"Ciii." David stepped on the brakes of his car, almost someone got hit by his car. Then he got out of his car and helped the girl who was lying on the sidewalk,
"Miss, are you okay?"
"It's okay" he said, showing multiple blisters on his hands and feet.
"Thank God. Can you stand up?"
"Yes. I can." The girl tried to stand up but then she fell down, "ah."
"Let me help you." David reached out his hand and the girl grabbed him, "there's a chair, sit down." David rubbed it into the chair.
"Ukh." The girl grimaced in pain.
"Miss, I'm sorry. Right now I have an urgent need, you can check with the doctor and send the bill here. This is my business card. Miss doesn't matter, does she?" David handed over his card and the girl accepted.
"Sure, please go. I'm fine."
David leaves the girl and continues on his way to the office.
"So his name was Billy Fong. This card doesn't have a position on Eagle Group. But I'm sure he has an important position in that big company." he murmured.
"He has a handsome face. Cherry must be one of the many women. It seemed like he had gotten a lot of good stuff already, it should have been more than enough. Cherry be prepared to lose everything." The girl smirked with satisfaction.

"Sir, tonight there's a dinner with the city's officials." Billy's reporting the agenda tonight.
"You represent the company to come."
"The mayor will also be present."
"No problem, I don't need to attend."
"Good, Sir."
"I almost hit a girl this morning. He's just a little scuff. I'll give you your card."
"Good, Sir. I understand." Billy used to handle all of David's business. He knows what to do.
"Continue your work."

Suddenly David remembered Cherry, without a second thought he made a video call. Not long after, the call was rejected.
Then a message came in.
[I'm in class, baby. I will be angry with the professor.]
Followed by the entry of a photo of Cherry who was selfie in the classroom.
[Study well.] David answered the message.
[Sure. See you later.]
David continued to inspect the sheet before him. He looked back at the contents of his phone and smiled.
Then his fingers pressed the phone button on his desk.
"Tok tock." Door knocked.
"Lake in."
"You're calling me, sir?" ask Sherry, David's secretary.
"I want a limited edition necklace that was launched by Ming Jewellary a few days ago."
"Okay sir, I'll take care of it. Anything else, Mister?"
"I want to be quick."
"Good, Sir. Excuse me."
Ming Jewellary is one of Eagle Group's coworkers, they work together in several events. A few days ago, Ming Jewellary brought out a limited edition, jade-eyed necklace. At that time David was not interested in having it, but now he thought the necklace would fit perfectly around Cherry's neck.

"Well, the new phone." whispered Sandra as she saw Cherry pull out her phone.
Cherry simply smiled in response to Sandra's words, "what's he calling?"
"Your lover?" sandra asked to know.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Hey, where did you meet?"
"In his house." Cherry answered honestly.
"Not yet."
"Didn't she live with her parents."
"That's how." Cherry doesn't know about David's family. How his parents and his ex-wife. What Cherry knows from her father is that she was married to a widower, but she has not asked the truth. He did not dare to think about remembering the fatal mistake on the first day he married, thinking of David as his stepson.
"Hey, did you fall?" ask Cherry after seeing some small scratches on Sandra's hand.
"Yes, I wasn't careful and fell down the road earlier."

David left the office early. Billy packed up in his study, planning to go home before attending dinner.
"Kriing kriiing kriiing." A phone call from an unknown number.
Billy pressed the green button on his phone screen, "hallo."
"Good afternoon, with Mr Billy Fong?" The voice of a girl across the phone.
"Who am I talking to?"
The firm and slightly intimidating voice made the girl nervous, "Ah yes, I am the girl you hit this morning. My name is Sandra Xi."
"Miss Sandra Xi, how's your wound?"
"I've taken him to the hospital, it seems to have improved a little."
"Hopefully recover soon."

"Sandra, why have you been here so long? I'm looking for you to return the book" Cherry went into the toilet and stuffed into Sandra's bag.
Sandra pretended to fix her makeup, "i'm done. Were you picked up?"
"Yes. You're coming home with Alex?"
"Alex has a basketball game today. I'll see her in a minute."
"OKAY. I'll go home first." Cherry moved her foot towards the gate. Sandra followed him from behind.
Just as Cherry exited the gate, a black sedan stopped her. Sandra watched him from afar, the same car as he tried to pretend to crash himself. The car's glass is lowered in half, then Cherry gets into it.
Sandra clenched her hands, "i'm better suited sitting in that car."
"Klings." A message came into his phone.
[I've already sent some money to the Miss rek.]
"Oh, Billy!" Sandra immediately checked her account, seeing that her balance had increased by two million, "ah, she is truly generous. I can buy a branded bag with this money." he's happy.
[Thank you, Mr. Billy. I will return it soon.] Sandra replied to her message.
