Chapter 30 Mom's Urge
"Darling, I have something for you" said Cherry, picking something up in her dresser drawer.
"What's that?" david asked after he was done wearing his work clothes aided by Cherry.
Cherry showed me a pair of wedding rings on her palm, "dear to wear this?" ask Cherry a little doubt.
David looked at him so deeply, he felt himself paying less attention to his wife that this little thing had never been thought of. Then he took the two round objects in Cherry's hand, he put them on Cherry's ring finger, "sorry."
"Why is my dear sorry?" ask Cherry doesn't understand.
"Because our wedding is nothing special. I didn't even buy you a ring."
"I don't need it. One thing, don't ever leave me."
"Not going to." David hugged Cherry and clasped her ring.
Cherry let go of her embrace, "I'll put on my ring baby."
David gave it to Cherry, then the ring was attached to her finger. Cherry was satisfied when she saw the ring was so fitting on David's finger, “there is our name in it.”
"Hmm .. Why give it now? You bought this long ago.”
"How does my dear know?" Cherry did not expect David to know when he bought it.
"All your card transactions went to my phone."
"really?" Cherry is shocked, so David finds out when he skips college and hangs out at the cafe.
"Buy what you want." David pecked at Cherry's forehead.
"Honey, can I put the five hundred million into my account? That's too much."
"certain. Give me your account number, I'll give you money again.”

"Good then, my mother will soon have a grandchild" said mama David gladly, "mama already wrote the food you should eat, and .." mama glanced at the kitchen cabinet, "never eat instant noodles! That is not good for expectant mothers. Cherry do you understand?"
Mama David is so serious about the pregnancy program for Cherry, she feels she is too old to continue waiting for a grandchild.
"Yes, Ma ..." Cherry couldn't resist.
David held back his smile seeing Cherry's cute expression, "when's mom coming home?"
"Mama's still here for a day, have you sent mama home?" ask mommy with a kettle.
"Ask Johan to drive you, don't travel alone."
"Mama's not a child."
Mama David stayed in their house for three days. As usual, he suddenly left after giving orders to Mia to give the food menu that he had determined.
Then the days passed as usual. David with all his busy work, and Cherry with his duties on campus. At night, if they're not exhausted David will ask Cherry to do it.
Exactly one month later, David's mother returned to David's house, "Cherry have you filled in?" Mama David just focused on Cherry's pregnancy.
"I haven't checked it yet, Ma" replied Cherry.
"You still came last month?"
"Yes." Yeah."
Mama let out a long sigh, "we go to the hospital, check your fertility."
"Ma, we've only been married a few months. How could you force Cherry to get pregnant?" asked David who suddenly came to those who were talking in the lounge.
“Do you do it right?”
“Of course, Ma.”
"David, you can't wait too long. Now we go to the hospital." Mom moved from her seat.
Cherry and David looked at each other. In the end Cherry was obedient to follow mom. David was ready to go to his office.
At Alexander's family hospital, doctors performed several fertility tests to identify a variety of problems that might be infertility issues. In addition to examining the reproductive organs, doctors also perform ovulation function tests and hormone examinations to ascertain the cause of infertility that Mama David wants. Actually Alexander himself felt no need to do this because their marriage was still a corn.
"Cherry, you can go home. I'll take him home when the results are out" Alexander said as Cherry passed a series of tests.

"You go home with Johan, you still have needs here" said Mama.

"Cherry, are you distracted after you go to the hospital? Mama wants to quickly have a grandchild" said David. They were lying in bed.
"No dear .. I understand."
David kissed Cherry's cheek, "are you tired?"
"No."
"Then we stir the pasta." David teases Cherry.
"Darling, I've never eaten pasta before" Cherry said suddenly.
"Mahaha ..." David laughed amusedly, "tomorrow I will take to an Italian restaurant, now we stir it here" David said as he pulled the blanket Cherry wore.

Cherry and David came down from her room. Like the usual routine every morning, they will have breakfast together and start their own activities.
"Alexander" said David when he saw him sitting talking to his mother downstairs.
"David, I brought you your wife's test results."
Cherry and David join the lounge.
"Is there a problem?" david asked after sitting on the sofa.
"The test results were good, there was no problem" Alexander replied.
"Then why isn't Cherry pregnant?" ask mom impatiently.
"Mrs, patience. Cherry is eighteen years old. It's possible that the reproductive organs aren't mature yet" Alexander handed Cherry the test results, "alright, I have to go to the hospital."
"Thank you, doctor" said Cherry.
"You didn't eat breakfast?" david asked Alexander.
"I have an operation in a minute. Goodbye, great madam of Chuay," said Alexander and left the Chuay residence.
"Cherry, go have breakfast first. There are things I want to talk about with David,” said Mama.
"Good, Ma." Cherry left them for the dining room.
After Cherry disappeared at the door, she began to speak, "David, your life is not long," she let out a long sigh, "mommy has cancer, you have cancer, the doctor ruled that your mother's age was no more than two years."
David was surprised to hear, "Mama .. why never tell me this? I'll find the best treatment."
"Your father has done many things. David ... Mama just wants to pet a grandchild before mama leaves."
"Ma ..." David didn't think his mother was sick, his body looked fine from the outside.
"David, mama gave you one month. Get Cherry pregnant soon. If she's not pregnant yet, you should marry another woman."
David furrowed his brows, he felt cornered by his mother.
"Don't disappoint my mother" said the mother as she passed leaving David still silent.
