Perfect Wife Azraell
Chapter 29: Accident In Marvolo Office

"Handler."

Dareen opened her eyes suddenly when she found a small doll clinging to her cheeks. Dareen rolled her eyes lazily and then calmly got up to sit down, leaned against the sofa and snorted.

"Old people still like to joke."

Marvolo grinned amusedly. "I'm not old, Alexa. I'm 22 years old if you remember."

"I'm 14 years old." Dareen glanced at Marvolo, "So who's older than us?"

Marvolo finally sighed with obvious sadness. "So that means I really lost to you?"

Dareen calmly pointed her two thumbs at her own. "Just be clear."

"By the way, I'm going to the company. Wanna come with me?"

Dareen seemed to think for some time before nodding her head. "You know how else. Than I've done nothing but stay here. Just a minute."

Dareen casually left Marvolo waiting in the main hall. Five minutes later, Dareen came down the stairs and returned with a look that made Marvolo again shake his head. How not?

The girl was wearing a white shirt upholstered in a waist-length army jacket, Dareen blends it with oversize jeans that add to her tomboyish impression. White sneakers add to its appearance to be even more perfect. She let the sheet of hair down and her hair fell on her forehead. Although without any makeup polish, Dareen already looks naturally beautiful.

"OK, don't waste time. Let's go."

Following Dareen's steps, Marvolo snorted amusedly. Why did he feel like an assistant to the arrogant little miss?

"Miss, please be slower as you walk."

Dareen ignored Marvolo, crossed his arms in front of his chest and stepped towards the elevator. Dareen pressed the elevator button, stepped in and waited for Marvolo to enter. Not long after Dareen entered, Marvolo entered the closed elevator and took the two to the basement where Marvolo's vehicle was parked.

Dareen urged Marvolo to start the car immediately. The man patiently pulled out his car keys from his suit pocket and pressed a button which then made the car sound for a while. Dareen stepped into the black luxury car and calmly sat in the passenger seat and waited to be taken to Marvolo's company. Marvolo who was sitting alone in front sighed and smiled.

After all, sitting in the back is safer for Dareen. If there is an accident that clearly he never wants to happen, the condition of the rear passengers will not be too severe.

Of course, once again Marvolo obviously did not want that to happen.

"Do you want to stop by for a snack?"

Dareen touched his stomach and thought a little. "Frikandel. I'd like to try it."

Marvolo glanced around as he took his car on the road and stopped in front of a stand selling food. "It just so happens to be near here. Wait a minute."

Dareen picked up her phone, leaned back in the car seat and let Marvolo buy the food she wanted to fill her stomach. Not long after, the door opened again. Marvolo stepped in and sat on the back seat of the passenger seat and gave the food he brought to Dareen who received it after putting his phone aside.

He opened his food package and saw pieces of food that looked like sausages in a stereofoam container. Using the prick that had been provided in it, Dareen began to taste the frikandel and slightly raised his eyebrows.

"Hows it? Yummy, right?"

Dareen grunting. "Of course it's good because you didn't cook it."

"Oh, you're making me look really bad at cooking. Actually, I've been sticking with my own cooking for years and I'm still fine. At least rarely rushed to the hospital."

Dareen chewed on his frikandel and looked at Marvolo who was driving and was lazily rotating his eyeballs. Dareen looked out the car window and chewed on the food in her mouth. The journey is quite time-consuming, but not really so long. Just when Dareen's food ran out, the car stopped in the basement of a building that Dareen knew was huge and high-class. Getting out of the car after the car was parked, Dareen threw his empty food wrapper in the trash and washed his hands in the washbasin.

"Hm, it looks like you're paying your employees well. Their cars are all fancy."

Marvolo flicked his shoulders and calmly stepped towards the elevator. Dareen caught up with him and the two immediately disappeared inside the elevator.

The clang of the elevator rang out, and Marvolo took Dareen out of the elevator towards the first floor. Then the staff made Dareen slightly furrow her brows unhappily. He looked at Marvolo who was immediately welcomed by some men who seemed to be subordinates of Marvolo with higher positions among others. Dareen glanced at him for some time before calmly stepping his foot through the turnstile to enter deeper into the man's company.

