Quinn was embarrassed to hear it. He was worried about Dimitri. Even fearing if there was still pain felt by Dimitri. But now the man is showing signs that he is okay. Even still had time to propose to Quinn in the condition as it is now.

"certain. I want to marry you." Quinn rubbed Dimitri's hair lovingly. "But then after you've recovered. You have to undergo a series of treatments that are not for a moment. So, be patient and follow all the rules of the doctor."

"All has passed. Now it's time we put together a plan for our wedding" Quinn said. The woman approached Dimitri's face before landing a sweet kiss on his girlfriend's lips. "You need to get well soon."

Dimitri raised one eyebrow. "Why just a minute? Can't it take a little longer?" angry protests. Quinn laughed at hearing that. The woman again landed her lips on Dimitri's lips until they both enjoyed each other for a long time.

Xander who accidentally saw the scene chose to immediately come out without making a sound. The man was hurt and anxious. But as strongly as possible he dispels feelings that should not have settled there. Dimitri and Quinn's happiness is far more important than her feelings of love.

"Sir, you're not going in?" ask Joa who is still sitting in front of the room where Dimitri is in care. Xander had permission to enter because he wanted to take something left behind. Not in thought he was actually presented with a romantic scene that made him envious.

"No, that's. Dimitri is awake. Looks like we'll be home soon." Xander sat next to Joa and looked ahead. "Have you checked everything? Make sure there's nothing left so we can go home quietly."

"Then where's Uncle Luca? Did you meet him downstairs?" Xander had seen the middle-aged man get into the elevator. But he did not get to greet her because they were quite far away.

"Mr Luca has returned. He left Miss Quinn to us and asked us to come home soon" replied Joa. "I'll call the Doctor to check on Boss Dimitri."

"Don't!" prevent Xander.

"Why, Sir? Didn't the doctor say they should tell them immediately after Boss Dimitri regained consciousness?" Joa looks confused when Xander prevents her from calling the Doctor.

"Awhile more. Quinn and Dimitri need time for both. Do not let the arrival of the doctor disturb them" explained Xander. The man didn't want to tell me what he really saw.

Joa sat back down. The man glanced at the clock on his wrist. "Sir, have you really let Miss Quinn go?"

Xander smiled faintly. "Why are you asking such a stupid question? You like to interfere in other people's private affairs."

"If it is related to Boss Dimitri's happiness, I am forced to interfere, sir" Joa replied without looking.

"Joa, you know for yourself that Dimitri and I have been like brothers all along. If there's any Dimitri's valuables I like. He would always give it to me unconditionally. But for this one I didn't have the courage to ask him what else to do until he took it.

I have what Dimitri doesn't have. So, I better just give up. Doesn't giving up mean losing? Maybe my soul mate is still waiting somewhere. I just need to try harder to see him soon."

Xander's explanation made Joa feel much calmer now. The man doesn't have to worry about Dimitri and Xander's brotherly relationship anymore. At first Joa had a premonition that Dimitri and Xander would be hostile.

"It seems like enough alone time. Joa, get me a doctor. I'm going inside to meet Dimitri." Xander got out of the chair and entered the room. While Joa immediately went to the place where the nurses and doctors were.

One month later.

"Mommy, am I fat? Why do my cheeks look so funny?" quinn Protest. Repeatedly the woman held onto her cheek which began to fill.

"Darling, lately you do love dinner. So it's only natural that your weight goes up" said Tiffany while still leaving her daughter's hair.

"Mom, don't talk like that. I don't want to be at my wedding with Dimitri later the dress we ordered doesn't fit anymore." Quinn moved her lips. Tiffany made her mood worse.

"Don't pout like that. You look so ugly Quinn." Tiffany hugged her daughter from behind. "Look ahead. Whether you're fat or not, you'll still be Mommy's daughter."

Quinn smiled back. "Mom, is Dimitri coming? Since two hours ago he hasn't given me any news."

