Perfect Wife Azraell
Chapter 31: What's Happened, Alexa?

One week later

Looking out the window with a flat gaze, Dareen slowly looked at her in the mirror she was holding. The bruises and bruises on his face slowly disappeared, but anyone with eyes could see clearly that Dareen had severe bruises and bruises.

His bandaged hands slowly lowered the mirror on the table. He got up, stretched his legs and stepped towards the door of his room, waiting for something he had booked long enough to his confidants in the house. There was a trace of shadow in front of Dareen's door, and the next second, there was a white envelope tucked through the door slit. The shadow then lightning-quickly stepped away as if being chased by something.

Dareen leaned over and picked up the envelope before calmly staring at the contents and stuffing it into the bag she had prepared on the table.

Dareen turned the large mirror in her room, took a long rope that rolled behind the mirror and brought it to the window.

When he opened the window, the night wind immediately hit his face. Dareen calmly tied the end of the rope to the foot of her large, heavy bed. Dareen glanced down, making sure no one was down and calmly put the other end of the rope down. He carried his backpack after wearing a black hoodie and gray trousers. Dareen climbed up the window and climbed the rope easily, before some time later setting foot on the ground beside her house.

Dareen looked up at her room on the floor and glanced at her hand that was shaking from the pain before she covered her head using her hoodie hood and stepped away as if she had never been there before it was not the ropes and open windows that proved his existence.

...***...

Dareen looked out the car window with a flat gaze. There was no special expression on her beautiful face despite being covered by bruises and bruises.

By that time, the buses were already quite crowded, and most were filled with parents and office workers who had just returned from work. The bus stopped for a while and some people went inside. There was a pregnant woman who stepped up with an item. Dareen glanced at him, finding all seemed busy with their affairs, playing mobile phones and even some appeared to be sleeping. His gaze was fixed on a middle-aged man sitting on the bench who was on the back of the desk marked that the bench was a bench for pregnant women.

Dareen stepped closer, and crouched down next to the man, looking at his stomach for some time which made the gaze of many people diverted to him.

"How many months pregnant?"

Dareen asked as she rubbed the man's stomach and patted him firmly a few times. Dareen's speech and treatment made the man's face flushed with embarrassment as soon as he realized Dareen's intentions and he was also angry at Dareen's disrespectful attitude.

Hearing what Dareen said, many of those who heard him tried to hold back their laughter.

"Are you not sane?" The man jerked Dareen's hand, which made Dareen bite her lip trying to endure the pain in her wrist.

The man firmly snapped. "Children today are so ignorant of manners! Although this bench pregnant women, but pregnant women there also appear very healthy and vibrant. His stomach was not even big yet and he did not protest either. Why is this your business, huh?! Look at your horrible appearance! Are you a criminal who's trying to be a hero and a defender of justice?"

"This old man was so exhausted after coming home from work and now you're banning him from sitting?!"

Dareen reached into his pocket and with a sharp and threatening look said to the old man. "As you say, I am still a child, and there is nothing I fear in the world. You offend me, but I will kindly help you escape your fatigue, escape the pressures you are experiencing in the world of work, and the mortal world."

Dareen grinned coldly. "I'll help as much as I can."

The man was jumped when Dareen pulled something out of his pocket. He stood up and looked at Dareen in horror after hearing what Dareen had just said to him. He's not stupid to not be able to catch Dareen's intentions.

"Crazy boy!"

Seeing Dareen's cold appearance and bruising on his face made him even more horrified. His mind guessed whether Dareen might be dangerous, because there was no way a good girl could get such a wound.

"Take that! Take the stool, goddamn it!"

The man rushed away from Dareen, leaving the bench empty. Dareen pulled out her hand and took out a packet of candy and glanced at the pregnant woman who looked at her with gratitude on her face especially when Dareen gave a small nod and sat back on her lap, biting the candy in his mouth and looking at the crowded street view from the bus.

A short time later, Dareen stepped off the bus and stopped right in front of the magnificent building in front of him. Dareen slightly lowered her head before stepping her sneaker-lined legs towards the large apartment building.

A few minutes later, Dareen was standing in front of the door of the apartment he knew. Dareen stared at the door in front of him before hesitantly pressing the bell. Dareen initially did not expect that someone would retaliate because at that time he should still be working. But Dareen was still standing, as if waiting for the door to open for him.

Cklek!

Dareen looked up and sat face to face with the pair of beads, when Marvolo was first surprised. "Alexa?"

The young man widened his eyes when he saw bruises and bruises on Dareen's face. "God! What the hell happened to you?! Why are the bruises and bruises increasing?!"

Dareen stared at Marvolo for a while before her manic began to tear up. He stepped closer and rested his head on the man's chest. His right hand held the man's sleeve and grabbed it, and a sobbing escaped his lips. Marvolo was stunned for some time, before thinning his lips and grabbing Dareen into his arms.

"What's going on?" his inner.