The magnificent buildings and tall pillars welcome Dareen at a timed view. The glass that became the wall in the company made Dareen for a moment a little stunned.

"The company is big."

He pocketed both hands nailed to his jeans and stepped among the officers who passed by carrying documents. Several times they looked at Dareen with curious gazes and with their darting wrinkles. Dareen looked at them leisurely and indifferently.

The voice made Dareen stop his steps. He looked up, looking at the young woman standing before him with a pair of beads staring low and sharp at him. Dareen researched the appearance of the woman. Long strands of hair that are left untouched. Lips were covered in red lipstick that made Dareen's eyes hurt. The shirt that is attached fitting in the body is neat and winding with a style that looks coquettish and dominates in the eyes of Dareen.

"You who?" The woman asked before saying, "Listen son. Children and foreigners are forbidden to enter here. Now get out before the security guards kick you out, okay?"

Dareen researched his appearance once again before stepping back. "Your perfume is too stinging."

Hearing what Dareen said, the woman slightly frowned. His aura grew increasingly uneasy and he looked at Dareen with an increasingly sharp gaze.

"Son, while I'm still being nice, you better turn around and leave."

"Who do you have the right to expel me?" Dareen asked as she crossed her arms in front of her chest.

"I? Definitely not someone you can talk to here. Now go."

Dareen glanced at the name-tag on the woman's left, and she said in a not-so-friendly tone of voice. "Veronicas. Your name?"

"How disrespectful!"

Veronica roared furiously as even Dareen did not use the frills of a sister, miss or ma'am to her who was young. Dareen rotated her eyes and in an indifferent motion scratched her ears. "Aish, there's something clogging my ears."

"You-you"

Veronica was about to say something, but the noise behind her made Veronica furrow her brows and turn her head. "Why are you huddling around my desk?"

The pounding of his high heels clashed with the floor as he stepped firmly towards his desk which was between the other tables. The people who saw him immediately sighed sympathetically and immediately gave him some space. There's a guy who's trying to push a computer on his desk.

"What are you doing?!" ask her in a slightly higher tone.

The man was also an employee there. "So your computer suddenly made an error. I tried to save your data before it was erased."

Veronica's manic glared with an incredulous look. "All my important data is there! You need to be able to fix it or finish my interview! All my work is there!"

The man continued to move his finger over the keyboard and over the mouse. A few sweat feathers flowed down his forehead and his expression was quite firm. In nervousness, Veronica moved her legs, making a knock that indicated her anxiety. Veronica bit her nails anxiously.

"Oh."

The man sighed helplessly and straightened his body. "Sorry, Vero."

"Why are you sorry?! What about my job?!" yell Veronica.

The man sighed. "Well how else? Even though I've been trying to defend the data, the virus is attacking very fiercely. I had to set this computer up so it wouldn't affect other computers and couldn't keep your data."

Veronica mengcelos's. "How come? My future and my job are there! Even the files I have to hand over tonight are there!"

"Restore the file!"

Several other employees looked at him with pity and disturbed gazes at his screams. Panic was clearly imprinted on his almost desperate face. Dareen looked at them for a moment before stepping up and turning the computer towards her. Under their gazes, Dareen calmly leaned over and began to move the mouse, examining the computer in front of him.

"What are you doing?! You can make my computer even more corrupt!" Veronica roared furiously, trying to grab Dareen as the young man standing beside her held her back.

"Wait, the files are back."

Veronica's bead widened, while Dareen's bead shriveled. He lowered his head and began to move his fingers on the keyboard, typing a series of codes in a row of unfamiliar numbers and programs before clicking the mouse back and in an instant, all the data returned to the computer.

Dareen even deleted the malicious program on the computer and glanced at Veronica before saying, "You might unknowingly download a malicious application file, causing a virus on your computer. I've already installed a protective app, and from now on be careful about downloading the app."

"Especially dating apps are useless like this."

Scornfulness.