"He must have come. Mommy is sure Dimitri is currently preparing a good gift for his girlfriend." Tiffany walked away from Quinn and picked up the gift she had prepared. "Quinn, this is a gift from mommy and Daddy. We wanted to give it to her after the birthday party was over. But, on second thought. We just wanted to see you wear it at this birthday party." Tiffany placed the blue box on the table. The following box was indeed successful in making Quinn curious. Until the woman opened it immediately.

"Mom, this is a very nice ribbon. Thank you, Mom." Quinn hugged Tiffany. Tiffany and Luca's gift ribbon is the most special gift she receives each year. "I'll definitely wear it. Can mommy help me wear it?"

"Of course it's dear." Tiffany immediately put the tape on Quinn's head. The woman looks graceful and very sweet. "It looks like the invited guests have gathered. Let's go down."

Quinn nodded. He got up from the chair and stepped out together with Tiffany.

Every year Quinn's birthday is memorable. Not because of the fancy party. But because all the families are always together and they celebrate with love.

Upon arrival below, all the invited guests looked happy to see Quinn. The guests also came from company employees who would be led by Quinn in the future. Some of them had felt afraid because they had been rude to Quinn all along. But the rest were happy because they always dreamed of having a wise leader like Quinn.

A tart cake with the number 27 candle is already in the middle of the party location. Food and drink have also decreased in number. But one thing left Quinn uninspired. Dimitri has not arrived. He was not even interested in blowing out the already melted candle.

"Quinn, what else are you waiting for?" tiffany whisper.

"Where is Dimitri Mom? Is she really okay?"

Since the incident a month ago, Quinn's feelings have always been not calm if until Dimitri there is no news.

"Darling, but the invited guest has been waiting for you since," whispered Tiffany again.

"Quinn wouldn't want to continue the show if Dimitri wasn't around, Mom. Didn't Quinn say from the beginning that it's best not to have a party" Quinn protested. Although he was angry, but his tone still whispered so that the invited guests did not hear him.

"Where's Dimitri, Dad?" The same question was again asked by Quinn.

During this one month Dimitri had to be rehabilitated to relieve opium due to drugs that had been injected by Gabriel's men. Despite that, Dimitri could still occasionally come to Quinn's house to meet. This day coincides with the day Dimitri left the rehab. Quinn was scared. She did not want until her future husband became an addict due to Gabriel's will.

"If now what? Do you still want to postpone it?"

Dimitri was standing next to Quinn. The man looked handsome in a grey suit. The guests now focus on Dimitri's good looks. They had no idea Quinn was dating a CEO like Dimitri.

"Why is it so long?" quinn Protest. The woman pinched her lover's stomach.

"My dad made a long time darling" Dimitri said. The man grabbed Quinn by the waist and took her to blow out the candles and cut the cake. "Darling, look up."

Quinn raised her head upwards. Same with everyone who was there. But they were all confused because there was nothing there.

"Dimitry!" quinn Protest. The woman looked at Dimitri kneeling before her. "This is the most special flower for special women."

Tiffany and Luca could only smile happily at Dimitri and Quinn. The effect is simple because Dimitri only gave a gift of a rose.

"Thank you" said Quinn. The woman hugged Dimitri's flower and hugged him with more love.

Suddenly on top appeared a helicopter carrying the happy birthday inscription. In the amusement is Xander who is now singing a happy birthday song to Quinn. Everyone laughed when they heard it. Not because of Xander's cramped voice. But because of the man's funny appearance. Xander can wear a spiderman costume to make it look ridiculous.

"What is Xander?" quinn didn't believe it. The woman laughed to see him too.

"Yes. Isn't Xander's gift very special?" dimitri.

"Special?" Quinn looked at Dimitri with eyebrows intertwined. "With clothes like that?"

"Not Quinn. So Xander is making you laugh. He doesn't want you to be sad anymore."

Quinn paused for a moment before smiling again. "He's my best friend."

"My best friend too. I didn't expect Xander to be this ridiculous." Dimitri looked up again. Xander's show this time did make entertainment for everyone.
