Chapter 33. The Unexpected Meeting Between Maik And Bela's Friends.

At 4 pm Bela was neat, choosing to go directly to her workplace. While the two sahatnya have not yet returned home, and it makes Bela a little worried thinking about them. But for a moment Bela thought again, maybe they had gone straight to work without going back to the apartment. And to make sure of that, Bela decided to call them.

("Hello Taa,") Sapa Bela after the phone is connected to Mita.

("Well, what's up,?") Answer Mita.

("Are you guys at work,?") Ask Bela.

("Yes, I've been at work.") Answer Mita.

("So, too,?") Ask Bela.

("Today he didn't come in, he said he wasn't feeling well. And he was vomiting, probably because he was late for a meal.") Answer Mita.

("OOO yes, because from this morning he did not eat. Where is she, then,?") Ask Bela.

Bela to the workplace always use public transportation, as well as to the Campus. Unless he comes home late like he just had to use a taxi. Bela always tried to save, because in addition to the expensive cost of living in America, Bela also always saved up in order to buy souvenirs for her daughter, when she returned to Indonesia later.

Every time he returned to Indonesia, Bela always tried to buy souvenirs for his cute daughter Enjel. And although the price of souvenirs that Bela bought is not much, but it can make Enjel happy. For the sake of Enjel's happiness, to make Bela must save life in the State of people.

Sometimes Bela had to hold her heart if she saw and wanted something, even though she had to work hard until the night came home. Because for him, Enjel's happiness is more important than his desire.

While in an apartment that is so luxurious, Maik was chatting with an old friend he just met an hour ago, in front of a cafe in the city center. His best friend was named Endru, he was from America but he studied in Italy, and formed a close friendship with Maikhel.

On the way to Endru's apartment, Maik had told Endru why he could be in America. The two of them chatted a lot, including about Endru who prefers to live in an apartment, rather than at his parents' house.

It turns out that Endru chose to live in an apartment, because he wanted to live independently, and he was already used to living alone since sitting in college.

"I think it's better for us to live alone than with family, so we can be independent." Endru said as he and Maik sat in the living room of the Endru apartment.

"Yes that's true, so we don't always depend on the parents. Moreover, I have a younger brother who rese hot at home, so I was lazy to stay at home for a long time." Maik said with a smile, recalling the behavior of his younger brother Luis.

"Yes the same, I also have a younger brother, and my younger brother, his age is just a few years different from mine. He can't do anything, which he knows is just asking for money, doesn't know how to." Said Endru and the two of them immediately laughed.

Just half an hour Maik and Endru chatted, suddenly Endru's phone rang, and it was an incoming call from his brother Leon. Leon calls Endru and tells him he's in big trouble, so he wants to go to Endru's apartment to tell him the problem and ask for a solution. And Endru, who loved his sister so much, could not refuse even when he was with Maik.

Finished chatting with Leon, Endru came to mind. He was worried about Leon who he said was in big trouble. And Maik who saw the expression of Endru, so confused and immediately chose to ask.

"What's wrong with you, then,,? Is there a problem,,?" Ask Maik with a look of finding out.

"Not me, but my sister. He said on the phone that he was in big trouble, and he was on his way here." Said Endru with a look that looked very worried.

"Don't go home, please,,! I want you to help me find a way out of my sister's problems." Endru.

"That's okay,,? I don't feel good meddling in people's affairs." Said Maik who had sat back down.

"I'm your best friend, not someone else." Said Endru while staring at Maik.

"Yes, that's it. I'll help you if I can." Maik said with a smile to Endru.

Not long from there, Endru's apartment bell suddenly rang. And Endru immediately stood up and stepped towards the door, because he already knew that it must be his brother Leon.

After the door opened, Endru was immediately startled when he saw Leon standing at the door of the apartment, with a woman who looked like she had just finished crying. The woman was none other than Sari's boyfriend Leon, and Endru already knew her. Sari's face looks very puffy like she just finished crying. And without waiting for long, Endru immediately told them to enter.

Endru stepped towards the middle room and was followed by Leon as well as Sari from behind. Arriving in the middle room, Leon was immediately shocked after seeing Maik who was sitting leaning on the sofa, as well as Sari. Because the person they saw was a young businessman who made the entire campus brand splash this afternoon.

Besides being surprised, Leon also felt confused by the presence of Maik in his brother's apartment. While stepping behind his older brother with Sari, Leon wondered in his heart.

"Why are successful entrepreneurs here,,? Does it have something to do with me,,?" Leon wondered in his heart with a look of confusion.

While Maik who was focusing on the phone in his hand, did not pay attention to those who were stepping towards him, and at the time of Endru, Leon and Sari were already close in front of him, only then did Maik raise his face and immediately smile after seeing them, then greet so kindly.

"Haloo," said Maik as he looked at Leon and Sari, who had also been looking at him while smiling shyly.

"Eh Maiik sir,,!" Reply Leon while stepping and sitting next to Endru, then on after Sari.

After being next to Endru, immediately Leon who was so curious about Maik's whereabouts, immediately closed his face to Endru's ears and whispered.

"So, why is Mr Maikhel here, then,,? Is he looking for me,,?" Leon asked Endru in English.

"What's he looking for you for, huh,,? Mr. Maikhel was my college friend in Italy." Replied Endru with such a strong tone, that it made Leon feel ashamed. Sedamgkan Maik who was staring at the brothers just smiled as well as Sari.

After that, they immediately chose to talk. And Endru who was very curious about the problem that his sister wanted to tell him immediately asked.

"What problem do you want to tell me,,?" Ask Endru who makes Leon also Sari so stiffened and looks panicked.

"Personal issues." Leon replied hesitantly.

"By here, by the way,,! Nothing, Mr. Maikhel is my best friend. He's already I consider like a brother himself, so there's no need to hesitate even if it's a personal matter" Endru explained.

Although Endru had already explained about Maik, Leon still remained silent and did not want to tell a story. He was like that, because he didn't want Maikhel to know the problem. Because the problem he was facing was not something commendable.

Leon is very afraid that if Maik finds out about the problem, he and Sari will be expelled from the campus. Because it turns out the problem that Leon meant was, his fear of Sari who was late this month.
