Chapter 22 Injured
David brushed aside the files on his desk, then downed the remaining drink in the glass. It was night, but he was in his study. His eyes were red from lack of sleep.
Megan walked into her study without knocking on the door, "Sister, it's already night. Sleep." he said attentively.
"Let me help you." Megan grabs David's waist and tries to guide him to his feet. Of course that means nothing, Megan's small body could not be able to support David's body. It was just his trickery to keep sticking to David.
"I can be alone" David said as he stood up. But Megan was still in David's arms, following him to the room.
"I'll look after Brother David until Brother Cherry returns." said Megan meekly, "I won't leave you alone."
"I'm going to sleep. Go back to your room." David sat on the edge of the bed. From this day Megan goes back to sleep at David's house, she continues to insist on fear of being alone.
"Sister, let me accompany you here." Megan brought her body closer to David's chest, using a slipping trick, she dropped her body onto David.
David catches Megan and leaves no distance between them. That's when the door opened, Cherry was so shocked to see the incident.
"You-" Cherry shut her mouth.
David looked at Cherry who was standing in the doorway. He stepped up from his seat and greeted Cherry, "where have you been?" David hugged her.
Cherry pushed David's body, avoiding his embrace, "it turned out that my decision to leave was right. I'm not gonna bother you. I just need to take something."
"Sir Cherry from where? How could you just leave? David's brother is your husband, you can't do anything" Megan said.
Cherry ignored Megan's words that cornered her, she knew in her heart Megan was cheering. He looked at the thin clothes Megan was wearing, so tempting to men's eyes.
"Cherry, tell me where have you been?" Feeling neglected, David became emotional.
"Its unimportant. I'm just giving way to the relationship between the two of you." Cherry said as she walked towards her dresser. He took some paper for his college needs. He stared at the box in the drawer, it was a pair of rings he had bought. Let him leave the ring and close the drawer with a rough.
"I'm not taking your money, I just need this." Cherry showed the paper in her hand and intended to leave.
"Who let you go?" david said coldly.
"I'll be gone before you dump me."
"I'll throw you away if I want to. Now you have to stay here." David won't be cornered.
Megan wasn't happy to see Cherry stay here, "Sister David, maybe she's been having an affair." Megan tries to make David even more angry in the hope that David will kick her out.
"cheating? I'm gonna destroy that man."
"Isn't it wrong? Who's cheating?" cherry protest, "whatever it is, I want to go." Cherry put her foot towards the door.
David quickly grabbed Cherry's hand, "I don't like to say it twice. Stay here."
Cherry looked into David's cold eyes, they were both burning with emotion.
"Sister, bi-" Megan hasn't finished her words, so David asks her to leave.
"Megan, go."
"But-" Megan outside the room in annoyance.
"sick." Cherry tried to let go of David's powerful hand.
"Say, where have you been?" David looked at her sharply.
Cherry felt uncomfortable with David's piercing gaze, she turned her face away, "I'm going to mama's house."
"Mama? My mama?" David couldn't believe it.
"I have to go."
"You stay here." David exited his room to his study to retrieve his cell phone. Then he immediately returned to his room.
Cherry and David opened the door at the same time, "get in!" david's orders.
Cherry came back in, she didn't expect David to be back in the room so soon.
David closes the door, then makes a phone call using his cell phone.
"Mama, why is Cherry there?"
"Basin' bad boy! If you don't want him anymore, let him come back here."
"He's not going anywhere." David hung up his phone in annoyance.
Cherry who was trying to listen to their conversation was so nervous to see David's icy gaze.
David approached Cherry, "How dare you go."
"What do you mean?"
"I am only my father's debt-redeemer. When you're bored, whenever you can dump me." Cherry couldn't hold back her tears.
David approached Cherry, holding the fragile-looking girl in his arms, "who told you that? You will continue to be beside me. I'm sorry."
Cherry cried even louder, she was so easily crushed by David's words that she had forgotten the pain of these few days.
"Cherryku .. Don't ever leave again, I can't live without you."
"really?"
"Did I ever lie?"
"Then Megan?" Cherry looked into David's eyes to dive into the honesty within.
David let out a long sigh, "Megan is just a sister to me."
"But he keeps sticking to you like a postage stamp."
"Hahaha .. You are really jealous." David rubbed Cherry's wet cheek, "promise me you won't go again."
Cherry turned her face away.
"I'll have Megan go." David hugged Cherry.
The day is getting late. Cherry slept in David's arms. No one knows what awaits him tomorrow morning.

Megan was so agitated downstairs. He continued to observe the door of David's room that did not open. He wishes Cherry had come out of that room and left this house forever.
"What's my next fate if I don't get it. It was David who financed my life and college, even though I never used that money for college. After all, I am the one who has the right to be the mistress of this house."

David and Cherry walked down the stairs together. It seems that Megan has been waiting in the dining room.
"Sister Cherry, let's have breakfast together." greet Megan cheerfully.
"Good morning, Madam. I'm so glad to see you." said Mia.
"Hallo, Mia." Cherry sat in her chair right across from Megan.
"Sister, Cherry will you accompany me to the hospital? I felt nauseous this morning." said Megan.
"Are you sick?" ask David.
"Maybe a cold, brother." Megan suddenly stood up and covered her mouth that seemed to want to vomit, then she ran towards the bathroom.
"I have to go to college." Cherry refuses to take Megan to the hospital.
"It's okay, I'll drive him."
Cherry's brows furrowed, she didn't want Megan clinging to David, "let me drive, I don't have school hours this morning."
Cherry and David had finished their breakfast, but Megan did not leave her room.
"I'll see Megan first." David moved out of his chair, he headed for Megan's room.
Megan's bedroom door is not closed, David enters and finds Megan crying, "Megan, what's wrong?"
"Sister, huhuhu ..." Megan was crying.
"Say."
Megan hugged David, "Sister, how's this?" The crying gets louder.
David releases his embrace and waits for Megan to explain what happened.
"Sister David got drunk that night and .. and .. did it to me." Megan was still sobbing, "I just had a test, the result was positive." Megan showed a test of pregnancy results on the table showing two blue lines.
David approached the table and looked at the thing. But she never felt like she was touching Megan, not even hers reacting to her at all.
David turned his body around to talk to Megan. But not until he said something, he saw Cherry had been standing in the doorway. The look on his face said that Cherry had heard everything.
"Cherry - -"
Cherry runs away from David and Megan. His chest was so painful, he felt dumped many times. But this hurts too much.
