Chapter 12 Signs of Love
"Dear not troubled when you have to take the pick up? Let Johan do it." said Cherry while looking at David who was holding the wheel. In Cherry's eyes, today David looks more handsome than his previous days.
"You don't like it?"
"No, I'm afraid of troublesome darling."
"It looks like tomorrow I can't take you. There's an event I have to attend." said David.
"Mmm. I don't know where baby works."
"really?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"What do you know about me?" ask David suddenly.
"I know that dear is a handsome and kind person." replied Cherry.
"Hahaha .. if we're not on the road, I'm gonna eat you" said David, anxious, he knew Cherry was just trying to seduce him so he wouldn't get mad because Cherry didn't know anything about him.
"And a little grumpy." continued Cherry.
"Haha..." David grabbed Cherry's hair and rubbed it gently, "do you want to know about me?"
"Yes." replied Cherry quickly with a face full of hope.
"Sany."
"What's the job, baby?"
"Ehem .. I'm the CEO of Eagle Group."
"really? Dear owners of large malls in this country? Wow ... that's great." cape Cherry.
David puffed out his chest, feeling proud of Cherry's flattery.
"Mmc ..."
"Is there anything you want to ask?"
"That's ..."
"Say."
"Don't be angry, yeah ..."

"Mmm ... before marrying me, is .. is it dear to a widower?"
"Yes." Yeah."
Cherry let out a long sigh of surprise as she did not expect David to answer only one word "yes" so quickly.

The wall clock shows at nine p.m. David closed his laptop. His eyes were tired but there was still something he had to finish. Then David got up from his seat and went to his room, where he saw Cherry rolling around in bed playing with her phone.
"What makes you laugh?" ask David as he approaches Cherry.
"My friends are so funny hahaha .. they dance in the middle of the field." Cherry laughed while showing a video.
"Friends from where?"
"Friends at college."
"Come here." Said David who was sitting leaning on the head of the bed.
Cherry sat down next to David.
"Tell me about yourself."
"I? Nothing special." said Cherry.
"Are you happy here?"
"Yes, I feel much better here. My father wouldn't hit me for getting drunk and losing a gamble." Cherry lowered her head, trying to hide the sadness on her face.
David stroked Cherry's hair, "don't be sad."
"No. I've forgotten about it. I will welcome my better day, though one day there will be many other trials."
David grabbed Cherry's body, "I'll protect you. No one's gonna hurt you anymore."
Cherry hugged David tightly, there was a serene feeling that enveloped him. "I'm afraid you'll hurt me one day" he said in his heart.
Cherry let go of his embrace, saw David's dark black eyes, he couldn't figure out the heart of the man in front of him, "can I ask you a question?"
"Say."
Cherry hesitated to ask him, fearing that his answer would hurt him. But he was so curious about the answer, "does darling love me?"
"Does that matter?"
You don't get greedy, Cherry. Your expectations are too high to get love.
"No, it doesn't matter." Cherry answered weakly.
David saw disappointment in Cherry's eyes. I don't know why he couldn't see that expression. Is that important for love speech?
"I'm tired. I want to sleep." said Cherry, then she shifted her body further and laid down her body.
"You mad?" David approached Cherry's face, so close that the tip of their nose touched.
"Ti-no. I'm not mad." Cherry's hand held David's chest, but David quickly grabbed his hand.
"You're so adorable when you're angry."
Cherry turned her face to the side, she felt David would bully her.
"I love you." whispered David, right near Cherry's ear lobe.
Cherry couldn't believe it, and then she looked at David's face, "what?"
"I love you. Cherry Plum, you're mine."
David kissed Cherry softly, Cherry greeted her happily. Tears dripped from the end of Cherry's eyes, she thought this was a dream. Even in a dream he can be this happy.
Cherry stroked David's cheek, only this time she dared to touch him, "did I dream? It's a beautiful dream."
David kissed Cherry by the neck, took a sip, leaving her red, "this is a sign of love. You're not dreaming, baby."
"Give me as much love as possible" Cherry said.
"By pleasure." David kissed Cherry again. He treated her gently and lovingly. Yeah, full of love marks all over Cherry's body.
Cherry was exhausted to face David, until she finally fell asleep. David covered his body with a blanket. Cherry's brow pecked, "I'll protect you."

This morning the weather was clear, Cherry was still in her blanket.
"Wake up, lazy person." David kissed Cherry's neck.
"G ..." Cherry sighed in foresight, "a little while, I'm so tired."
"What are you doing until you're exhausted?" david Goda.
"I had a very long dream" said Cherry. A few seconds later, Cherry's eyes opened wide, and she realized that David had woken up before her. In a hurry he sat down to see David had put on his work clothes.
"Ah, I'm sorry. I'm bad luck."
Cherry looked at herself, only to realize at this moment that her body was wearing nothing. He hastily pulled the blanket over his neck.
"Hmmm ... What have you done to make you bad luck?" David sat on the bed and looked at Cherry's body, the blanket uncovered.
Cherry's face was red with embarrassment, she couldn't possibly tell her dream. He peeked at something under his blanket, "huh?!"
David kissed Cherry on the forehead, "You're not dreaming. I literally left a mark of love all over your body."
Cherry covered her face to hide her reddened face.
"Darling, I couldn't take you this morning. It's okay, right?" David stroked Cherry's hair, "this morning I have to go out of town."
Cherry opened her hands from her face, "yes, of course."
"I have to go now."
"Yes, be careful on the road."
"Give me a kiss." David drew his face closer.
Cherry furrowed her brows, "I haven't brushed my teeth."
"I like it."
Cherry kissed David's lips, "go baby, don't be late."
"I'm leaving."
"Bye ..." Cherry waved her hand.
Cherry was still sitting in bed, as if she could not believe what she was going through, "this is not a dream. He's declaring love!" squeal Cherry.
This morning Cherry looked very happy. She was wearing a pink knee-length dress that showed her flowery mood.
"We have arrived, Madam" Johan said right in front of the campus gate. Because it is still morning, the atmosphere of the campus is not crowded. Cherry doesn't mind Johan stopping his car here.
"Johan, I'm home at two o'clock today."
"Good, Mistress. I'll pick up on time."
"Thank you." Cherry got out of the car and entered the campus gate.
Without anyone noticing, Sandra continued to pay attention to the car that had driven Cherry. In the morning, waiting for his arrival. At first he planned to say hello to Billy - he still thought David was named Billy - but he didn't because he saw his license plate was different, even though the car had the same fleeting model.
"Cherry delivered a different car. Is she-ah I think she's a girl who looks innocent, turns-who would have thought. So yes, no wonder if he can wear expensive clothes and luxury items every day." Sandra made her own conclusion.
