SEASON II EP 42

As Hannah told Ivander, Ivander came the other night to Hannah's house. Ivander came after his affairs in the office were finished.

Ivander's arrival is greeted cynically by Darlen, as well as Ivander's. Ivander stared dislikefully at Darlen who was in the same house as Hannah.

Not expecting that the man was very ignorant of the shame of living in the house of his lover who had had a wife.

“Sit on Ivander.” Hannah lets Ivander sit in the living room.

Axel was in the room with Giovano. Giovano was trying to put Axel to sleep by reading a book of fairy tales to Axel.

Ivander sits on the sofa opposite Darlen while Hannah is busy making drinks in the kitchen. Ivander feels awkward with Darlen because Darlen continues to look at him with a sharp gaze.

Ivander hated that look, and Ivander wasn't supposed to be staring at Darlen like that. Who's sassy here?

Soon Hannah came with a drink, put it on the table, and Hannah was sitting right next to Darlen. He allowed Ivander to drink the drink he had made.

Ivander said he sipped Hannah's coffee before opening the conversation. He said what he wanted to say this afternoon.

“I came here to talk about my sister Demitri. I feel that the decision you made was unfair. I know that this is your decision and I'm also more glad that you're happy with someone else than my brother, given how much you've suffered. But of all the men why are you with Giovano? that man bought you from my brother for the reason of making amends for me, and you also know that Giovano has a dark lover and that his lover is sitting next to you right now.. how could you choose to be with such a man while my brother thought you were dead and hospitalized many times for attempted suicide. My brother was desperate when he thought that you were really gone.”

Darlen who was beside Hannah's emotions heard Ivander's words, Ivander only discussed Demitri's difficulties. Does Ivander know what Hannah's been through all this time. Hannah suffered, much more than Demitri.

“You know what Hannah's decision is, don't try to make your sister look like a victim. If she's been suffering all the time, what's the deal with Hannah? You think after escaping death Hannah's life is happy, not at all!” Darlen is emotional, Darlen recalls the time when Hannah managed to wake up after the shooting.

Ivander frowned at Darlen who was angry, why was Darlen angry about Hannah's pain while Darlen also became one of the people who hurt Hannah. Does Darlen think being with a man who is Hannah's husband is not a crime and does not hurt Hannah's feelings?

“You don't have to blame Giovano and Darlen continuously, they're not wrong. I'm not married to Giovano, so I don't have to feel hurt if Giovano and Darlen are in a relationship.” Hannah replied calmly, Hannah's answer surprised Ivander and Darlen.

If Ivander is shocked by the truth Hannah just told him while Darlen is surprised Hannah divulged the secret that all three of them had been guarding for Hannah's good.

“Hannah Darlen wants to protest again but again Hannah pats Darlen's hand gently as if telling Darlen to calm down and trust him.

“You and Giovano aren't married, but you didn't tell Demitri yourself that you're married to Giovano?” ivander asked confused, actually Ivander already felt strange. A woman like Hannah may want to live with a husband who has an affair, especially living with her husband's affair.

“Me and Giovano said that we married Demitri just to make Demitri stop seeing me. Please stop blaming Darlen and Giovano without them maybe now I'm dead.”

Ivander clenched his hands in annoyance, “Why do you want to stay away from Demitri? what is the fault of Demitri to you? I know Demitri's sister was wrong to not believe you were pregnant with her first child, and also because Demitri didn't try to get you out of jail before you miscarried. But aren't you the one who wants revenge? Brother Demitri never told you to take revenge, did he? When you killed Martha, don't you remember that Demitri hugged you in Martha's apartment and desperately didn't want to let you go when the police came. That's because Demitri doesn't want you to go back to that horrible place, Demitri's sister loves you even if she's too late to realize it. He suffered so much when he thought you were gone.”

Darlen rolled his eyes listening to Ivander's words, which Ivander always called Demitri's suffering. “If your brother is suffering why? Do you have any idea how traumatized Hannah was until she tried to kill herself so many times? after all Hannah couldn't just go back and say that she was still alive. If the police find out that Hannah is still alive the police will definitely arrest Hannah and re-execute her.”

“That's your excuse because you don't like my brother.” replied Ivander coldly.

Darlen felt challenged, “Iya, I do not like your sister. I'm happy that Hannah is about to start a new life and marry the man she loves, but I don't want that man to be your brother. You forgot that your brother thoughtlessly sold Hannah to Giovano just to redeem your good name, what do you think can be expected of such a man to keep Hannah so precious to me?!”

Hannah for the umpteenth time held Darlen's hand gently trying to make the man calm, “Let's calm Darlen, if you shout like this you will make Axel wake up from his sleep.”

Darlen tries to control his emotions, but Darlen does not agree to accept Ivander's arrival. Darlen knew Ivander would only debate.

“Why be with another man, what other man outside there is holy without sin? My brother can also change, he has changed a lot. Do you think if my sister doesn't change she'll want to obey Hannah's will to stop seeing Hannah? Why should look for others when there are close and crave you wholeheartedly.”
