Nindy (Hijabers Norak Conqueror of the Heart)
55. Faithful Promise Forever

"What are you cooking?" The hand hugged Nindy's belly, which was struggling with knives and other kitchen utensils. His head was placed on Nindy's shoulder with an occasional peek at the woman's neck, creating a strange, amused gelenyar mixed with scales.

"Sit there! Don't bother me! The food won't be over if you keep pestering."

"Heem, don't want to. I've been wanting to do this for a long time when you're cooking." The mischievous hand slipped behind Nindy's clothes, gently rubbing the woman's stomach. Amused, really Yang Pou Han is really outrageous, making Nindy not concentrate on putting spices into her cooking.

"Which, stop! I can't continue cooking if you keep this up. What are we gonna eat?"

"Eat you."

"Come on, already sitting there. Don't be naughty!" Nindy turned around, wrapped her hands around the man's neck, giving him a warm kiss on the cheek. "Let me cook. You must be hungry, right?" added later.

"Emmm, I'm going to miss you."

"Yes!" Nindy glared, but the kiss did happen too.

As it had happened before, Yang Pou Han would not let go of his kiss to Nindy before the man was satisfied doing so. Nindy was even helpless and forgot her cooking.

The man continued to deepen his kiss on those lips, no matter where they were. His hand held Nindy's head, with the other hand coiled around her waist. While his lips could not resist not enjoying the lips of the woman greedily. Until his nose faintly sniffed a pungent smell from somewhere. He removed his pagutan lips then, rubbing the woman's moist and soft lips to remove the saliva that had mixed on its surface.

"What is this?" ask him later to Nindy.

As the woman glared, she remembered the fish that had entered the frying pan.

And as he expected. The fish was charred for too long into the hot cooking oil and not immediately removed.

"That's right, charred!" Nindy stared disappointedly with the only side dish having blackened with smoke billowing over it.

"You're really outrageous, Yang!" he said by hitting the man's chest.

Nindy immediately turned off the stove, lifting the charred tilapia with a spatula. His netting glanced in annoyance towards Yang Pou Han.

The man just chuckled at Nindy's face being annoyed at him. "Well, I'm not bothering you anymore."

Everything that had been cooked was on the dining table with Yang Pou Han already sitting on one of the chairs surrounding the small dining table.

"What's this?" Yang Pou Han raised the fish with his index finger and thumb tips up, staring strangely as well as disgusted at the fish.

Nindy chuckles at him. Tilapia fish is gone, there are only salted fish that can be cooked along with the anointing of cassava leaves that he got from the backyard of the house that grew wild.

"Eat only. There's just that. It doesn't feel as bad as it looks."

Yang Pou Han looked at the horrified fish on his plate, then turned to look at Nindy who was devouring the fish along with the rice and vegetables once.

"You guys should not be nutritious. Do you eat fish that have dried up and dandruff like that? I don't want to eat it. My sheep could be damaged by it."

"Hey, where's the dandruff?" Nindy shook her head, laughing lightly between her meals.

"Here, I'm a bribe!"

For a moment Yang Pou Han fell silent, unmoved at the sight of Nindy's hand filled with food already in front of his mouth. He gulped, between receiving the food or not, but seeing how Nindy's hassles of taking the time to cook food for him, made Yang Pou Han not feel good on his own. His mouth was a little wide with his eyes closed. Afraid of what would go into his mouth.

One mouthful managed to get inside Yang Pou Han's mouth. He frowned a little, but he also insisted on chewing the food even though he had to.

With great difficulty the food was finally swallowed as well, going into the throat sliding slowly towards the stomach.

"Hows it? Yummy?"

He squinted his already narrowed eyes. Smiling, forced. "Enak" he said later.

"Good! Then, I'll cook this for you often."

"A-pa?"

Nindy's house is not far from the beach. They rode their bikes to the nearest beach. Not a tourist area, but more reserved for working areas fishermen looking for fish. Fisherman's wives are seen busy drying fish to be preserved. The scenery that Nindy saw everyday when in her hometown, now feels more beautiful because it is accompanied by someone who is loved.

Nindy seemed to smile while nodding, when she looked at the fisherman's mothers. Her face met red, because only this time she was on a bicycle with a man, who was none other than her own husband. Emm, romantic? Yeah, it's romanticized how she feels right now.

"Strong apprentice! I'll speed it up."

Nindy tightened the embrace, as the man pedaled his bike quickly. The shock and vibration felt when the bicycle wheel passed through the rocks, it added to the excitement. Both of them laughed as they walked through such a street.

The man rubbed his hand that was coiled around his stomach, slowing down his bike after seeing the beach was in sight.

"Well, are you tired?" Nindy drops a bottle of mineral water on the man.

"Thank you." Yang Pou Han received it, then drank it greedily until there was little left.

"I haven't been here in a long time. Back then, when I was a kid, my mom always brought me here. Every time I ask about my father, I always take me to see this beach."

"Is your father a fisherman?"

Nindy shook her head, "Okay, mom never told me. She was always crying when I asked her about my father, so I didn't dare to ask her again."

Who clasped Nindy's hand, looking ahead where the fishing boats were lined up on the beach.

"I'm sure he's happy. He's proud of you."

"Heemm, I want to be proud of my mother. With my limited brainpower, I never got a class rank, so until the second my mother died, I couldn't give my mother anything to be proud of. I'm .. not a good kid."

"You don't have to think about that. Because your mother must be so proud of you."

Nindy turned her head, looking at Yang Pou Han who was now also looking at her. "really?"

The man nodded reassuringly, that what he said was true. "of course. He was proud, because his little daughter had married a handsome and wealthy man like me," he said with a wink.

Nindy chuckled, covering her mouth with a palm. "Emm, I love you, Yang. Thank you for looking for me here. I thought about living alone to the end of my age."

Yang Pou Han nodded, grabbing both of Nindy's hands to grasp them, their positions facing each other. Her net was staring at the glittering bead cling of Nindy's sun-exposed possession. "I love you. Loves you so much. Sorry for my previous attitude. Turns out I can't keep my heart from being attracted to a girl who has thousands of charms."

Nindy chuckled again. Yang Pou Han still remembered his words back then. "I was just kidding. I don't have that kind of charm."

"However, that's true. Until I can't stay away from you one bit. Your charm is so strong, it pulls me here. Leaving my country just to find you."

He punched the man in the chest, hiding a shy and happy hue on his face.

"thank you. I'm glad you're looking for me, but what about Emelie? Are you going to see him?" Anxious looks were seen on Nindy's face, waiting for an answer from the man.

"Did you allow it?" ask Yang Pou Han then.

"No, I'll be jealous. I'm a jealous woman. Don't get too close to women. I don't like it."

Yang Pou Han smiled in response. He pulls Nindy's body, takes her in a crib. His hand rubbed the woman's back while giving a warm kiss gift at the top of Nindy's head. "I wouldn't have met him if you wouldn't have allowed him. Can you calm down now?"

"Heem, not only Emelie, but also with other women. Can you?"

"of course. I didn't let you down. I promise."

The hug tightened, reluctant to be released in the near future, until the man spoke a long sentence without a partition.

"You know, I've been dreaming about this for a long time. Seeing my friend happy with his wife and son made me want to find my happiness too. And apparently, happiness is like this. So light and fun. And all this, because of you. Thank you for coming into my life, thank you for coloring my day. Thank you for marrying me and loving me, Nindy. Thank you." Thank you."

People sometimes hate the past and feel ashamed of the past. The past is part of life. As bad as the past is, the future is still sacred and untouched. Carve out the future as best and beautiful as possible, because it is not someone else who can make a story for our future, but ourselves.
