"Audy."

Xander who had just arrived looked shocked when he saw that Audy was already standing next to his desk. The man quickly stepped closer to Audrey. His face looks scared.

"Audy, I can explain all this" Xander said again when he saw a picture of Quinn now in Audy's hand. The man did not want to until his future wife misunderstood and made their marriage plans fail.

"You should have told me all this from the beginning. If you love another woman, why would you say that you love me and want to marry me?" Both of Audys eyes looked teary. He was jealous and very hurt when he found out about this fact. Audie was very disappointed. His body felt limp until he himself did not know what to do now.

"You misunderstood Audie. What happened is not what you think." Xander takes a picture of Quinn in Audy's hand. Then put the photo on the table before again holding Audy's hand and looking at the woman solemnly. "I can explain all this. You have to trust me. Don't be sad like this. Okay?"

Audy tries to stay calm and gives Xander a chance to explain what really happened. The woman nodded and looked at Xander's face. "Don't delay any more. Quickly say it right now. I want to hear everything. Please tell me honestly and don't cover anything up because we're getting married soon. I don't want anything that you keep from me" Audy asked expectantly.

"Come, let's talk while we sit." Xander invites Audrey to sit on the sofa. They sit facing each other. "Quinn is my best friend. You could've seen it yesterday. There is no special relationship between us."

"You love your own best friend?" cut Audy. "Even she's married and about to give birth!" asserted Audy again.

"No, Audy!" Xander shook his head quickly. "I loved Quinn the first time I met her. We were intentionally set up. But unfortunately Quinn already loves another man and she prefers to marry that man. The man who is now her husband. And do you know that even a loved man is my own best friend.

"Who?" xander shouted from inside.

"Sir, Madam asked you to come to the living room. Together with Miss Aamy," replied the female servant who had knocked on the door.

Audrey patted her own head. "I forgot that Aunt Viana asked me to pick you up. There are many important things Aunt Viana would like to say."

Xander laughed amusedly at hearing that. "You must have forgotten your purpose in coming to this room after seeing the photo on the table. Now let's go to see mama." The Xanders got off the couch. He stretched out his hand and took Audy.

Audy glanced back at the photos of Quinn still lying on the table. "What about those photos?"

"I'll ask the waiter to clean it up" Xander replied casually. They both left the work room.

Sherin opened the bandage on Joa's body slowly. He wanted to replace it with a new bandage. Some of the wounds started to dry. But still Sherin did not let the man move much. She wanted her husband to be in bed often to rest.

"Did Mom and Dad know all this? Did Brother Xander tell you everything that happened?" ask Joa to know.

Sherin shook her head while putting on a new bandage. "Mama and Papa don't know yet that we're actually here. They still think we're on our honeymoon."

Joa was stunned to hear Sherin's reply. The man feels guilty because their honeymoon has to fall apart. Not the same as Sherin dreamed at that time.

"I'm sorry I couldn't give you a honeymoon like you expected. I promise that once I'm fully recovered I'll take you on vacation. We're going on another honeymoon" said Joa, hoping his wife returned to smiling sweetly as usual.

"No honeymoon needed. Being with you like this is more than enough. You can't leave White Snake too long either. I also have to go back to check out the company I just started. I don't want to continue to rely on the strength of Kak Xander and Dimitri's company. Anyway, our honeymoon yesterday fell apart because we helped Brother Xander.
