Xander immediately blurred as Gabriel's grip was no longer strong. Not long after that, Gabriel fell on the floor in an upturned-forward position. There were two rounds on his head as the landing place for the two bullets he had just obtained.

Luca stood there in a very calm position. Quinn smiled happily before running to hug him. "Daddy."

It turned out that the tough woman already knew that her real father was there. He felt very confident that any decision he would make would still be fine with Luca there.

"You're my tough daughter, Quinn! Daddy's proud of you. It seems Daddy has no more doubts now. You deserve to lead Daddy's mafia gang" said Luca proudly. He hugged his daughter tightly.

Luca didn't stay silent after finding out Quinn was gone. Tiffany herself allows the middle-aged man to fly to Hong Kong in order to save Dimitri and protect their daughter.

"Quinn, are you okay?" ask Luca. He watches the surroundings. What a grueling fight. He himself had never experienced such a terrible fight.

"I'm doing fine. Dad, we need to get Dimitri to the hospital right away" Quinn said with a panicked face.

Luca nodded. They all left Gabriel's body lying there. Joa can now breathe a sigh of relief. Assisted with Xander, the man takes Dimitri to the car.

Upon arrival at the hospital, the doctor immediately checked Dimitri's condition. Quinn and the others were asked to wait in front of the IGD. That tough woman looks very worried. He could not sit quietly. Repeatedly looked at the IGD door because he wanted to know the state of his lover.

"Quinn, you haven't eaten yet. Your lips are very pale." Luca gave food to Quinn. "Eat."

"Alright," replied Quinn lazily. The woman immediately opened the food Luca gave her and devoured it slowly, while chewing the food, Quinn continued to look at the IGD door. Eventually a doctor came out and Quinn put her food on the chair.

"Doctor, how's Dimitri doing?" ask Quinn quickly. Everyone was waiting for a response from the doctor.

"You should take him to the operating room. There are some injuries that require special treatment. It's not just the wounds outside. But Mr. Dimitri suffered a severe internal injury. You also need two blood bags" said the woman's doctor.

"Give her the best care, Doc. About the cost so I'm responsible," said Luca.

"All right, sir."

the doctor ordered the nurse who was with him to immediately take Dimitri to the operating room. Quinn hugged Luca while looking at the unconscious Dimitri. Both of the women's eyes glazed over. He couldn't see Dimitri's current situation.

"Where have you been?" quinn Protest. The woman moved away from the window and sat down near Dimitri's bed. "What is that ?"

"Doctor Fei asked you to eat a lot of fruit. Quinn, after all you are still doctor Fei's patient. So follow it," said Xander. The man took an apple before eating it. "How's Dimitri doing?"

"The doctor said everything was stable. We're just waiting for Dimitri to wake up." Quinn chose the fruit of the cherry and ate it one by one.

"Do you feel much better now? Quinn, if anything still hurts, just say it. I'll have Doctor Fei come here to check on you" Xander said with a worried face.

"I feel so much better now. Don't panic like that." Quinn held Dimitri's hand and placed it on his cheek. "Wakeup. Why did you sleep so long!" quinn's Protest to Dimitri.

"Quinn, I envy you. Even when Dimitri is unconscious you can still make out in front of me!" xander protests. The man turned his face away from looking at Quinn and Dimitri.

"What about Robin?"

"He's fine too. With treatment will definitely heal soon." Xander recalled Quinn's desperate actions yesterday. "Quinn, why are you so crazy? What would happen if that jerk really shot you?"

"I'll probably die. As long as you and Dimitri stay alive" Quinn replied casually.

"You're crazy, Quinn. If Dimitri were conscious, he wouldn't agree with the decision you made either!" sahut Xander's. The man took his phone and fiddled with his phone screen. "You're the bravest woman I've ever known."

"really?" Quinn smiled. The woman leaned back and let out a long breath. "Actually I'm not that brave. But under certain circumstances I have no fear anymore."

The atmosphere of the room was silent again. Both Quinn and Xander looked at Dimitri and hoped he would open his eyes.

"Quinn, is Dimitri your first love?" For some reason Xander suddenly wanted to ask Quinn that question.

Quinn frowned hearing that. The woman also did not want to cover up what she had experienced. "I don't really know what love is like. I've dated a few men. Unfortunately, our relationship was not long. We just broke up and made me think that all the men in the world are evil!"

"In addition to Dimitri, which great man can melt Quinn's heart?" Xander was interested in their chat.

Quinn's expression changed hearing that. The woman turned her eyes the other way. "Xander, have you had breakfast?" Quinn was trying to shift the subject of their conversation. She doesn't want Xander to get more hurt because she can't return her love.

"It has. Oh yeah, I gotta get out. Joa must have been waiting for me. He didn't dare to go in because he was disinclined by you." Xander got out of the chair and left. The man didn't even stop to look at Quinn anymore.

"It seems like it's my destiny like this. Dimitri and I met in a unique way until we fell in love" Quinn said. The woman was shocked when Dimitri's fingers clasped her hands. Quinn looked at Dimitri's face expectantly.

Dimitri's eyes opened slowly. The man looked at Quinn with an illegible look. Quinn was deeply moved to see that Dimitri was conscious.

"Hi" said Quinn slowly.

Dimitri smiled happily. "Quinn, will you marry me?"
