold gaze.

"What do you want from the Mermaid nation, Drusilla?" Yvette asked the Siren named Drusilla.

"You're still asking what we want? Of course that human girl, where is she now?"

"I don't understand what you mean, Drusilla. A man in Silver Down? You must be mistaken." Yvette Lie.

The Siren leader named Drusilla drew closer to Yvette and looked at her very sharply. "Don't drain the patience of the Sirens, Yvette. Just tell me where the boy is then your lives won't be ushered."

"Is it because Glory told you to? Why are you obeying his orders? He's just a normal human boy-"

Jem!

"MOM!!" The hysterical scream Yvia saw her mother being stabbed all of a sudden.

"Drusillas? A-what's been-'"

"That's because it's draining my patience, Yvette. Now tell me where the boy is, then I'll forgive you."

"God ..." Yvette groaned in pain as the Siren heirloom entered her stomach realm.

"Your Majesty, where are you going? Queen Yvette told you to stay here." One of the Mermaid drove Yvia to stay with them.

"I can't let my mother be attacked by those Sirens, you stay here until we get back."

"But, Your Majesty-"

Regardless of her bodyguards, Yvia rushed towards the mother who was already cornered.

"Wait!!"

"Yvia? Wh-what are you doing here?" Yvette was surprised to see Yvia.

"Mom, are you okay?" Yvia helps the mother to stay in balance after being stabbed suddenly.

"What have you done to my mother!!"

"Yvia? I know you're coming out of hiding, now tell us where the human girl is?" The Sirens urged Yvia.

"We know that the girl heard our singing, tell us where she is?" Yvia continued to be urged until she became very worried.

"D-him ..."

"Don't tell me, Yvia." Yvette shook her head giving the code not to tell.

"Mother, but ..."

"Don't harm anyone else and your brother." Yvette's lyrics are almost on the verge of a boundary.

"Shut up!! Quickly tell us, or your Queen will die." Drusilla.

"Don't do that, I-I'll tell you." Yvia suddenly said.

"Yvia?" Yvette is still trying to give a code so that her youngest daughter does not reveal it.

"I'm sorry Mom, I can't let you get hurt." Yvia held back her cries before telling. "Hesley and my brother are on their way to Forbidden Pixie." Reveal it.

"Lwesst ...." Yvette's eyes are perfectly rounded.

"So yeah .. they know we're coming here to find the boy, so you guys are directing the girl to the mainland." Drusilla.

"Then we can't catch him, Drusilla."

"That's true, but Glory can do it. I'll tell the girl whereabouts by singing."

The Sirens with a sense of innocence left Yvette and Yvia.
