Chapters. 182 Sherin's wedding

Everyone seemed to smile happily when a couple of brides had said a sacred promise to live on. Joa and Sherin put on a very radiant face. But there was one person who looked uninspired. It was Xander.

At a time when everyone was abuzz congratulating Sherin and Joa. Xander actually prefers to sit in a chair at the end. Be alone. His fingers just kept knocking on the table. Some waiter who came to offer him a drink he refused. He even told me to go far away. Xander himself was confused by what was happening to him at this moment.

Xander looked towards the crowd of women who were now gathering. They all seemed to be talking happily. Suddenly, Xander saw Audy's face there. When he noticed more clearly, it turned out that the woman was not Audy.

"Why does that woman keep bothering my mind!" Xander Ogat. He looked towards the female servant who was now passing by picking up the dirty dishes. Again Xander saw Audy's face there. But unfortunately it's all just Xander's hallucinations.

"There's no way he's here. Isn't today her engagement day? He must be having fun there. What I think about it for. It was clear that he would never think of me again!" xander was upset.

"Who are you talking about?"

Xander looked to the side and saw Viana already standing there. I don't know since when the middle-aged woman was next to him. For sure he heard all the words that had just come out of Xander's mouth.

"There is no Ma. Why is Mama here? Shouldn't Mama be there to accompany Sherin and Joa" Xander said. He gave a chair to Viana.

"Mama's been looking for you since. Today is your sister's wedding. But you don't want to join the others. Even congratulating is not there. Xander, are you thinking about something?" Viana's face looked serious. He even held Xander's hand so that his son would answer honestly.

Viana took a long breath. "If you don't want a story, Mama can't force you to tell a story either. Xander, let's get together with the others. What would people say if you stayed here while Sherin and Joa just got married. The guests will think that your relationship with Sherin is not okay."

"Yes, Ma. I'll be there." Xander immediately got up from the chair he was sitting in. Together with Viana they walk to Sherin and Joa who are still busy receiving congratulations from the invited guests.

"Sister Xander, why did Brother Xander just show up! Does Brother Xander not love me anymore?" sherin Whine.

"I'm sorry" Xander said with a smile. The man opened his arms until Sherin slid into Xander's arms. "Congratulations. May your marriage always be filled with happiness. Now you're a wife. Be more mature. Don't be a careless woman anymore."

"I will miss Xander very much. I love Brother Xander, Mom and Dad. Thank you for taking care of me and seeing me as part of this family. I feel very lucky after meeting Aunt Viana." Both of Sherin's eyes glazed over. He was very sad every time he remembered that he would soon be leaving the house.

"You deserve it. You are also a very good and independent woman" Xander replied. Again the man looked at a woman whose face resembled Audie's. Xander rubbed his own face violently.

"Sister Xander all right?" ask Sherin to worry.

Xander looked towards the woman again. The man snorted in annoyance. "No! I can't be like this!"
