Chapter 32. What's the Relationship between Rachel and Rafael?

Nick picked up a big box that was on top of the closet. He dropped to the floor. The man cleaned the dust. The box is in the lock with a small padlock. Love sits next to Nick with eyes that look without blinking.

"What box is this, Bang?" ask Love when Nick tries to open the box.

"This is a box with photos of Rachel with her best friend. When he died I saw the contents. Since there was nothing I thought was necessary, I closed it back down" Nick said.

Nick took the albums out of the box. Both of Love, the man opened one after the other of the album. He and Love did not find any photos of Rafael. Five albums have been released. One more album.

"I don't see any pictures of Rafael on any of these albums" Cinta said.

"But my brother had heard the name Rafael in Sebut. The photo also feels like you've seen it," said Nick.

He has one album left. I wish there was a clue from there. Slowly the man opened it. Sheet by sheet, until the last sheet, he finally smiled.

"This is what we're looking for" Nick said at last. He pointed to the album.

Love watched intensely, photos of who was in the album. He was surprised, because the photo of Rafael that he knew was in the album.

"Take it with your husband's sister?" ask Nick.

Love just nods its head in agreement. Suddenly Nick slammed one of those albums. Love immediately backed away and looked frightened. She remembered her angry husband Rangga.

"I just found out yesterday that Rachel's death has something to do with Rafael. According to my man, before taking the cab, Rachel came from her boyfriend's apartment. I have to investigate again, what happened so Rachel came in the middle of the night to her guy's apartment?" Nick spoke with great emphasis.

Nick was astonished to see Love sitting to the corner of the room. His hands were trembling with a pale face. The man walked over and cupped both cheeks of Love.

"Why are you so scared?" ask Nick wonder.

"Don't get angry. I'm afraid ...," said Love in a trembling voice. Nick just realized his anger earlier that made Love afraid. Then he embraced love. Trying to make the woman calm and comfortable in her arms.

"I'm sorry! I don't mean to scare you" Nick said in a regretful voice.

After quite a while, Nick felt Love had calmed down. He then let go of his embrace. The man smiled, Love replied.

"I promise I won't be angry, now you rest. Later that night you'll accompany me to my friend's party?" ask Nick.

Two days ago she invited Cinta to accompany her to the party. Love approves after mom seduces. At first, the woman refused it.

After two months of living with him, Nick begins to love Love. She felt Rachel was alive again. What's more the attitude and nature of Love is almost the same as his sister. They are both soft and spoiled.

"Do I have to come, Bang?" ask Love. He still hesitates to come. Shame to have Nick. From his investigations with the workers in this house, Nick is a successful young businessman. Does he deserve to be with that man.

Yesterday he responded because of the insistence of my mother. However, if he were to currently cancel his intention to accompany Nick, he felt very guilty about mama. The middle-aged woman had bought a dress shirt for him to the party.

However, Nick also just found out if Rafael died by suicide. If his brother is killed, Rafael ends his own life.

"What exactly is the connection between Rafael and Rachel's death? If I knew Rafael had something to do with Rachel's passing, that's also I wouldn't be able to sue because that man had died, too" Nick said.

"Mas Rangga saw a picture of me with Rafael. She thought I was rejecting her love Rafael, and that's why the man committed suicide" Love said.

"It's so stupid Rangga. Can't he investigate first, time making decisions just from a photograph?" said Nick furious. He could not directly blame Rafael for his sister's death. He must investigate with certainty the relationship of Rafael and Rachel.

"It was because of his affection for Rafael, that he became blind. Do not investigate before acting," said Love.

Nick justifies the Love speech. He could deduce if everything Rangga did was due to a deep sense of loss to his sister. He who lost his sister, could understand all that.

"Here we go, next time we talk about this. Now you rest. Let's go to your party and not get sleepy" Nick smiled. He's just kidding.

Nick leaves the room so that Love can rest. He wanted to introduce Love to all of his business associates.

After Nick leaves, Love goes straight to bed. Suddenly she remembered Rangga, her husband.

"I'm trying to erase one name in my life. I killed him in my history. I even removed all my interest in him. Easy ls? No. gabe. It wasn't easy, but I had to do it for my mental health. I must do it for the peace of my soul. Even if it must exert the rest of the energy I have. I know, I'm sure I'm capable. And God chose this path for me to be happier" muttered Love in his heart, before trying to close his eyes.

In a different place, Rangga looked pensively by the window of his room while looking at the street.
