In the morning the Surya family had breakfast together. Like their daily habits.
"You're not going to college, Sur?" ask Rahma. Usually, his son is neat and ready to go to campus. Although sometimes just hanging out at Nadia's house.
"No, Ma. Surya will take Nadia to the hospital. Control the stitches on his legs," Surya replied.
"Until what time to the hospital, brother?" ask Sinta. Today he plans to visit Nadia.
"don't know. Leaving around tenth. You have a lecture, right, today?"
"Yes, Brother. And the plan is to play to Nadia's sister's house," replied Sinta.
"Why what?" ask Surya. Because Sinta doesn't usually play there.
"Soak, Brother. Brother Nadia is sick again," replied Sinta casually. He didn't want Surya to suspect him.
"Oh. Then it's afternoon. We must have come back" said Surya.
"Eh, Sin. If you want to go to Nadia's house, go home first. Mama will bring food for Nadia. Not good, if you go there don't bring anything." Rahma answered.
Sinta nodded happily. Because her mother supported her. So the plan can go well.
"Absolutely Mama didn't join Nadia's Sinta?" tanya Toni who from earlier listened to their conversation.
"No, Pa. Later in the afternoon Mama has a promise with him," replied Rahma.
"Where?" ask Toni. He always gave his wife the freedom to go and hang out with anyone. But he always asks where he went and with whom.
"Just go to the mall, Pa. We want to find the same clothes for the reunion later. But just relax, Mama will go home before Papa comes home from work," replied Rahma.
"Not to hurry, Ma. It just so happens that later in the afternoon Papa has a meeting at the Arta hotel. It could be Papa coming home a little night" said Toni.
"Oh, yeah. Means Mama can still walk."
Surya is proud of his parents' harmonious home life. They can trust each other and give freedom.
And Surya himself? Surya was embarrassed to think about it. He was very protective of Nadia. Even very possessive.
He often forbade Nadia to go alone. And sometimes indirectly limit the association of Nadia.
Nadia doesn't have many friends. Because everywhere is always accompanied by Surya. I don't know until when.
Surya doesn't want Nadia to have problems out there. Not want also Nadia mingle with other men, then interested and away from him.
While he was the only one who had accompanied Nadia for many years, he had not been able to get his heart.
"Pa. Sinta together, huh? Lazy bring your own motorbike" Sinta told Toni.
"Yes. You ready. In a moment, Papa's leaving" replied Toni.
"Finish the breakfast first" said Rahma. She doesn't like it when her kids are starving out there.
Sinta nodded as her mouth was already full of food.
"If you take papa, how will you go home?" ask Surya.
Against Nadia he was very protective, until sometimes Nadia felt dependence on Surya. But with his own sister, Surya always taught to be independent.
"Easy. Lots of online stuff. There are also many transportation," replied Sinta.
"Don't take the angkot, ah. Danger. Most often angkot is dirty," said Rahma.
"Ish, Mama. If it's dirty, go home and take a shower." Sinta most dislikes if her mother has started to take care.
"If there is a disease, you continue to spread it, how? Bring a mask. Let it be safer" said Rahma again with all her rules.
"Yes, Mama. That's really big!" gerutu Sinta's.
"Come on, get ready to be with Papa." Toni stood up to end the conversation that led to the debate.
Sinta left the dining room, and took her bag in the room.
"Yes, a lot of rules. I think I'm a child," Sinta grumbled as she walked. He did not realize that Surya was also walking behind him.
"Hush! Can't grumble. Mama also let you be safe and comfortable" said Surya.
Sinta.
"If you want me to be safe and comfortable, pick me up!" sahut Sinta with a growl. He was sure that his brother would refuse.
"Geez! Nadia is not a child either. But you always take her?" Sinta again grumbled. But unfortunately Surya did not want to hear it.
He decided to go to Nadia's house. Let him come earlier than he promised. Instead of waiting for his time in the room.
After being tidy, Surya came out of his room. Toni and Sinta had already left.
"Where are you going, Sur?" ask Rahma.
"And Surya said, Ma. Take Nadia to the hospital," Surya replied.
"You said it was nine o'clock? It's only half-eight." Rahma turned to the large wall clock on her right side.
"Wait there ain't nothing, Ma? Hehehe," said Surya while chuckling.
"Mending you to the supermarket first. Mama wants to shop for souvenirs for Nadia. Later in the afternoon, Sinta wants to besuk," Pinta Rahma.
"Where is the supermarket open, Ma?" Surya also reflexes turned to the wall clock. His right hand is circular to the watch.
"Wait there ain't nothing, Sur?" Rahma smiled as her eyes teased her son.
"Let's go," asked Rahma. Apparently he was ready from then on.
"Hmmm....But don't be long, Ma. The doctor is open at ten" said Surya.
"Yes. Mama was also young, Sur."
"meaning?" surya did not understand.
"That's how people fall in love. All she thinks about is her boyfriend. The others, passing by," replied Rahma.
"Not so, Ma. Nadia went to the doctor. Pity him" said Surya in self-defense.
"Pity what pity?" ledek Rahma's.
"Ah, Mama. Come on," invite Surya who does not want to continue to be harassed Rahma.
"Take the car keys dong."
"Get the bike, Ma. Let cepet. Not to be jammed," said Surya. In rush hour, the streets are full.
"Wooh! Mama wears a skirt. How's boncengnya?" Rahma looked at her own clothes.
"could. Come on." Surya is forcing.
Rahma could not refuse anymore. Resign even though later it will be hassles.
Surya drove his motor rather speeding. And through the village road.
"Don't speed, Sur. Mama will fall." The bumbling womb is sideways, holding on tighter.
"Let's get there, Ma." Surya's not lowering his speed.
They arrived at the nearest supermarket.
"No, it's not open yet" said Surya.
Rahma just grinned. But he didn't lose his mind.
"We bought fruit at the stall, Sur." Rahma pointed at a fruit stall not far from there.
Solar according. And Rahma went down to choose the fruit that Sinta will bring.
From the fruit stall, Rahma asked to be delivered to the bakery which is also not far from the supermarket.
"Ma. It's almost nine o'clock. The supermarket isn't open yet." Surya is starting to fury. Moreover, his phone was left in his room when he took the key of the motor.
Rahma breathed her.
"Yes already. My mom did not go to the supermarket. This is also a lot," said Rahma.
Solar breathes relieved.
"Come, ride Ma," said Surya after tidying up Rahma's groceries on his motorbike.
"Sura. Your bike's tires are flat." Rahma pointed at the tire of the Solar motor.
"God....!" Surya patted his forehead in annoyance.
