Chapter 55. Doctor's Advice.

Bella who was so worried about the state of her daughter could not close her eyes at all. He was still awake even though time was getting late. He stared at the plain face of his daughter who was sleeping on the plane bench, looking worried. Seeing Bela's state, Maik who had just walked out of the front room, immediately approached and sat down beside her.

"Well, I don't want to lose Angel. He is the spirit of my life" said Bela and tears rolled down his face.

"I don't want to lose him either" Maik replied, embracing the shoulder of the beautiful woman he still loved so much. But Bela instead dodged with a facial expression that suddenly turned flat.

"So, do you hate me so much?" maik asked with a slightly bent position, trying to look at Bela's face clearly.

"If I could choose, I would rather have you who are sick, not my daughter. You've tortured me with all this burden. You are happy in the suffering of me and Angel. And you'll be fine if anything happens to her. Because you will have a child of that woman" said Bela with trembling lips trying to hold back her cries.

Bela, who was unable to hide her disappointment with Maik, began to talk about something that even confused the sharp-eyed man.

"What do you mean?? I really don't understand what you're talking about" Maik said as he grabbed Bela's hands. But Bela instead pushed him and shouted loudly, which made Angel wake up.

"Take off..."

"Mama.. Ma'am.." Angel immediately cried in fear, hugging Bela.

"Here baby. Calm down, Mama's fine, baby." Bela tried to calm her daughter, who looked very frightened.

"What's Maik??" suddenly Ronald appears Maik's best friend who has a private jet.

"There's nothing. He was just being emotionally like me" Maik replied and sat down next to Bela.

Maik was really confused to hear Bela's words. He wanted to ask so that he could know what Bela's words meant. But he realized that it was not the right time to ask. He didn't want to make Angel even more frightened and moved away from him.

After a few hours on the plane, they arrived in the United States at 03:30 p.m. After exiting the airport, they immediately boarded a car that was waiting for their arrival. Maik ordered the man driving the luxury car to the large Hospital in downtown Washington DC.

Within minutes, they arrived at the hospital. Rush Maik out of the car and take Angel from Bela's sling. And their arrival turned out to have been welcomed by an expert doctor as well as several nurses. Angel was put in a special room, and was immediately handled by the doctor.

"How's my daughter Doc doing?" ask Bela without waiting for long.

"I've given him a sedative so he can rest. And I wanted to ask Mom and Dad to come with me to the room, to talk about everything" replied the Doctor.

"Mother and Father should sit down first. We need to be calm in this situation. Any big problem can definitely be resolved with calm. Because we can think clearly only in a calm state." The doctor tries to calm Maik, as well as Bela who is increasingly agitated to think about Angel's condition.

"Look at you, Mom. Your daughter's illness is already very severe. The cancer has entered stage three. But Mom and Dad still have a chance to cure her."

"How's Doc doing?" ask Maik and Bela simultaneously.

"There's only one way. That is, he must have a sister. Because only with his sister's placenta can his life be helped. And he can also be treated at home while waiting for the presence of his sister," replied the Doctor, who made Bela immediately bowed with tears that were increasingly sliding. But suddenly he was shocked to hear Maik's answer.

"Okay Doc, my wife and I are going to try to have a child, so that our daughter can be healed."

"What do you mean talk like that??" bela asked with both eyes wide open so surprised.

"Thank Doc. We'll go first." Maik even pulled Bela's hand away from the doctor's room.

"Sir, please take care of my daughter for a moment. Don't go anywhere until I get back" Maik told a man who had driven them from the airport. And it turns out that the man is one of Maik's confidants.

Maik kept pulling Bela's hand into the car. Bela who was embarrassed to see people only fell silent even though she was very upset by Maik's treatment which was a little rude and seemed pushy. Maik drove a car at high speed across the streets of Washington DC.

"Well, where are you taking me?? And what do you mean to answer like that??" Bela began to ask, unwilling to clash with the sharp-eyed man.

"We have to go home and prepare a room for Angel. I will use the services of a Doctor and a nurse to take care of her at home" Maik replied with a straight forward look.

"And for the talk I and the Doctor had, I will answer after asking you something. But I will ask everything after arriving home" continued Maik.

"Who are we going to?? You never take me to that woman's house. I don't want to find trouble. Because my problem is too heavy."

Maik, who began to understand the purpose of Bela's conversation, preferred to remain silent. He was sure that there would be a commotion when discussing about other women. Because he knew very well what the nature of the woman beside him was. And he tried to be patient until his destination. Seeing Maik's silence, Bela even more furious. He clenched both hands, trying to control his anger.

While in Indonesia, both parents Bela is like a half-crazy person looking for the whereabouts of Bela and Angel. They searched from the Hospital, home of some people close to Bela, even up to the Airport. But their search yielded no results. Because the people they were looking for were already in a distant country. They do not know that Maik has brought Bela and her daughter.

Both of Bela's parents could only cry because they had not found any trace of Bela and Angel. Especially her mother who could not live apart from Bela since she was a child. The woman was really worried that something bad would happen to Bela as well as her granddaughter out there.
