False Memory

Flashback 1 week after Dimas in Singapore

A still-beautiful middle-aged woman breezes gracefully across the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, a street lined with shopping malls, restaurants and spas, a world paradise for those in consumptive lifestyles.

Unlike most people who will spend their money on the famous street in Singapore, the middle-aged woman named Angel is not interested in spending money there.

He entered a restaurant called Kiseki Japanese Buffet, with an interior design featuring wooden decorations, offering a variety of Japanese food and drinks inside.

After choosing a seat not far from the entrance, Angel took the phone from her luxury bag and immediately contacted someone.

Shortly after, came a man whose age was not far from him. He is Doctor Richard, Angel's friend and the best doctor who will handle Dimas.

Doctor Richard took a deep breath. He knew very well how Angel felt at that time because he had lost his only child due to an accident.

"Come with me, help Dimas get out of that useless hospital!" angel said with restraining his emotions.

Yes, Dimas is now in one of the famous hospitals in Singapore. Mama and Dad Dimas took him there with great hope for the cure of Dimas, but in fact 1 week Dimas was treated there, no progress happened at all on Dimas. It made Angel angry, disappointed and frustrated.

Anita pressed the red button again and shortly thereafter Dr. Richard came. Anita and Mama Dimas again waited in front of the room anxiously.

"Why is Doc?" anita asked Dr. Richard.

"I think the accident that Dimas had caused a blockage of blood vessels to the brain that caused him to experience Transient Global Amnesia, he said, he will lose his memory overall and he will most likely find it difficult to form new memories due to the severity of the brain injury suffered by Dimas" Dr. Richard explained.

"It's hard to form new memories? he mean he can't remember anything?" ask mama Dimas.

"He will be able to remember anything he did today and anyone he knows today, but it won't last long, in most cases when he wakes up in the morning, he will forget everything that happened yesterday" Dr. Richard explained.

Mama Dimas sat down limply hearing Doctor Richard's reply.
