Anya asks permission to Meisya to come out. After getting permission, he immediately left because he had promised to meet with Gio at a cafe located not far from the orphanage owned by Rani. Today he had to fulfill his promise to Gio to be willing to see him again.

Not long after, a man walked into the cafe and approached Elvira, they looked familiar and sat facing and ordered a drink.
