Chapter 45. Crying is Not an Option.

Arriving at the airport, Bela immediately stepped into the waiting room with her two best friends, with a face that looks so swollen from crying since last night. Bela who had decided not to cry anymore, tried to toughen up even though her heart was so bad to hear the news of her daughter. Even his two friends who look sad, because they have to release Bela back to Indonesia alone in such a situation.

"Bel, you're strong, yes,,! Never shed a tear in front of Enjel. Because the power of Enjel depends on your rigor." Mita said as she wrapped her hand next to Bela's arm.

"Yes Bel, this ordeal is sure to pass. So never give up. We will always pray for the best for you." Connect Sari who is pulling Bela's suitcase.

"We'll sit here." Mita said after being in a row of seats that are still empty.

"Bel, where is Mr Maik?" Mita asked after the three of them had sat the empty seat.

"I don't know. Anywhere he is, it's none of my business." Reply to Bela without expression.

"Loh, did you answer like that? Is Mr Maik not coming with you?" Sari asked with a puzzled expression.

"Yes Bel, after all, he's the father of your daughter." Connect Mita.

"He is the father of my daughter. I never denied that. But her figure was never in my daughter's life. So his existence means absolutely nothing to Enjel let alone me." Replied Bela while looking straight ahead.

"Bel, is there not a little more hope in your heart to live with it?" Sari asked with a serious look.

"Why keep hope for someone you can't hope for? I'm not the old Bela. Who would do anything for an uncertain love. He was a man who could not keep his word. So what should I hope for?" Said Bela while staring at his two friends with a face that is so flat.

"Bel, what did Mr. Maik say last night to you?" Ask Mita.

"She said she'd take me to the airport. But he was gone by the time I was in your room. And I don't want to be carried away by him either. Because he also has a great responsibility to the woman who is carrying his flesh and blood." Bela said that made his two friends instantly speechless, with a look full of sadness.

Mita and Sari were so sad to see Bela. As fellow women, her two best friends were very understanding of Bela's situation at that time. Moreover, they knew all about Bela's suffering, after parting from Maik. So the two of them were just trying to support all of Bela's decisions.

"All the decisions are with you Bel. Because the only one who feels all the suffering Mr. Maik gives, is you." Mita said while holding Bela's hand.

"Thank you for everything. I'm so lucky to have a true friend like you both." Bela said while hugging her two best friends in turn.

After a few minutes they chatted about Maik, suddenly a notification was heard for the passengers, to enter the plane immediately. With a forced smile, Bela immediately stood up and immediately hugged her two friends as a sign of going separate ways.

Sari and Mita who are so heavy to release Bela's return to Indonesia alone, can only shed tears while returning Bela's embrace without being able to speak. Seeing the condition of his two friends who had shed tears, without waiting for a long time Bela immediately chose to step away, leaving them while waving his hands. Bela, who is also powerless to hold her sadness, tried hard to look strong, when it will increase her two friends.

Although Bela looks so strong stepping foot into the plane that will take her home, but Sari also Mita who already knows her looks so sad. For they knew that Bela was moaning, enduring the torment of what had happened to her daughter.

"Hopefully Enjel will be fine. I know, Bela must have suffered a lot with what happened to Enjel." Said Sari while hugging Mita with tears.

"Yes Sar, I can't bear to see Bela struggling through all this alone, as a single parent to her daughter." Says Mita who also has no power to hold back her tears.

As a woman crying is not an option. But tears are the only way to reduce the burden in the heart. Bela stepped up the stairs without looking back. She did not want to show her tears of sadness, which had already dripped soaked her pretty face for her two best friends.

Although Bela had entered the plane, Mita and Sari decided to stay there, until the plane Bela was on departed. They never let go of the plane even though Bela was not seen at all. Mita and Sari want to go home with Bela to Indonesia to see the state of Enjel. But their obligation as students at one of the country's top universities, they can not just leave it.

"Mita, just a few minutes away the plane will leave. How's Bela in there, huh,,?" Sari asked as she continued to stare at the plane, which was about to fly out to take their best friend to their home country.

"Hopefully he could be more determined to face all this." Replied Mita who was also staring in the same direction as Sari.

Bela, who was sitting in the corner seat, just stared outside through the glass while shadowing her little princess's face. From the look of his face, it looks so heavy the burden that is inside him. The tears that he already did not want to shed, increasingly slid in as his heart began to speak.

"Darling, you are strong yes, never give in to the pain you are feeling. Mom will be here soon to accompany you through all this."

Bela spoke in her heart with tears. He could not hold back his tears, when he remembered the tiny face that had always cheered him on during this time. Supposing he could be replaced, Bela grieves for the pain of her innocent daughter. But what is the power as an ordinary human being, who can only surrender to everything. Although her mind as a mother thrashed want to refuse.

When he heard the notification that the plane was about to take off, Mita and Sari who were still in the waiting room were increasingly powerless to hold back tears. Bela had to leave her two best friends. But suddenly, the two of them were startled by someone running from the front, towards their seats.
