2 Years later
The girl stepped into the building in front of him with firm and rhythmic steps. The twang of his high heels clashed with the soft-colored floor. The blond mane passed through the corridor after climbing the stairs and opening a door.
"You're coming, right?"
Marvolo, who was flipping documents in his study, turned his head quickly as the door opened and smiled a smile before grimacing with guilt. "Sorry, Alexa. There's a sudden meeting I have to attend next week along with your school. I'll come, but I'll be late. The show starts at eight in the morning, right?"
"I'll be back from out of town on a private plane as soon as I can and see you."
Dareen crossed her arms and sighed. "If you can't don't push yourself. I'll ask for Arsein's company as usual."
Marvolo smiled a gentle smile. "Don't be angry, huh? I promise I'll come."
Dareen was silent for a while before nodding her head. He grabbed something from his coat and calmly placed it on Marvolo's desk. An envelope with a famous school stamp, the high school where Dareen attended. The sixteen-year-old girl with a charming and increasingly beautiful appearance stepped towards the door.
"Don't forget to bring the invitation."
After Dareen said so, he immediately closed the door and fled at a rapid pace. Marvolo looked towards the door and snorted amusedly with a gentle smile on his face. It's been two years since he let Dareen stay with him after he tried to convince Emily and Lucas to let Dareen stay with him to change Dareen into a better person. Two years passed quickly, and she managed to help Dareen become a more graceful and charming girl, it was as if he had turned into a different person to the girl he had first met two years ago.
During those two years, Johan and Roseana who finally Marvolo knew as parents Dareen and Careen several times came to Dareen and asked about his condition and exchanged greetings.
But for what he knows about Lucas and Roseana. Marvolo simply treated them like strangers.
"After all, they've lost Alexa's trust. And anyway, all I can do is support her." Marvolo.

One week later
Opening his eyes, Dareen slightly yawned and stretched his body. The light of the sun pierced through his slightly open curtain, and he slightly rubbed his eyes before getting up and tying his hair using a small hairband and stepping out after putting on the house slippers. Dareen stepped into the basement and found Arsein preparing breakfast. The image of a blue apron attached to Arsein's body at the time wearing a suit made Dareen a little amused, but the focus was soon sidetracked.
"Good morning, Arsein. Where's marv?"
Dareen asked because usually, before leaving for work, Marvolo would sit in the main room sofa while enjoying a cup of tea and reading documents or magazines, even newspapers. But unlike usual, Marvolo was not there.
Arsein put the last dish on the table and replied while taking off his armoire. "Young master's been gone since early morning, miss."
"Let's up early in the morning, huh? Did he have breakfast?"
"Young master only had a little tea, miss." Hearing Arsein's reply made Dareen pursed her lips into a straight line.
"I'll have to nag her when she gets home."

Leiden, Netherlands
"It's great to work with your company, sir Eugenne."
Glancing at the clock on his wrist, Marvolo slightly held his breath and returned a professional smile.
"Thank you again, sir Eugenne. I can assure you that our cooperation will be very promising. My secretary will contact you to deliver the contract." He lifted his watch and pretended to look at it.
"It seems that I have to step down first because there is still something I need to do. Have a good day, sir Eugenne."
The blonde man nodded his head. "Please, sir Reiver. Have a nice day too."
Afterwards, the two split up to continue their respective affairs. Marvolo, along with the secretary, rushed into the car. He repeatedly looked at the clock in his hand. "To the railway station."
"Good, sir." The driver calmly nodded his head, and drove the car to the nearest train station. Ten minutes later, the car stopped at the train station. Marvolo rushed down and left his bag in the car with the secretary.
"Bring my bag and set my time until I call."
The secretary nodded and bowed. "Okay, please be careful on the road, sir."
Marvolo quickly stepped into the station and searched for the train, which was about to leave. Running into the carriage, Marvolo heaved a sigh of relief as the next minute the carriage door closed and the carriage began to walk slowly after the cue from the guard. Marvolo looked for his stool and sat himself on the bench.
Taking a train can shorten the travel time to Amsterdam. Marvolo did not want to be late for Dareen's school if stuck in traffic, so he chose the option to take the train to shorten travel time and will not experience traffic jams. Marvolo checked his phone and found some messages from Dareen.

Marvolo replied to Dareen's message quickly saying that he would be there in half an hour. There was no reply from Dareen and Marvolo suspecting that Dareen was angry or the event already required Dareen to focus on what was happening.
Marvolo still doesn't know what the event is, but Dareen says he should come. So, Marvolo as much as possible tried to come even though it had to be late.
Forty-five minutes later, Marvolo had stopped in front of the gate of Dareen high school after taking a taxi from the station. The atmosphere of the front of the school was already very quiet, and there was no sign of anyone on the front of the school. Marvolo rushed in and looked for Dareen's classroom before knocking on the door and sliding the door of Dareen's classroom.
He slightly stopped his steps, looking at the people in Dareen's class a little confused.
There were teenagers of Dareen's age, with a pair of parents sitting right and left. Some are seen only with the mother, the father, grandmother or grandfather. Behind him, Dareen who was sitting alone raised his head and met Marvolo who was stunned where he stood.
"You're a parent student too?"
A woman who was Dareen's homeroom teacher looked at the door, smiled kindly and made Marvolo slightly turn her gaze. The manic was widened when Dareen raised her hand and said to the teacher.
"He's my papa, miss."
Dareen looked at Marvolo and gave a small smile. "Papa."
