LOVE THE MAFIA 30
POLICE STATION
"Sorry, Sir. Is there any chance that the kidnapper is the same person associated with my previous case?"
William asked out of worry as well as curiosity. What's been going on around her lately is really getting scary. He felt that he and his friends had been deliberately played. The cruel terror was enough to explain.
The chief investigator who was familiar with William for handling several cases for him was looking at him with pride. William had a prediction as the investigator himself had guessed. He smiled and nodded lightly at William Ferdinand.
"Yes, you're right. It could happen."
William's body grew stiff. Investigators saw that and could feel his worry. He understood his fear and did not denounce it. It's a normal thing that everyone who feels threatened will experience.
"Then, what should I do, sir?" ask William again.
The cop stopped the typing. He looked at the young man before him. "We will investigate further, whether this is actually related to your previous report or not. Meanwhile, we will also look for more detailed data about who the perpetrator and also Miss Karina. We concluded that it was likely that they had a relationship."
William's surprised. If true, it just means that his alleged friends all along are true. What happened to them had something to do with Karina. Again, he is the cause.
"We'll let you know as soon as possible if there's any progress" the investigator promised to see William speechless.
It did not give William any certainty, but there was nothing he could do. At least he has hope. He could only nod.
"Then can I leave now?"
William no longer wanted to linger there. There is still a lot of business that he has to do, including the problem of the motorbike he was forced to carry last night.
The investigator smiled and nodded at him. "of course. You can go. We'll call if there's anything else we need."
William got up, with his head down he stood about to leave the room, but the investigator suddenly called out to him.
"Mr Ferdinand." William looked, confused.
"Yes, Sir. Is there anything else?"
"Be careful" the investigator said sincerely.
"certain." William turned around, he leaned slightly on her. "Thank you for your concern, sir," said William politely. "I'm sorry." He also left the room.
As for William, the investigator sighed. "The problems you're dealing with are complicated, son. The perp is really sneaky, he works like a demon." The middle-aged man nodded.
William was just outside a few steps from the police station door when his phone rang. He took the phone out of his pocket, and found that the number was familiar to him. William knitted his eyebrows, though astonished he kept pressing the receive button and attached the flat object to the earlobe.
"Is this true with Sir William Ferdinand?" The deep voice from the other end of the phone made William slightly shrivel.
"Right, myself," he answered nervously. "What's the matter, huh, sir?" tanyanya.
"We've got a report from someone that you were involved in a motor vehicle theft last night."
William kept the phone away from his ear, before later swearing. ,"****!"
What he was worried about really happened. William scooped his disheveled face violently. Today he really felt very unlucky.
"Mr Ferdinand, are you still there?"
"wait. I'll go back inside."
William reentered but headed for a different room. The owner of the bike he was riding last night was waiting there with a face of a fisherman. William apologized, explaining that he was forced to do so.
"Can we finish it in a family way? I will be responsible for all kinds of losses, and I will also give you a decent compensation" William said.

"Just got home, Le. Where are you going to Semalem?" anan asked as he saw William enter the room.
He was astonished and worried for his friend. Surprised that William has just returned after his departure last night who went nowhere. Ten minutes after William's departure, Anan returns only to find the door open and his friend missing. He had contacted the young man many times, also sending messages asking for his whereabouts, but neither the call nor the message had any regard for William. And at this time, he was worried and surprised to see the look of his friend who was already very messy. William's face was wrinkled and looked so exhausted.
"Le ...," rebuked Anan for not getting a response.
William opened the refrigerator and picked up a can of cold drink. The young man then looked cynically at Anan who was already seen dressed neatly. Anan had even put his bag on, looking to leave for work. In fact, Anan had intended to stop by the police station to make a report of loss if William did not return that morning. Fortunately, the person who was waiting revealed the trunk of his nose.
"I should have, I'm the one. Where to go, huh!" his cynicism while looking annoyed at Anan.
Anan gasped at the anger and unfriendly look from her. He wondered if it was possible that from last night William was going to look for him? But it seems impossible. If that were true, William wouldn't have ignored all the calls from him.
"Le, what's this really about? Do you have a problem?" asked Anan attentively. He put his bag back down, then walked over to William.
"The same story, Le. What's the matter, actually?" ask again while holding the young man's left shoulder.
William looked at her even more annoyed then brusquely brushed Anan off. "It's none of your business!" snapped it.
Anan is shocked by William's rude attitude and unusual response.
"Will! What's wrong?"
Anan shouted, trying to get him back to talk when he saw William was changing clothes, about to leave again. He didn't want to let something like this drag on. Although all this time William and Anan are rarely involved in a feud, but if there is a problem the two have agreed to immediately resolve it, do not just leave.
Unfortunately, this time it was different. William did not care about it at all, he left Anan without a word. Anan closed his eyes helplessly. Lately his best friend has become a very different figure.
"Karina's house is on fire." That was the first thing Anan heard from Robby's mouth, when the two were busy eating lunch in the company cafeteria. The young man even stopped his food that had arrived in front of his mouth.
"What's right, lo, Rob?" Robby nodded.
"Lo know where?" ask Anan to make sure. Because, William until now has not contacted or said anything to him.
"Gue just called Ginan. He told me about the fire. He said only one victim was found, while Karina was out of nowhere. He hasn't been found until now. Bule's been busy looking for him. Emang, Bule didn't tell you?"
Robby felt that there was something strange between them. It is not usual for the two friends to keep a secret.
Anan sighed tiredly, then shook his head resignedly. Now he finally realizes what the cause of his best friend's strange attitude is.
"Has right, his attitude was the same I was suddenly strange," he murmured, which still rang out to Robby's ears.
"What do you mean, weird?" Robby looked curiously.
Anan put his spoon into the dish, then told how William behaved towards him when the young man returned this morning.
After hearing the story from Anan, Robby raised next to her eyebrows, feeling more confused.
"Why should he be so angry with you? Um, what does that fire have to do with elo?"
Anan raised his shoulders. "Maybe because I didn't exist last night, when he again needed someone to support and encourage him," he guessed with regret.
If he did not decide to go and end up accompanying William, maybe at this time his best friend's condition would be fine.
"Lo knows for himself, right. He's had a lot of pressure lately" he added, feeling sympathetic.
While feeding the food into his mouth, Robby nodded confirming.
"But if I don't go, what's the fate of the girl?"
