28. Dizziness

Nadya smiled cunningly as she saw Leon and Keny go away. He glanced at one of the servants with his eye signal to come closer.

"Introduce my name is Nadya, the only daughter of the famous businessman Wirelles Nongka," she said with a fake smile, then extended her hand to Monaliza.

"Unfortunately you don't know my father's big name, do you?" nadya added again, showing a smile of ridicule.

"You're wrong Miss Nadya, I know your father's big name, the businessman 'Diamond King'," monaliza said as she welcomed Nadya's hand by holding it tightly until the bones of the girl's fingers sounded crackling.

Nadya held her breath, feeling the pain in her fingers due to the actions of Monaliza, but she tried to hold it by maintaining a fake smile on her face.

"And I, there is no need to introduce myself to you, because I believe you already know me, and find out a lot of things about me," Monaliza said in a satirical tone as she removed her hand from Nadya's fingers.

Nadine only commented on the smile of seeing what happened between Monaliza and Nadya in front of her eyes. Monaliza was quite smart thought, but Nadya's cunning secretly made her worry about her sister-in-law's lover.

"To celebrate our meeting tonight, how about a toast" Nadya said, taking a drink from the waiter. He took one glass for her first, then took another one and gave it to Monaliza.

"Sorry miss, I don't like to drink" said Monaliza.

"What's so weird, a barista at a nightclub can't drink? Didn't you work at Keny's place" he said, while still showing his smile.

"I say I don't like to drink, not not to drink miss. As I said before, you know a lot about me, right? Until my work - even miss knows, is as important as I am for the lady," Monaliza back quipped, making Nadya's face reddened to hold her wrath.

"Mona" Leon who just returned with Keny immediately joined the stand beside Monaliza.

"Leon, thank God you're back soon, I just wanted to toast your girlfriend but she refused, how could you have a wife who can't keep up with our lifestyle" Nadya said, smiling dismissively.

"I freed Monaliza to do whatever she wanted, not what I wanted, because I loved her" Leon said calmly.

"Interesting! Is this blind love?" Laughter Nadya, he tried to resist the explosive jealousy of hearing Leon's terribly bucolic speech to Monaliza.

"What do you want to drink, Mona? Want some juice?" tawar Leon's.

"Yes I want to" said Mona.

"Servant, please bring some juice for Miss Monaliza," Leon orders the servant who is still nearby.

"Okay sir" said the waiter, bowing respectfully and then leaving immediately.

"Firans, I want to take a toilet first" Dirga said, giving the glass to Firans.

"Don't be long Dirga, the party will soon begin," said Firans as he welcomed the empty glass Dirga gave him.

"Where is Firans going?" surya's mother asked when she saw Dirga leaving the party room.

"Mommy's toilet, maybe you want to pee, Dirga had a lot to drink" Firans told Dirga's mother.

"The Dirga? Drink much? It's not usually like that" said Surya's mother in astonishment, staring at the back of her son who had gone away.

"Thank you" said Monaliza. He immediately drank the juice until it ran out of the glass. His throat that previously felt fiber because of colliding with Nadya's mouth is now more relieved.

"Ext again?" bargain Leon, when he saw the glass Monaliza had empty.

"No, enough Leon," Monaliza put her empty glass back on the tray held by the servant.

"Sir Keny, Brother Nadine, we'll excuse you first, want to see papa and mama, because the event will soon begin" said Leon, without caring about Nadya who is still loyal to stand between them.

"Yes Leon" Keny and Nadine almost simultaneously.

"Heum, just wait a minute, you will be mine Leon," Nadya smiled, looking at the departure of Monaliza and Leon who were without saying goodbye to her, imagining her evil plan that never failed, as has been proven lately. He glanced at one of the party's male visitors and gestured with his eyes. The man immediately followed Leon and Monaliza.

"Leon, my head feels a little dizzy" complained Monaliza, as they almost arrived at Leon's parents who were busy chatting with colleagues who kept coming to congratulate him.

Leon stopped his steps, he did feel Monaliza's hand warm up a bit. "Are you sick, Mona?" Leon looked at Monaliza's eyes which were also flushed red.

"Either Leon, before I felt fine," said Monaliza, she also felt strange at the sudden change in her body.

"Then we go to the hotel room now, you rest there until you feel better" Leon said, turning towards the exit.

"Now also, open the room on the sixth floor xxx number," Leon ordered from the phone. Without waiting for an answer from the interlocutor, he immediately closed his phone and put it back in his pocket.

Dirga stopped his steps when he saw Leon and Monaliza passing in front of the toilet where he was. His head was only slightly dizzy due to the alcoholic beverages that entered his body, although not much but himself who was not a drinker, made his body react when receiving the drink.

"Doctor, please hurry here, I need your help," Dirga faintly heard Leon's voice speak on the phone.

"Could the girl be sick? Didn't he look all right, '" muttered Dirga. He did not move from his place, peering over the toilet wall towards Monaliza and Leon who continued down the hallway of the sixth-floor hotel.

"Hurry up, open the door!" leon's orders, when the hotel clerk he was waiting for just arrived. The waiting doctor just got out of the elevator.

Leon picks up Monaliza who is getting dizzy on her head to enter the hotel room, while the doctor follows her in from behind.

"Maybe Monaliza's exhausted doc, she just got out of the hospital last afternoon, and tonight I've taken her to papa and mama's wedding anniversary party, too," regret Leon to his family doctor who is checking Monaliza's condition.

"What did Miss Monaliza eat before coming here, young master?" ask the doctor, while continuing to check on Monaliza's condition.

"Monaliza hasn't eaten anything with me tonight. He just drank the juice earlier" Leon said.

Doctor Moris looked at Leon's face for a moment, his face seemed hesitant to convey the results of his examination, "miss Monaliza is not tired, but it seems someone deliberately gave her a stimulant. Maybe through the juice he was drinking, because his insect repellent had just reacted" explained Moris, who had taken Leon a little away from Monaliza.

Leon gasped, he clenched his hands holding back emotions, who would dare to do that to his lover at his master's wedding anniversary party, his inner self.

"What should I do doctor?" asked Leon while looking at Monaliza who started wriggling hot on the bed.

"Leave him alone, then lock his room well. Young master must not accompany her, you are not married, it is dangerous." explains Dr. Mories again.
